Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 encourages everyone to do routines quickly, easily, and efficiently, activity carried out online that only uses gadgets and networks that may be done anywhere. One example of the application of the industrial revolution 4.0 is the emergence of e-commerce which is also accompanied by the emergence of a term called Marketplace. Marketplace is a market where sellers and buyers meet which there are many products and various kinds of stores, only done online and online. Only with gadgets, ordered goods have been received and delivered by shipping services (expeditions). But with this, it does not rule out the possibility that unpleasant things do not happen such as damage or even loss of ordered goods. With this, this study aims to determine the form of legal protection and legal remedies provided to overcome these problems. Abstract

This article discusses the community service activities that have been carried out in the PKK RT / RW 005/005 Manukan Kulon group, Surabaya. This community service activity is held with the consideration that the author as an academic feels the need to participate in parsing the economic problems in society caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which created many unemployment clusters due to layoffs from closed businesses, as well as macroeconomic impacts that affect the economic conditions of the Indonesian State, require the contribution of solutions from all parties, including academics who have the dharma of community service. Business management literacy andlegality are e-commerce implemented as a means of providing understanding to the community and building PKK groups that are legally aware and smart in managing their business by utilizing information technology media.

Abstract

State defense education ivfor PAUD children is very good. For example, in America in the era of President Obama, how to foster nationalism in future generations by visiting and inviting kindergarten children to camp at the White House. State defense education has also been carried out in many other countries in the world, one of which is Singapore. In Singapore there is a military museum, this discovery center is my inspiration. The method used is to analyze a problem by comparing the rules of other countries. If these threats cannot be anticipated as early as possible, it will have an impact on the fading of nationalism and the weakening of the nation's ideology due to the influence of other countries' ideologies that are not in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila which can affect the weakness of the national defense system so that it can be penetrated by other countries that have interests. to divide the Indonesian nation.
