Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi Frosty Smoothies dalam meningkatkan daya saing melalui inovasi produk, pemasaran digital, dan ekspansi bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan data pemasaran dan keuangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa varian smoothies tanpa pengawet dan kemasan unik meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, sementara pemasaran digital melalui media sosial mendorong brand awareness dan penjualan. Ekspansi bisnis dengan layanan food delivery juga memperluas pasar. Kesimpulannya, strategi ini mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis, dan disarankan untuk memperkuat iklan, loyalitas pelanggan, serta efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Lifestyle, Brand Image, Social Media and Store Atmosphere on Purchasing Decisions at the Eiger Rajawali Palembang Outlet. The research sample was selected through a purposive sampling method with the slovin formula and produced 382 samples aimed at respondents who had purchased at the Eiger Rajawali Palembang Outlet. The research data were obtained from a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was then analyzed by multiple regression analysis through the SPSS Statistics 23 apk. Based on the partial test (t-test), the research findings showed that Lifestyle and Brand Image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as seen from the sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and 0.000 <0.05. Social Media and Store Atmosphere did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as seen from the sig value of 0.032> 0.05 and 0.0972> 0.05. The findings of the simultaneous test (F test) show that lifestyle, brand image, social media and store atmosphere have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as seen from the sig value of 0.000 <0.05. The Determination Coefficient Test produces an Adjusted R Square of 0.245, meaning that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 24.5%, and the remaining 75.5% from other factors.

Abstract

Confronted with teacher shortages and constrained budgets, many developing nations have resorted to lowering certification and education prerequisites, abolishing teacher tenure, and reducing teacher salaries in order to address the gaps in their teaching staff. A review of existing literature demonstrates that these measures have given rise to a parallel group of teachers who are typically inadequately trained, undercompensated, often younger, and inexperienced, employed on local contract terms. While these practices are generally seen as beneficial in terms of improving access, cost-effectiveness, and local accountability, scholar express concerns regarding the long-term sustainability of this approach. They also highlight potential negative consequences for educational equity, specifically in terms of teacher distribution, teacher morale, and the professional standing of the teaching profession. In addition to these factors, there are other factors that are influenced by the teacher performance, namely: wages, loyalty, motivation, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

MSMEs, especially Micro Enterprises, have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, but on the other hand they still face various problems in their development. This study aims to analyze the development strategy of micro enterprises in Palembang City based on internal and external factors with the SOAR analysis approach (strengths, opportunities, aspirations, results). With a qualitative approach, data from 30 micro enterprises were selected purposively and conveniently and analyzed descriptively using the SOAR analysis approach (SOAR Matrix), IFE Matrix, and EFE Matrix. The findings in this study provide four alternative strategies based on the scores obtained (SO/3.85), (AO/3.80), (SR/3.26), and (AR/3.21). SO and AO strategies are short-term (operational) strategies, while SR and AR strategies are long-term strategies that can be chosen by micro entrepreneurs to develop their businesses. The implications of this study indicate that micro enterprises have a strong enough foundation for business development if operational technical capacity can be improved, then increasing business scale becomes a long-term hope to be achieved.

Abstract

Capital consists of human capital, social capital, natural capital, physical capital, and financial capital, but this study will only discuss human and social capital. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between human and social capital in achieving prosperity through the level of wages and income, especially for workers in the Small and Medium Enterprises sector in Palembang City. Respondents in this research were 400 workers in the Small and Medium Enterprises sector in Palembang, in the Sub-districts of Sukarami, Ilir Barat I, Kalidoni, Seberang Ulu I and Seberang Ulu II. The method used is descriptive qualitative in path analysis, with primary data in interview questionnaires. The results showed that workers’ drinking and maximum income ranged from Rp500,000 to Rp7,500,000, with an average of Rp1,903,041. The results of the path analysis found that human capital through wages affected the income of 76.4 percent, with a beta value of 0.137 indicating that if the length of schooling were increased by 10 percent, wages would increase by 1.4 times and income by 23.6 percent. In contrast, the relationship of social capital through wages to income is very small because other factors influence, such as the work environment, place of residence, and others.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the role of the Qur'an and Sunnah in the context of modern Islamic education, particularly in shaping moral, spiritual, and intellectual development, while addressing the challenges posed by technological advancements, globalization, and cultural changes. Theoretical framework: The study is framed around the central role of the Qur'an and Sunnah as the primary sources of guidance in Islamic education. The framework emphasizes the integration of these foundational texts into the educational process, providing both moral and intellectual guidance for the development of attitudes, behavior, and critical thinking in modern times. Literature review: Existing literature highlights the Qur'an as the primary source of Islamic teachings, providing theological, ethical, and educational foundations. The Sunnah is viewed as the practical explanation and implementation of Qur'anic teachings. Previous studies emphasize the need for incorporating these sources into modern education to address the moral crises and cultural challenges faced by Islamic societies. Methods: The research utilizes a literature review approach, analyzing existing academic works, religious texts, and educational theories to explore how the Qur'an and Sunnah contribute to the educational process in contemporary Islamic settings. Results: The study finds that the Qur'an serves as the core source of Islamic teachings, covering theological, ethical, and educational aspects, while the Sunnah supports and elaborates on the Qur'anic teachings. In modern education, particularly in Islamic Religious Education, the integration of Qur'anic values helps shape attitudes, behaviors, and critical thinking in alignment with Islamic principles. Implications: The Qur'an and Sunnah support critical thinking, moderate perspectives, and character development in the context of modern cultural changes. Novelty: This study highlights the crucial role of the Qur'an and Sunnah in contemporary Islamic education, offering a framework for their integration to address modern challenges.

Abstract

Koperasi Produsen Gondo Arum Asri merupakan salah satu produsen gula kelapa aren di Kabupaten Wonosobo, JawaTengah, yang berhasil menembus pasar ekspor melaluikemitraan industri. Namun, permasalahannya terletak pada tingginya ketergantungan penjualan secara curah kepada eksportir dengan margin keuntungan yang minim sehingga rentan terhadap fluktuasi pasar. Sementara itu, Gondo Arum Asri memiliki bahan baku gula aren yang belum optimal dikembangkan dan hanya dijual dalam bentuk curah dengan nilai jual yang rendah. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini akan menerapkan strategi diversifikasi portofolio produk untuk menciptakan sumber pendapatan baru. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan fokus area sebagai berikut: (1) Studi kelayakan pasar produk turunan gula aren; (2) Pelatihan teknologi proses dan formula minuman instan gula aren jahe merah, (3) Dukungan desain kemasan ritel dan branding; dan (4) Analisis nilai tambah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Gondo Arum Asri mampu memanfaatkan teknologi baru untuk memproduksi minuman instan gula aren jahe merah dalam kemasan ritel yang siap jual. Analisis nilai tambah menunjukkan bahwa dengan mengolah 1 kg gula aren(sebelumnya diperdagangkan dalam jumlah besar seharga Rp32.000 menjadi produk minuman instan (4 kantong@250g), Gondo Arum Asri mampu meraih total pendapatan sebesar Rp100.000. Strategi diversifikasi ini terbukti mampu memberikan nilai tambah yang signifikan bagi gula aren dan membuka peluang pasar B2C baru bagi Gondo Arum Asri, sekaligus mengurangi ketergantungan perusahaan pada perdagangan ekspor gula kelapa B2B.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peringkat obligasi sebagai indikator utama risiko gagal bayar yang menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan investor di pasar modal. Peringkat obligasi tidak hanya mencerminkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban keuangannya, tetapi juga berperan dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi pasar obligasi korporasi. Hal ini menjadi semakin relevan bagi obligasi korporasi non-keuangan di Indonesia yang menghadapi dinamika ekonomi yang signifikan selama periode 2019–2024, termasuk dampak pandemi COVID-19 dan fase pemulihan ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap peringkat obligasi korporasi non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan dan data peringkat obligasi selama periode 2019–2024. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap peringkat obligasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Secara simultan, CR, DER, dan ukuran perusahaan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi korporasi non-keuangan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan likuiditas dan struktur permodalan perusahaan merupakan faktor utama yang dipertimbangkan oleh lembaga pemeringkat dalam menilai risiko obligasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan likuiditas dan struktur utang yang optimal berperan penting dalam meningkatkan peringkat obligasi, sehingga dapat memperkuat kepercayaan investor serta mendukung stabilitas pasar obligasi korporasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Children living in coastal areas face various challenges in developing their literacy and creative potential due to limited access to non-formal educational facilities and adequate learning resources. This condition results in low stimulation of reading, writing, communication, and creative expression skills from an early age. This community service activity aims to develop the potential of coastal children through basic literacy learning and community-based creative arts in Wawatu Village, North Moramo District, South Konawe Regency. The method applied is a community-based participatory approach with an experiential learning design, actively involving children in various educational activities such as shared reading, storytelling, drawing, coloring, singing, reading children’s poetry, and group-based educational games. Data were collected through participatory observation, brief interviews with children, parents, and community leaders, as well as simple questionnaires to assess participants’ responses and satisfaction levels. The results indicate high enthusiasm among the children, with most participants stating that they were very happy and happy to take part in the entire series of activities. The children became more active in interacting, more confident in expressing their opinions, and showed increased interest in reading and artistic activities. In addition, parents and community leaders expressed positive responses, as the program was considered to provide a contextual and meaningful alternative learning experience. This activity demonstrates that the integration of basic literacy learning and community-based creative arts is an effective approach to holistically developing the cognitive, social, and emotional abilities of coastal children while strengthening the role of the community in supporting children’s sustainable growth and development.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan indikator utama yang diperhatikan investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi di pasar modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value (PBV) pada perusahaan subsektor consumer services yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020-2024. Populasi penelitian mencakup 50 perusahaan, dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sebanyak 45 perusahaan terpilih sebagai sampel sekaligus subjek penelitian. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda serta serangkaian pengujian asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel CR dan TATO memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sebaliknya, variabel DAR ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada subsektor consumer services tersebut. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen (CR, TATO, dan DAR) berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan subsektor consumer services dengan kontribusi nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Square) sebesar 50,6%. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan dukungan empiris terhadap teori sinyal (signaling theory) yang di mana kinerja likuiditas serta efisiensi penggunaan aset memberikan sinyal positif bagi pasar, sementara tingkat ketergantungan utang yang tinggi dipandang sebagai sinyal risiko finansial oleh para investor.
