Abstract

In line with the sustainable development goals (SDGs), the entrepreneurial development model improves sustainability through sustainable entrepreneurship. The targeted segment to understand sustainability issues is entrepreneurs because their activities exacerbate the risk to environmental sustainability. Thus, the target achieved is community behavior towards sustainable development so that the emphasis of this concept is in the scope of citizenship behavior to build awareness of sustainable development. Therefore, a model was developed to foster sustainable entrepreneurial citizenship behavior (SECBs) among candidate entrepreneurs in Kulon Progo region, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This research is designed as a literature study that involves journals and articles in constructing the research model in line with sustainability issues. It involves seven constructs e.g., regional government support, sustainability entrepreneurial orientation, sustainability value, sustainability attitude, recognize opportunity, sustainable entrepreneurial intention, and SECBs. Totally 56 indicators are identified as tools for measuring seven constructs which will be followed up as instruments in the next study. The result serves as a foundation for the next study and information in developing entrepreneurship education. It relates to achieving the SDGs-4 in ensuring quality education and SDGs-8 in fostering decent work and economic growth.

Abstract

Depok City as one of the supporting cities for the Special Capital Region of Jakarta faces problems related to waste and water resource management. Regulations have been regulated through regional regulations, but in practice, unconscious behaviour towards environmental hygiene is still found. To support sustainable development, it must be based on public awareness, so it is necessary to socialize the use of clean water to foster water awareness among children. An activity was carried out with RA Taufiqurrahman in Beji Timur Depok to introduce ways to protect and utilize clean water. Starting on November 30, it will be continued on December 6, 2022, involving 35 children, three accompanying teachers and the school principal. This topic is in line with the commemoration of World Handwashing with Soap Day proclaimed by the World Health Organization every October 15th. There are five aspects that are socialized to children including: the benefits of clean water, the characteristics of clean water, sources of clean water, types of water pollution and how to maintain clean water. Followed by the practice of washing hands with soap and ending with hand washing greetings. The evaluation results show that there is an understanding of water awareness so that the support of teachers and parents can help children carry out this habit. Sustainability and stakeholder support can shape the character of Indonesian children who care about the environment so that later they will contribute to supporting the sustainable development of Depok City.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The advancement of information and communication technology has become an important factor that is useful in various aspects. Everything that is done online also encourages progress in the field of information and communication technology. One form of product from information and communication technology is games. With the rapid development and popularity of games, it supports many game majors in college. At the high school level, especially upper secondary, game learning can be carried out through extracurricular activities. With extracurricular activities, high school students can develop their potential earlier and make the learning they get as a provision for entering the world of college later. This extracurricular activity also becomes one of the ways for students to support the improvement of non-academic achievements. Similar community service programs have been carried out previously for extracurricular teaching and have received a positive response. Sinar Dharma High School, which previously won a competition held through community service programs, now opens an extracurricular for game programming with Unity. The community service program is divided into several stages, namely needs research, material creation, teaching implementation, and final assessment. Along with the rise of entrepreneurial activity among young people, one of the businesses that attracts the attention of many beginners is a barbershop. Many beginners want to try starting this business, including "Davidof Barbershop" in East Beji, Depok. The business will be opened in September 2022 with the consideration that campuses around Depok have started hybrid or limited face-to-face meetings in the middle of that month. In practice there are many obstacles to retaining customers so that within two months of starting a business it has not shown satisfactory performance. To help partners carry out mentoring and socialization activities in the introduction of the business model canvas (BMC) as a framework (blueprint) to define business pilot models and learn to map the customer journey. The preparation of BMC aims to explain, assess, visualize, and change the business model so that business performance is maximized. Based on these considerations, an introduction to BMC was carried out as information for entrepreneurs who are starting a business. This matrix consists of the right side describing external aspects including customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships and revenue streams. While the left side or the internal aspect includes key activities, key resources, key partnerships, and cost structure. The ability to understand the 9 blocks will support the smooth running of a business. Through this assistance and socialization, business actors can understand BMC as an initial stage in running a business, even though it is not easy to go through the pioneering  period of the business.   ABSTRAK Seiring maraknya aktivitas entrepreneurial di kalangan anak muda, salah satu usaha yang banyak dilirik pemula adalah barbershop. Banyak pemula ingin mencoba merintis usaha ini diantaranya “Davidof Barbershop” di Beji Timur, Depok. Usaha dibuka pada September 2022 dengan pertimbangan kampus di sekitar Depok sudah mulai hybrid atau tatap muka terbatas di pertengahan bulan tersebut. Dalam prakteknya banyak kendala mempertahankan pelanggan sehingga dalam dua bulan memulai usaha belum menunjukan kinerja yang memuaskan. Untuk membantu mitra dilakukan kegitan pendampingan dan sosialisasi dalam pengenalan business model canvas (BMC) sebagai kerangka kerja (blueprint) mendefinisikan model rintisan bisnis serta belajar memetakan customer journey. Penyusunan BMC bertujuan menjelaskan, menilai, memvisualisasikan serta mengubah model bisnis agar kinerja usaha menjadi maksimal. Atas pertimbangan tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan pengenalan BMC sebagai informasi bagi wirausaha yang sedang memulai usaha. Matrik ini terdiri bagian kanan menggambarkan aspek eksternal meliputi customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationship dan revenue streаm. Sedangkan bagian kiri atau aspek internal meliputi key аctivities, key resources, key pаrtnership dan cost structure. Kemampuan memahami ke-9 blok tersebut akan mendukung kelancaran dalam perintisan usaha. Melalui pendampingan dan sosialisasi ini pelaku usaha dapat memahami BMC sebagai tahapan awal dalam menjalankan usaha, meskipun dalam realisasinya tidak mudah menjalani masa rintisan bisnis tersebut.

Abstract

Jamu is a herbal product with benefits for maintaining body fitness. At the home level, the jamu business is still widely practiced by women from Wonogiri Regency and its surroundings. Although not as busy as 20 years ago, some women still survive with this business. They sell it by bicycle or in places visited by many people such as schools. Among these vendors is Budhe Sumi who offers jamu every day in front of the school in East Beji. This activity emphasizes personal hygiene, which is one of the important aspects of quality management. In this business, the activity of processing and selling jamu to consumers so that as an attraction in entrepreneurial activities, aspects regarding the cleanliness of nails, hands, body, clothes and speaking habits when processing jamu need to be a concern. Therefore, a socialization was conducted to remind the importance of personal hygiene to Jamu Budhe Sumi in Beji Timur Depok. The jamu is sold in bottles. In terms of packaging, it shows a level of cleanliness compared to the previous method which was served conventionally. However, to maintain cleanliness during cooking, it is very necessary to maintain personal hygiene. The results show that partners really appreciate this activity and feel confident in running a herbal medicine business. Jamu sebagai produk herbal memiliki manfaat besar untuk menjaga kebugaran tubuh dan kesehatan secara alami. Di tingkat usaha rumahan, produksi jamu masih banyak dilakukan oleh para wanita, khususnya yang berasal dari Kabupaten Wonogiri dan sekitarnya. Meskipun tidak seramai dan sepopuler 20 tahun yang lalu, beberapa wanita tetap bertahan melestarikan usaha ini sebagai warisan tradisi sekaligus sumber mata pencaharian. Mereka menjajakan jamu dengan cara berkeliling menggunakan sepeda atau menempati lokasi-lokasi yang ramai dikunjungi masyarakat, seperti sekolah, pasar tradisional, maupun pusat keramaian lainnya. Salah satu pedagang jamu yang masih konsisten hingga kini adalah Budhe Sumi, yang setiap harinya menawarkan jamu di depan sekolah di Beji Timur. Dalam kegiatan menjual jamu ini, aspek higienitas pribadi atau personal hygiene sangat ditekankan, karena hal tersebut merupakan bagian penting dari manajemen kualitas produk. Proses pengolahan jamu yang langsung dikonsumsi pembeli menuntut perhatian lebih pada kebersihan kuku, tangan, badan, pakaian, bahkan cara berbicara ketika melayani konsumen. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan sosialisasi untuk mengingatkan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan diri. Saat ini, penyajian jamu juga mulai beralih menggunakan botol sebagai kemasan. Dari sisi kemasan, hal ini menunjukkan tingkat kebersihan yang lebih baik dibandingkan cara tradisional yang disajikan langsung tanpa wadah higienis. Namun, agar kualitas tetap terjaga, kebersihan selama pemasakan tetap harus diperhatikan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa mitra sangat mengapresiasi pendampingan yang diberikan, serta merasakan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menjalankan usaha jamu secara lebih profesional.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet yang semakin meluas di Indonesia membuka peluang besar bagi usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) untuk memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai sarana pemasaran, sementara inovasi produk menjadi faktor kunci dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan e-commerce dan inovasi produk terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMK di Jakarta Barat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik survei terhadap 95 responden pemilik UMK sektor kuliner, data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-commerce memiliki pengaruh lebih kuat terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMK dibandingkan inovasi produk, di mana e-commerce membantu memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan efisiensi, sedangkan inovasi produk menciptakan daya tarik dan nilai tambah sesuai kebutuhan konsumen. Analisis data juga mengonfirmasi bahwa seluruh variabel memenuhi kriteria validitas, reliabilitas, dan bebas dari multikolinearitas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelaku UMK untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan e-commerce serta meningkatkan inovasi produk guna mendukung keberlanjutan usaha dan peningkatan daya saing. The increasing use of the internet in Indonesia presents significant opportunities for micro and small enterprises (MSEs) to leverage e-commerce as a marketing tool, while product innovation plays a key role in creating competitive advantages. This study aims to analyze the impact of e-commerce usage and product innovation on increasing the revenue of MSEs in West Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach and survey techniques with 95 respondents who are owners of MSEs in the culinary sector, the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that e-commerce usage has a stronger impact on increasing MSE revenue compared to product innovation, where e-commerce helps expand the market and improve efficiency, while product innovation creates appeal and added value according to consumer needs. Data analysis also confirms that all variables meet the criteria for validity, reliability, and are free from multicollinearity. Therefore, this study recommends that MSE owners optimize the use of e-commerce and enhance product innovation to support business sustainability and improve competitiveness.
