Abstract

Criminal acts often occur in recent times. In addition, each company also needs to create an instrument in the attendance administration process. Computer vision method by using human faces is used in this research. The method in this research is divided into three parts, namely data collection, analytical, and prototypes methods. To get maximum system design results, at least an analysis is needed to determine the system requirements. At the system design stage, the system is designed with images such as flowcharts and block diagrams. Testing using black box gets several evaluation results. The door lock system uses the facial recognition method, by matching the face image with the database that has been saved from the camera module captures. All data displayed in a web based application. This research is expected to assist companies in creating an automated attendance system, so that it can be useful as assisting companies in maintaining employee discipline and office security.

Abstract

Integration in the education of Muslims has become an agenda among Islamic intellectuals and activists. Where secular humanism and atheistic modernism leave Muslims with a legacy of educational dichotomy. Many contemporary Islamic educational institutions have been established since then, each with some distinctive integration models. Many Muslims advance the true integration of the Qur'an worldview in the Science and Technology curriculum whose students are at a critical stage of cognitive development, affective, spiritual, social, and ethical. This research presents qualitative reports that analyze several samples of integration models in a number of Islamic schools in Indonesia. In an effort to understand the Science and Technology Perspective this article assesses the worldview that has brought science and technology to its current stage. This research proposes a model for Islamic school education in which science and technology undergo thoughtful but holistic reconstruction, reinterpretation, and diversion of frameworks, and are organically infused with the Qur'an, and enrich 'Islamic studies' with good grounding and Science.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah menyentuh segala aktivitas masyarakat, dimana dengan teknologi memberikan kemudahan dalam hal komunikasi serta mengefisiensikan waktu yang ada. Salah satunya yaitu kegiatan pengelolaan rapat untuk menentukan strategi dan arah kebijakan begitupun juga pada Universitas Raharja terdapat rapat dosen. Dalam hal ini, sistem pengelolaan rapat pada Universitas Raharja yang berjalan saat ini adalah penyebaran informasi rapat masih menggunakan surat yang dititipkan ke resepsionis, konfirmasi yang dilakukan oleh tiga orang yang berbeda yaitu resepsionis, kaprodi, dan juga sekprodi, dan hasil dari rapat diajukan untuk nantinya diarsipkan. Dalam proses tersebut ditemukan, seringnya terjadi keterlambatan penerimaan informasi pelaksanaan rapat, penundaan dimulainya rapat untuk menunggu peserta yang belum tentu hadir sehingga banyak memakan waktu, dan dosen yang berhalangan hadir tidak mengetahui hasil rapat. Metode penelitian untuk pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, user requirement dan literatur review (studi pustaka). Untuk metode analisis menggunakan metode analisis BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Hasil analisis adalah membutuhkan sistem yang menampilkan jumlah konfirmasi dan kehadiran peserta, memberikan layanan yang cepat, serta menampilkan jumlah persentase peserta yang hadir. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database Mysql serta perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Hasil penelitian adalah sebuah sistem informasi pengelolaan rapat terpadu yang berfungsi untuk mempercepat pengiriman informasi pelaksanaan rapat, konfirmasi kehadiran yang terpusat, serta pengiriman hasil rapat kepada seluruh. Dengan adanya sistem tersebut merupakan salah satu peningkatan dalam pemberian pelayanan bagi peserta untuk mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan rapat karena sudah dipermudah

Abstract

The helpdesk section is an officer who fixes all kinds of problems that occur in the office infrastructure, such as damaged computer hardware components and applications that don't work properly. Currently, the process of submitting complaints regarding computer problems is still carried out by meeting directly with the helpdesk department or using an office VoIP telephone. Then the helpdesk will record it in the register of reported problems, then send a team of technicians to repair the computer. When the computer has been repaired, it will be reported back to the helpdesk so that the status of the problem submission data is changed to complete repair. However, the process of submitting complaints is still considered manual and inefficient, so it does not rule out the possibility of obstacles or errors such as duplication of complaint data which occurs due to the large number of reports coming in at once, the data search process is repetitive and takes quite a long time. So it is necessary to build an IT helpdesk system application that uses the PHP programming language which is integrated with the database. This research produces an IT helpdesk system application that functions to make it easier for officers as one of the users in the process of collecting submission data and managing helpdesk data more effectively.

Abstract

PT. Fiber Networks Indonesia is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that has installed a Base Transceiver Station (BTS) in the Jabodetabek area. Access to the BTS server room is currently via manual access using a regular key. All ISPs want to immediately resolve existing problems so that their customers remain connected and stable. Access to the server room door is still compromised from a security perspective and can still be accessed easily by irresponsible individuals. The aim of this research is to develop a Smart Door Lock prototype with Face Recognition for security access to the server room. This prototype tool uses Raspberry Pi-based facial recognition for entry access and a camera for facial detection and recognition. Flask framework web-based application that simplifies the Internet as a medium for communication, access and data storage. As well as using a Solenoid Door Lock as an actuator. The test results show that it is able to recognize registered faces and open the door. If there is an unfamiliar face, the solednoid will remain locked and the door will not open. Infiltration user data and infiltration attempts (intruders) are stored as logs or history in the SQLite 3 database and Raspberry Pi internal storage, making it easy to review the data if needed at a later date.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design and create a decision support system for SMA Negeri 1 Cilegon, also known as SMANCIL. The use of the Simple Additive Weighting method to achieve the objectives of the study. So far, certain methods have not been used to select the best students, so that the decisions made are considered non-objective and not on target. Therefore, a decision support system is expected to help in making decisions about the best students. This study will investigate the case of finding the best alternative based on predetermined criteria. To calculate the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative in all attributes, the SAW method is needed. By using the SAW method, several criteria are calculated to provide recommendations for the desired students. The ranking results show V6 = 0.97 and V28 = 1.00. Based on these results, it can be concluded that of all the specified criteria, V28 is the best student choice. This study is expected to produce a design for selecting the best students that will help teachers choose the best students according to their wishes.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology compels educational institutions to adopt digital-based systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and assessment processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based online examination system at SMK Al Hikma. The system is expected to provide a solution to the limitations of conventional paper-based exams, which are time-consuming, prone to human error, and inefficient in terms of scoring. The system development method used is prototyping, with requirements analysis based on the PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service). The system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. Testing is conducted using the black-box method. The results of the study indicate that the developed system improves time efficiency, reduces operational costs, and enhances the accuracy of exam results.

Abstract

In the era of rapid digital transformation, Information Technology (IT) companies are increasingly challenged to manage large and complex datasets efficiently. This study investigates the implementation of cloud-based information management systems as a strategic approach to improving work efficiency within IT companies. A mixed-method approach was adopted, combining quantitative data from system performance metrics and employee productivity reports with qualitative insights obtained from surveys and in-depth interviews with employees and managers. The results show a significant improvement in work efficiency, with a 30% decrease in system response time and a 25% increase in employee productivity. Additionally, qualitative findings indicate enhanced employee satisfaction, better collaboration, and more effective decision-making due to improved data accessibility and streamlined workflows. The integration of cloud-based systems with existing IT infrastructure is also identified as a critical factor for the success of such implementations. These findings highlight that cloud technology not only addresses operational challenges but also supports broader strategic goals. The study recommends IT companies invest in employee training, robust data security measures, and seamless integration strategies to fully leverage the potential of cloud-based information management in optimizing performance and maintaining competitiveness.

Abstract

Proof of Tunnel Signature (PoTS) is designed to avoid the main problems found in certificates based on Blockchain technology. In this case, it is so closely related to Cybersecurity. A lightweight protocol such as a Certificate Authenticated Key Agreement (CAKA) is needed to reduce the vulnerability of a system's operation, namely overcoming management overhead by using a decentralized system according to the characteristics of Blockchain Technology. PoTS is the second stage after determining the Key Agreement (KA) or certificate hash in authenticating a node, and this is also a significant step in minimizing computation costs. The nodes generated after the signing process remain anonymous and can be verified optimally. Smart contracts are also used as a support so that this research can ensure transparency and openness of transaction nodes to maintain and improve the efficiency of transaction security for a certificate based on Blockchain Technology.

Abstract

PT Putra Pratama Jaya Mandiri was established in 2011 located Jl. Bhayangkara 1 No. 1 Paku Jaya, North Serpong, South Tangerang. PT Putra Pratama Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in Interior Services which has 2 branch offices located in Tangerang and Bali with a total number of employees of 275 employees. Human resource data management or employee management that is currently running is not running well because it is still done using Microsoft excel so that there are still some problems, namely the absence of a system that is used as a container to collect employee work data reports every day so that HR must collect one by one to find out the results of employee work that has been done every month,  There is no application used to support the optimization of employee data (new, resign, mutation, promotion and retirement) specifically in data storage, data security has not been well maintained because it can still be seen by many people. This research produces a web-based employee data system that can help HR in managing employee data (new, resign, mutation, promotion and retirement). In addition, it helps employees inform the results of work reports that have been done so that OM, HR and division heads can control the results of employee work every day. This system is created using the PHP programming language and Mysql database. This research uses the RAD method as system development and blackbox testing for system testing.
