Abstract

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler SMA N 2 Tanjung Raja masih sering mengalami kelelahan fisik saat bertanding sepak bola, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Tujuan Penelitian in untuk melihat perbedaan hasil latihan interval dan fartlek terhadap daya tahan fisik siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Raja. Sampel yang diambil seluruh siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Raja didasakan apabila subyek yang diteliti jumlahnya kurang dari 100 maka akan lebih baik diambil semua sebagai sampel, jadi teknik yang dilakukan dalam pemilihan sampel penelitian adalah total sampling dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Berdasarkan analisa data Adanya pengaruh metode latihan interval dan latihan fartlek terhadap daya tahan fisik siswa ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Raja. Terdapat perbedaan latihan interval dan latihan fatrlek terhadap daya tahan fisik siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Raja karena t hitung > t tabel (1,79 >1,72). Berdasarkan data di atas, diperoleh keterangan bahwa latihan interval memberikan kontribusi peningkatan sebesar 28,5% terhadap daya tahan fisik siswa, dan latihan fartlek memberikan kontribusi sebesar 52,25% dengan tingkat perbedaan signifikan. Hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kedua kelompok latihan artinya latihan fartlek memberikan kontribusi lebih besar jika di bandingkan kelompok latihan interval. Kata Kunci : Latihan Interval, Latihan Fartlek,  Daya tahan fisik

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitia ini adalah terjadinya kemunduran prestasi akibat pandemi covid-19, saat bertanding siswa mengalami kecemasan oleh karena perlu digambarkan mengenai strategi pelatih dalam mengatasi kecemasan menjelang pertandingan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi pelatih dalam mengatasi kecemasan  menjelang pertandingan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Sekayu. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tringgulasi observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualititatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam mengatasi kecemasan pelatih ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Sekayu melaksanakan strategi baik secara kompetitif, kognitif dan somatic. Pelatih telah menjalankan strategi dimana kompetitif, telah menjalankan strategi kognitif dan belum menerapkan strategi somatic.

Abstract

Cedera olahraga adalah cedera yang timbul saat berlatih, bertanding ataupun saat setelah berolahraga. Cedera olahraga terjadi karena ketidakmampuan jaringan (otot, persendian, tendon, kulit) dan organ tubuh lainnya dalam menerima beban latihan pada saat berolahraga. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya cedera, yaitu kondisi individu (usia, jenis kelamin, karakter, pengalaman, pemanasan, kelainan postur), sarana olahraga (bentuk dan ukuran peralatan), karakteristik olahraga (jenis olahraga), lingkungan fisik (suhu dan kelembaban udara). Bila tidak segera ditangani dapat menimbulkan gangguan pembuluh darah otak (heat stroke) dan segera lakukan pemeriksaan apabila mengalami cedera saat berolahraga, agar bisa segera mendapatkan penanganan secara cepat dan tepat. Penanganan cedera olahraga dapat dilakukan dengan metode RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation).

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dan Pengembangan Media Papa Puzzle Huruf Hijaiyah Menggunakan Metode Utsmani Untuk Anak Usia Dini RA Al-Fattah Pasundan Kabupaten OKU Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengembangkan kemampuan mengenal Huruf Hijaiyah menggunakan media papan Puzzle dengan pembelajaran metode Utsmani yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun kelompok B RA Al-Fattah pasundan kabupaten OKU timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Reserach and Development) dengan model Tessmer yang meliputi dua tahap yaitu Preliminary (tahap persiapan dan pendesainan) Formatif Evaluation (self evaluation, expert riview, One to One, Small Group, dan field test). Hasil penelitian pada tahap Expert Riview mendapat skor sebesar 88,6% dengan kategori “sangat valid” pada tahap One to One mendapatkan skor sebesar 90%, dengan kategori “sangat praktis” sedangkan pada tahap Small Group mendapatkan skor rata-rata 91% dengan kategori “sangat praktis” dan pada tahap fiel test skor rata-rata 9,38% yang dikategorikan “sangat efektif”.

Abstract

Atmospheric microplastics (AMPs) have become a growing concern in recent years, although research remains limited. This study investigated AMPs in Bandar Lampung City, Indonesia, by roadside particulate sampling using a High-Volume Air Sampler (HVAS) over eight hours in industrial zones, residential areas, busy roads, and city centers. AMPs were identified through visual analysis for their abundance and physical characteristics. Certain samples were further examined with Raman spectroscopy. Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) levels ranged from 16.96 to 427.8 μg/m³, with the highest concentrations in industrial areas. Microplastic concentrations ranged from 0.0021 to 0.0199 particles/m³, with fibrous microplastics most common. Blue and grey (faded black) microplastics were the most prevalent, with particles between 500-1000 µm making up 42% of the total. Raman analysis detected Polyethylene terephthalate (PET). In S4 (city center), the highest vehicle count was 3,388±270 vehicles/day, while S2 (residential area) recorded the lowest at 1,166±99 vehicles/day. No significant relationship was found between TSP levels, microplastic concentrations, or vehicle numbers. However, Northern area may be potential sources of AMPs along traffic flow.

Abstract

Kesehatan adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup dan produktivitas. Di antara faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kesehatan, nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik memegang peranan kunci. Edukasi nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik sangat penting, terutama bagi remaja yang berada pada masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Muara Enim, memiliki jumlah siswa yang cukup besar dengan latar belakang sosial dan ekonomi yang beragam. Mengingat pentingnya fase remaja sebagai masa kritis untuk pembentukan kebiasaan dan gaya hidup sehat, program edukasi nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik menjadi sangat relevan dan mendesak untuk diterapkan.Dalam pelaksanaannya Siswa dan guru begitu antusias dalam mengikuti workshop ini yang diikuti 20 orang guru dan 30 orang siswa kelas 12, Diharapkan melalui program edukasi ini, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik siswa terkait nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik. Siswa diharapkan mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga tercipta lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung gaya hidup sehat dan menjadi model- model program aktivitas Jasmani bagi sekolah-sekolah lain.

Abstract

According to data from the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN) for 2020, the largest pile of waste according to waste sources in Lampung Province comes from household waste, namely 42%. Along the Dusun II road in Way Hui Village, almost every day the community burns leaf litter in their yards, which causes pollution. In addition, according to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2020, agriculture in Lampung is the 15th highest, namely 90.48%. However, in its management, the majority of agriculture and plantations in Lampung use inorganic fertilizers to increase the quality and quantity of crops. This problem can be overcome by using organic waste as compost to gradually improve soil quality and reduce the volume of household kitchen waste. The Rotary Drum Biocomposter is a simple and inexpensive composter for processing kitchen and household organic waste in a sustainable manner. To speed up the composting process, a bioactivator is added as a decomposer. Bioactivators can be made by utilizing rice washing water waste and papaya fruit waste, which are rich in nutrients and can increase the macronutrients of the compost. The composting method used in this research is aerobic composting. This tool aims to educate the surrounding community that waste can be turned into valuable goods with good management, thereby creating a healthy environment and profitable business opportunities.

Abstract

Used cooking oil from repeated use exhibits characteristics such as high free fatty acid (FFA) content, brownish color, and rancid odor, which pose risks to both health and the environment. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of activated carbon derived from Pangium edule shells in adsorbing FFAs, color, and odor from oil samples, as well as to identify the functional groups present in the adsorbent using FTIR analysis. The adsorption process was conducted with varying adsorbent masses (5, 10, and 15 grams) and contact times (60, 90, and 120 minutes) to determine the optimal removal conditions. The results indicate that NaOH-activated Pangium edule shell carbon contains hydroxyl (-OH) and carbonyl (C=O) functional groups, which play a crucial role in adsorption. After the adsorption process, an efficiency of 85.57% was achieved, reducing the FFA content from 1.88% to 0.27% under optimal conditions (adsorbent mass of 15 grams and contact time of 120 minutes), along with a significant color change. The shift in FTIR spectrum intensity after adsorption suggests that polar compounds such as FFAs interacted with active sites on the adsorbent surface. Thus, activated carbon from Pangium edule shells is effective for treating used cooking oil in an environmentally friendly manner, meeting the quality standards of SNI 7709:2019.

Abstract

Tapioca wastewater is rich in organic compounds, leading to high levels of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and TSS (Total Suspended Solids). When these concentrations exceed regulatory standards, they can cause significant water pollution, which may indirectly affect human health. Therefore, it is essential to treat tapioca wastewater before discharging it into water bodies. Electrocoagulation is a promising treatment method for this purpose, as it can effectively remove contaminants through coagulation, separation, and sedimentation of fine particles using electrical energy. This study evaluated the efficiency of COD and TSS removal from tapioca wastewater using an aluminium electrode with voltage variations of 10, 20, and 30 volts. Initial concentrations of COD and TSS in the untreated wastewater were measured at 641 mg/L and 382 mg/L, respectively. Optimal removal rates were achieved at 20 volts, with reduction efficiencies of 79.5% for COD and 82.7% for TSS. Statistical analysis using ANOVA indicated a significant impact of voltage variations on COD and TSS removal efficiency, with a p-value < 0.05 and an F-value greater than the critical F-value. These findings demonstrate that electrocoagulation, particularly at an optimal voltage of 20 volts, effectively reduces the COD and TSS levels in tapioca wastewater, suggesting its potential application as an environmentally friendly solution for industrial wastewater treatment.

Abstract

Water is a very important component for all life on earth. Iron is a heavy metal, and levels can be dangerous if they exceed threshold levels. Preliminary tests show that Fe in well water is 1.66 mg/l. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of removal of iron (Fe) contained in well water using a combination of zeolite – pumice adsorbent media. One method that can be used to set aside iron (Fe) parameters in well water is the adsorption method. The adsorption process was carried out continuously with downflow for 150 minutes with sampling every 30 minutes for analysis with a Hach DR 1900 series spectrophotometer. Based on the results of the FTIR characterization analysis of zeolite adsorbents it was indicated that the functional groups were O–H hydroxy stretching vibrations, O-H bending vibrations, stretching vibrations. asymmetric Si-O-Si or Al-O-Al and symmetrical stretching vibration Si-O-Si or Al-O-Al. While the pumice adsorbent before and after being activated, there was a shift in wave numbers with the same functional groups, namely the O-H, C=O, Si-O and Al/Si-O bond groups. Of the five treatments, it is known that treatment V (ZEO30-AP70) is the most effective treatment in reducing Fe levels in well water with a removal efficiency of 98% in the 90th minute and the suitable isotherm model is the Langmuir isotherm with a maximum adsorption capacity of 0, 000739809 mg/g.
