Abstract

The Puskesmas Information Reporting System (SIP) has been in since 1981. In its implementation, SIP was still limited to data which was the result of interactions between the community and health facilities. Methods used Research and Development (R&D). Collecting data by interview, observation, and documentation. The sample contained sample I amounted were 6 people, sample II were 25 people, and sample III were 16 people. Sampling technique with non probability sampling. Data analyswas used univariate and bivariate analyswas. Result that designed and built after being tested by experts, it was feasible to apply the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System Development Model. The Development Model of the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System after being tested has been proven to be relevant/suitable for use in the implementation of the digital-based dental health recording and reporting service system at the Puskesmas in Boyolali Regency. The Development Model of the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System has effective for the substance of the application system and improves the quality of the measurement before and after the development of a dental health recording and reporting service system based at the Puskesmas in Boyolali District with p value = 0.001. Conclusion that Development Model of the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System has effective for the substance of the application system and improves the quality dental health recording and reporting service system based at the Puskesmas.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe quality of material management in the JKG Semarang laboratory has not been maximized because the material management is done manually. Manual management creates problems in management quality and user satisfaction. The SIP BATIK JKG model is an information system designed to be able to overcome problems in the laboratory. The purpose of this study is a practical material management model with SIP-BATIK JKG that is feasible and effective to improve the quality of material management and increase user satisfaction in the JKG Semarang laboratory. This study uses the R&D method, the trial model uses a pre-experimental design method with purposive sampling. The independent variable is the web-based SIP BATIK JKG model and the dependent variable includes the quality of material management and user satisfaction. Respondents were 50 people. The data from the model test used the proportion test and the different pair test. The results of expert validation using the kappa coefficient test with a value of 0.737 (k>0.6) satisfactory category means that the SIP BATIK JKG model is relevant and feasible as a material management system in the laboratory. Most of the respondents' assessments stated that the quality of SIP BATIK JKG was in the good and very good categories. The subject's ability to the quality of material management and user satisfaction after treatment increased significantly compared to before with p = 0.000. The results of the effect size test on aspects of user satisfaction (d=1.30) and materials management (d=1.26) in the strong effect category mean that the SIP BATIK JKG model is very effective in improving the quality of material management services in the JKG lab. Conclusion The application of the SIP BATIK JKG model is relevant and suitable for use in management by users to improve the quality of information systems in the JKG laboratory  ABSTRAKKualitas manajemen bahan di laboratorium JKG Semarang belum maksimal karena pengelolaan bahan dilakukan secara manual.

Abstract

Adolescence is characterized by a period of significant dental caries activity. research has proven that the level of caries in adolescence tends to have a high prevalence. One of the factors causing caries is the lack of awareness of adolescents in maintaining oral and dental hygiene, to increase awareness of adolescents can be done by promoting dental health through dental health education. Conventional dental health education that has been applied only focuses on increasing patient awareness of the severity of a disease problem through providing information/advice. The selection of the right approach in the process of delivering dental health education materials to adolescents is the intervention of the motivational interviewing counselling model. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the motivational interviewing (MI) counselling model to improve teeth brushing practice in adolescents. Research methods research and development (R&D) there are five stages of research, namely: information collection, model design, expert validation, and a trial model sample of 80 teenage students. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Data were tested using intraclass correlation coefficient, paired sample test and independent sample test. The results showed that the motivational interviewing counselling model intervention had the potential to improve teeth brushing skills in adolescents (p=0.001) and reduce plaque index scores (p=<0.001). The conclusion shows that the MI counselling model is effective as a method of health education.

Abstract

Soil Transmitted Helminth (STH) infection can occur at all ages, from children to the elderly. Farmers are at risk of contracting STH infection because of their daily work which is in direct contact with the soil. The risk of STH infection is due to poor personal hygiene and environmental sanitation. The study aims to determine observe the factors associated with STH infection in vegetable farmers, using a cross-sectional approach. The research subjects were vegetable farmers in Batur Wetan Hamlet, Getasan, Semarang Regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire to determine the personal hygiene and sanitation hygiene of farmers when working in the garden. Worm identification used (reference,) based on the worm performance using the floating method. Worm identification were done by examining the stool using the floating method. The results of the study were processed using SPSS version 20. Data analysis using Chi-Square (α = 5%), found 3 positive study subjects infected with STH, consisting of 1 egg of Ascaris lubricoides and 2 eggs of Trichuris trichiura. Positive STH respondents, have a washing by water and soap habits before eating and defecating, without wearing gloves. There was a relationship between hand washing by water and soap habits before eating to worm infection, but no relationship between this habit after defecating and no wearing gloves to worm infection. Vegetable farmers are advised to change the daily habits and maintain personal hygiene after working. use personal protective equipment when working and maintain personal hygiene.
