Abstract

This article discusses the usability measurement and evaluation of e-learning being used as a media for the academic staff training program of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. E-learning system usability will be measured based on Nielsen heuristic approach and analyzed with five independent variabels, i.e. learnability, efficiency, memorability, error and satisfaction. The data collection involved 169 respondents from academic staff as e-learning application users. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the aspects of learnability, efficiency and memorability have a significant effect on usability.Artikel ini membahas mengenai pengukuran usability pada aplikasi e-learning serta evaluasi pemanfaatan e-learning sebagai media pelatihan keterampilan tenaga kependidikan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini akan diukur tingkat usability sistem berdasarkan pendekatan heuristik Nielsen dan dianalisis dengan lima variabel bebas, yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, error dan satisfaction. Pengambilan data dengan kuesioner melibatkan 169 responden pengguna aplikasi e-learning untuk pelatihan tenaga kependidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa aspek learnability, efficiency dan memorability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap usability.

Abstract

The growing technology affects aspects of life that depend on effective and efficient information. The educational aspect is closely related to technology where students are required to be able to operate computers and software. Islamic boarding schools are Islamic-based educational institutions that study religious sciences. Along with the times, boarding schools are required to be able to innovate by incorporating the general education curriculum into the pesantren curriculum, especially computer lessons so that students not only master religious knowledge but also recognize and add insight into technology.Therefore, the main objective of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and conduct training for Al Misbah boarding school students in honing their creativity and skills in making product label designs and brand labels. The students are expected to be able to independently create their own designs using the free Canva application. This activity is a real contribution in empowering the boarding school in promoting their own processed products with their own labels as well. This community service also has a questionnaire and provides positive feedback for the students of Al Misbah Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Background: Rajaiyang Village is one of the villages in Indramayu Regency which has agricultural commodities in the form of rice production. In the current condition, even though it has a fertile area, welfare data of the community is not good enough from the management of these commodity products. The village government strategy requires support of information technology and knowledge development due to support regional food security and village sustainable development goals indicators. Contribution: Increased understanding and ability to manage the availability of commodity results using information technology to support food security strategies. Method: Inducting inventory training with an internet-based inventory application system for farmer groups and village apparatus. Results: The ability of residents and village apparatus to become better, more prepared with the system and product inventory management process, together with BUMDes support as a village owned enterprise. Conclusion: Implementation strategies and supporting facilities for village food security can be improved by using updated technology, as well as collaboration between village agencies for integrated decisions

Abstract

Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methodologies have been extensively employed across various domains within healthcare. They can be utilized for disease prediagnosis, aiding clinical decision-making (e.g., surgery), conducting health technology assessments, as well as establishing healthcare priorities. This research presents the outcomes of a hybrid MCDM strategy, integrating the AHP and Profile Matching to facilitate clinical recommendations related to female contraception. Many cases in Indonesia show acceptors' inappropriateness in using available contraceptives, causing side effects resulting in negative effects. The challenges in the Keluarga Berencana or Planned Parenthood program in Indonesia are increasing, based on the decline in the number of new acceptors and the high unmet needs for contraception. Failure to meet the need for contraception has the potential to increase birth rates and maternal mortality rates, which requires serious attention and the development of appropriate strategies. Based on the problem, this study aims to create a decision support model in selecting suitable contraceptives for acceptors. The criteria used in this study consisted of age, medical history, weight (BMI), breastfeeding or not, history of childbirth, period of use, and income. The seven criteria are implemented in AHP with a consistency test result value of 2.2%. Based on the target value of contraceptives obtained from the results of Profile Matching, compatibility was determined with a sample of three acceptor profiles. The results that have been achieved indicate a sample recommendation model for acceptors of IUD-type contraception that can assist midwives or medical personnel in providing recommendations for selecting appropriate contraceptive methods. Future studies can integrate the results of recommendations for health service providers (e.g., hospitals, Public Health Center or Puskesmas) in procuring contraceptives.

Abstract

The digitalization of administration in healthcare facilities is a strategic step to enhance service efficiency and accuracy. Puskesmas Majasari continues to face challenges in managing its administrative processes, as data recording and reporting are predominantly performed manually. This condition leads to potential errors in data entry, delays in report generation, and a lack of administrative efficiency. This community service program aims to provide training on the use of office applications to the staff at Puskesmas Majasari to support the digitalization of administrative data management. The implementation method involves three main stages: preparation, training execution, and result evaluation. The training is conducted through hands-on practice and interactive discussions, covering the use of Microsoft Word and Excel for the administrative needs of the health center. The evaluation results indicate an increase in the participants’ average score from 58.33 in the pre-test to 70.60 in the post-test, reflecting an improvement of 12.27 points. Reflective discussions revealed that participants found the training beneficial, though further training is needed to cover advanced features such as pivot tables. It is recommended to conduct additional training and provide more adequate facilities to support sustainable digital transformation. This program is expected to accelerate the digitalization of administration at Puskesmas Majasari and enhance the overall quality of healthcare services.

Abstract

Kegiatan riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis animo masyarakat Indonesia khususnya warga Jakarta atas munculnya transportasi massa umum MRT yang di resmikan oleh Pemerintah di bulan Maret 2019. Tahapan penelitian diawali proses crawling tweet dengan menggunakan tweetscrapper dari python. Kemudian dilakukan Preprocessing sehingga didapatkan data tweet yang siap untuk diproses pada pemisahan data yaitu data training dan data testing. Data training dilakukan proses pembobotan dengan TF-IDF, dan proses pembelajaran dengan naive bayes. Proses ini disebut dengan proses training yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model klasfikasi. Model klasifikasi digunakan untuk data testing melakukan proses klasifikasi yang menghasilkan label sentimen (positif/negatif). Proses ini dinamakan dengan proses testing. Hasil testing akan dilakukan perhitungan akurasi dari model yang sudah dibuat. Luaran dari penelitian ini berupa analisis sentimen animo warga Jakarta pada media sosial Twitter terhadap kehadiran layanan transportasi publik MRT, dan akurasi yang dihasilkan oleh metode naïve bayes yang diimplementasikan pada analisis sentimen

Abstract

Pada setiap tahunnya sekolah selalu melakukan proses penerimaan peserta didik baru untuk menyeleksi calon peserta didik yang akan mendaftar. TK Islam Budaya I merupakan salah satu sekolah yang berada di Jakarta yang melakukan penerimaan peserta didik baru. Dalam proses pendaftaran yang dilaksanakan TK Islam Budaya  I masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu masih menggunakan brosur dan formulir kertas. Hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan beberapa kendala yaitu hilangnya data dan memakan waktu yang lama untuk menginputkan data yang terdapat pada formulir. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi pendaftaran yang dapat mengurangi kendala yang mungkin akan terjadi pada sistem sebelumnya. Sistem informasi pendaftaran berisi proses pendaftaran mulai dari pemberian informasi  pendaftaran, mengisi formulir, pengecekan data, dan laporan hasil seleksi berupa aplikasi website. Dalam pembuatan website akan menggunakan HTML dan PHP. Hasil penelitian sistem informasi pendaftaran pada TK Islam Budaya I berbasis website ini dapat mempermudah dan membantu dalam proses pendaftaran.

Abstract

Female Daily merupakan salah satu platform online yang berfokus di bidang kecantikan dan memiliki forum review dengan lebih dari 50.000 produk kosmetik yang dapat direview oleh membernya. Salah satu brand yang berada di platform ini adalah Skin Game, brand kosmetik lokal yang didirikan pada tahun 2019. Dalam proses pemilihan skincare, seringkali calon pembeli membutuhkan opini orang, oleh karena itu Female Daily hadir memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Namun dengan banyaknya review yang tersedia, pengguna membutuhkan waktu untuk membaca beberapa review terlebih dahulu. Cara lain yang dapat dilakukan untuk mempermudah hal tersebut adalah klasifikasi polaritas sentimen pada review produk. Dalam penelitian ini, 450 data review produk Acne Warrior dari brand Skin Game diambil melalui forum review Female Daily kemudian diklasifikasi menggunakan metode Multinomial Naïve Bayes dan TF-IDF untuk mengetahui sentimennya. Hasil evaluasi model pada penelitian ini mendapatkan accuracy sebesar 86,6%, precision 89,1%, recall 94,2%, dan specificity 60%.   Hasil penelitian ini berupa polaritas sentimen terhadap produk Skin Game. Berdasarkan hasil pelabelan, dari 450 review, 342 review (76%) memiliki sentimen positif yang artinya cocok serta merasakan manfaat dari produk tersebut dan 108 review (24%) memiliki sentimen negatif yang artinya tidak cocok atau produk Acne Warrior Skin Game tidak memenuhi ekpektasi pengguna.

Abstract

This study evaluates the Quality of Service (QoS) of the Round-Robin and Least Connection algorithms in load balancing with NGINX. Round Robin outperformed and was consistent across most of the evaluated parameters, including throughput, latency, jitter, and packet loss. Its simplicity stems from the repeated distribution of requests without monitoring server connections, making it ideal for homogeneous traffic and consistent server specifications. However, its performance is poor in dynamic traffic or heterogeneous server architectures. In contrast, Least Connection is more advanced in accommodating dynamic traffic and heterogeneous server environments by allocating load in real-time based on active server connections. Nevertheless, Least Connection showed instability in various tests, especially at high thread counts, where anomalies such as substantial value spikes were recorded. This indicates that it is not suitable for scenarios involving uniform traffic and server specifications. Least Connection is more suitable for complex networks with dynamic traffic and varying server specifications, while Round Robin is recommended for stable workload environments because it provides consistency and simplicity. Round Robin demonstrated superior overall performance, while Least Connection excelled in adaptability, highlighting the need to align algorithm selection with traffic characteristics and server infrastructure. To improve the effectiveness of load balancing strategies, future research should investigate dynamic traffic, higher loads, and diverse environments.

Abstract

Minat baca yang rendah saat ini masih menjadi sebuah tantangan tersendiri bagi Indonesia. Perpustakaan digital adalah bentuk dari transformasi layanan perpustakaan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dengan menghadirkan fitur dan tampilan yang menarik serta mudah digunakan. Salah satu aplikasi perpustakaan digital yang telah beredar adalah aplikasi IBogorKab. Fokus pada penelitian ini terletak pada analisis pengalaman pengguna dan merancang ulang tampilan antarmuka IBogroKab dengan menggunakan metode User Centered Design. Data pengalaman pengguna diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) dan wawancara mendalam kepada pengguna. Proses analisis pengalaman pengguna menghasilkan nilai rata-rata indikator UEQ yang akan dibandingkan dengan hasil evaluasi rancangan ulang tampilan antarmuka. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa nilai rata-rata indikator mengalami peningkatan secara keseluruhan pada tahap evaluasi sehingga tampilan antarmuka IBogorKab yang baru berhasil menjawab permasalahan dan kebutuhan pengguna.
