Abstract

The scope of this research is a study of the effect of implementing management functions on employee performance at SMK Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong, Sampang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the implementation of management functions on employee performance at SMK Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong, Sampang Regency. The research method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results can be concluded that implementing management functions positively affects employee performance. The diversity of variables in implementing management functions can be explained by employee performance variables, while the rest is influenced by other variables not mentioned in the model. The implications of the results of the study are then to improve employee performance, it is necessary to enhance the application of effective and efficient management functions at SMK Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong Region Sampang.

Abstract

Growth and success of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are heavily influenced by product creativity and innovation. MSMES must develop high-quality goods to face increasing competition. These products must be able to meet the needs and demands of the changing market. The aim of this research is to identify progress in MSMEs products and emerging challenges. These small often have difficulties when it comes to product development; they still rely on old products for innovation, lack adequate capital, and do not have the right approach to developing their products. If a business wants to survive, they have to keep creating new products. Most of the income comes from MSMES, because the economy of the community can be helped by the existence of MSMES. But MSMES today is still limited in the presence of borrowing capital, because there are still many MSMES that have not been touched by the financial institutions.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh jaringan bisnis dan inovasi produk terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di sektor kuliner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi adalah UMKM kuliner di Kota Sampang, khususnya di Banyuanyar dengan sampel sebanyak 30 UMKM yang diambil menggunakan teknik disproportionate stratified random sampling dan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jaringan bisnis dan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di sektor kuliner. Peneliti menyarankan agar UMKM selalu meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk memperluas jaringan bisnis, meningkatkan inovasi produk, dan meningkatkan daya saing agar UMKM dapat terus berkembang di tengah persaingan saat ini.

Abstract

Abstract—This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of the development of facilities and services on the level of customer visits at Hotel De Baghraf Sumenep. In the world of hospitality, the quality of facilities and services is an important factor that can influence customer decisions in choosing and visiting certain hotels, so a facility and service improvement strategy is needed to attract interest and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used was primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to customers of Hotel De Baghraf Sumenep as many as 40 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, which is a technique of determining samples based on certain criteria. The results of the study show that the research instruments used are valid and reliable. The data in this study is also distributed normally, so it is eligible for regression analysis. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis, it was found that the development of facilities and services had a positive and significant effect on the level of customer visits at Hotel De Baghraf Sumenep. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of facilities and services has an important role in increasing the level of customer visits. Therefore, the De Baghraf Sumenep Hotel is advised to continue to develop and improve facilities and services on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

This study analyzes sports diplomacy through the F1 Power Boat event on Lake Toba as part of Indonesia's efforts to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia's Vision 2030. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on secondary data from policy documents, official reports, and academic literature. The results show that the F1 Power Boat event serves as an effective soft power diplomacy instrument in improving Indonesia's image and strengthening tourism nation branding. This event also contributes to the achievement of SDGs 8, SDGs 9, and SDGs 11 through improving the local economy, developing infrastructure, and strengthening priority tourism destinations. In addition, the F1 Power Boat event encourages synergy between diplomacy, tourism, and regional economic development. However, the sustainability of its impact depends on sustainable governance and attention to social and environmental aspects. Overall, sports diplomacy through the F1 Power Boat event has the potential to be an effective strategy in supporting sustainable development and Indonesia's Vision 2030 if managed in an integrated and long-term manner.
