Abstract

Background: Parkinson's disease results from the gradual degeneration of dopamine neurons in the brain's substantia nigra pars compacta. The Dopamin receptor D1 (DRD1), which controls nerve growth and behavior, is the most prevalent dopamine receptor in the human nervous system. Objective: To determine the affinity of madecassoside on dopamine D1 receptors as a potential for anti-Parkinson's medications. Methods: The RSCB PDB database provided the chosen target protein's three-dimensional structure. namely DRD1. The PubChem database provided the 3D structure of the Madecassoside sample (CID: 45356919) and the PDB ligand control Rotigotine (CID: 59227). Autodock Vina, which was integrated with Pyrx v.1, was used for docking. Results: The madecassoside has a lower binding energy than the PDB control in the form of Rotigotine. The docking results showed that  madecassoside compounds formed more hydrogen bonds than Rotigotine. It was predicted that madecassoside and the dopamin receptor 1 receptor would create a stability complex. Conclusion: Madecassoside was predicted create a stability complex with DRD1.

Abstract

Pedestrian paths or pedestrian paths are facilities that must exist in a city. Pedestrian paths generally function to facilitate pedestrian movement from one place to another easily, smoothly, safely, comfortably and independently. Pedestrian paths are created so that road users, especially pedestrians, can avoid accidents and can enjoy walking activities safely, relaxed and comfortably without having to worry about vehicles crossing them. The unavailability of pedestrian paths on the Jalan Bandung - Cirebon corridor in Tanjungsari Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency has caused various problems related to pedestrian safety with many traffic accidents occurring on this route. As a first step in creating a concept plan for pedestrian routes in the Jalan Bandung - Cirebon corridor, it is necessary to identify the typology of pedestrian routes using an overlay analysis method between the land cover map and the spatial pattern map. The study findings in the form of segments will become a land plan for planning pedestrian paths that comply with safety and comfort standards. The results of the analysis state that there are 3 (three) segments that can be used as pedestrian path plans, namely road segment 1 (one) in the trade and services zone in the south with a segment length of 450 meters, road segment 2 (two) in the mixed zone with segment length of 476 meters and segment 3 (three) in the trade and services zone in the north with a segment length of 374 meters, which will be the basis for determining further analysis.

Abstract

Usaha kecil rumah tangga saat ini banyak digeluti oleh masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi dan kesejahteraan, serta membantu mendukung ketahanan ekonomi nasional. Salah satu contohnya adalah industri kripik usus yang dimiliki oleh Ibu Siti Lailatul Muclifah, yang berlokasi di Jalan Mayjend Sungkono RT: 08 RW: 06, Kota Malang. Namun, ada beberapa permasalahan yang masih dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha tersebut. Salah satunya adalah kesulitan dalam meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas produksi kripik usus, yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti kurangnya penggunaan alat berbasis teknologi dan kurangnya pemahaman dalam mengelola sistem keuangan serta permasalahan dalam pemasaran produk. Dalam rangka membantu mitra usaha industri keripik usus tersebut maka metode pengabdian yang digunakan yaitu melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat seperti melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, yaitu memberikan pemahaman materi terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan administrasi usaha, serta pendampingan terhadap alat inovatif berbasis teknologi untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan industri kripik usus yang berkualitas. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mencakup pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengembangan alat berbasis IPTEK, serta manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran yang optimal.
