Abstract

Servis bawah bola voli adalah upaya seorang pemain bola voli dalam melakukan teknik tertentu dalam melakukan pukulan awal dalam permainan bola voli. Pada penelitian masih banyak faktor kendala yang dilaukan oleh para siswa tingkat sekolah dasar SD Negeri 55 Palembang seperti malas-malasan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran PJOK, bosan, dan tangannya sering merasa sakit saat melakukan servis bawah atau bermain bola voli. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar siswa lebih senang dan aktif dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran PJOK pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 55 Palembang. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah data validasi ahli bola voli  yakni 92% kategori dalam penelitian pengembangan model pembelajaran servis bawah bola voli menggunakan modifikasi bola plastik melalui sasaran botol gantung sangat valid dan layak digunakan dan untuk angket respon siswa pada kelompok kecil presentasenya 89,79% dan pada kelompok besar 86,50% dalam kategori sangat valid. Pada pengembangan model pembelajaran servis bawah bola voli menggunakan modifikasi bola plastik melalui sasaran botol gantung pada siswa SD Negeri 55 Palembang.

Abstract

Objective. This study focuses on the development and evaluation of e-module teaching materials designed for both the theoretical and practical aspects of gymnastics learning. Materials and Methods. The approach employed is a systematic development process consisting of 10 distinct stages, aligned with the developmental framework established by Borg and Gall. In this study, the process is structured into four distinct stages: (1) gathering research and information, (2) planning, (3) creating a preliminary version of the product, and (4) conducting preliminary field testing. Result. The findings from the media expert validation assessment indicate an average percentage result of 82.6%, categorized as valid and usable with revisions. In contrast, the material expert validation assessment yielded an average percentage result of 86.5%, classified as very valid and usable. Additionally, the learning expert validation assessment achieved an average percentage result of 81%, also categorized as valid and usable with revisions. Furthermore, the outcomes of the small-scale test indicate a result of 77%, categorized as "Fair/Attractive/Good." Conclusion. In conclusion, the findings indicate that the e-module developed for the theory and practice of gymnastics learning courses is suitable for use as teaching materials.

Abstract

Kesehatan adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup dan produktivitas. Di antara faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kesehatan, nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik memegang peranan kunci. Edukasi nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik sangat penting, terutama bagi remaja yang berada pada masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Muara Enim, memiliki jumlah siswa yang cukup besar dengan latar belakang sosial dan ekonomi yang beragam. Mengingat pentingnya fase remaja sebagai masa kritis untuk pembentukan kebiasaan dan gaya hidup sehat, program edukasi nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik menjadi sangat relevan dan mendesak untuk diterapkan.Dalam pelaksanaannya Siswa dan guru begitu antusias dalam mengikuti workshop ini yang diikuti 20 orang guru dan 30 orang siswa kelas 12, Diharapkan melalui program edukasi ini, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik siswa terkait nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik. Siswa diharapkan mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga tercipta lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung gaya hidup sehat dan menjadi model- model program aktivitas Jasmani bagi sekolah-sekolah lain.

Abstract

Volleyball serve is the effort of a volleyball player to perform certain techniques in making theinitial shot in volleyball. In the study, there were still many obstacle factors put forward by elementary school students at SD Negeri 55 Palembang, such as laziness in implementing PJOK learning, boredom, and hands often feeling sore when doing underhand serve or playingvolleyball. This research is an R&D research using the ADDIE model (Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluation). The purpose of this study is for students to be happier and more active in carrying out PJOK learning in class IV SD Negeri 55 Palembang. The sample technique used by researchers is purposive sampling with a total of 16 students. The results of this study are in the form of validation data for volleyball experts, namely 92% of the categories in the research on developing learning media for serving volleyball using a modified plastic ball through a hanging bottle target are very valid and feasible to use and for student response questionnaires the percentage is 86.50% in the very valid category . In the development of the volleyball underserving learning model using a modification of a plastic ball through a hanging bottle target to students of SD Negeri 55 Palembang.
