Abstract

This research aims to evaluation and compared chemical proximate compositions, NPN, amino acid and fat acid of Hemibagrus nemurus from wild catfish, pond culture and cage. Catfish used is 70 from wild (Kampar river), pond culture, and cage in Paku river, Kampar.Value of catfish was evaluation, value of edible portion, dressing percentage water holding capacity,sensory quality, proximate, non protein nitrogen, amino acid, and fat acid. The research was showed edible portion, dressing percentageand sensory quality was not different between fish habitat,water holding capacity highest was catch from pond culture, followed by fish from cage and wild,protein compositions, and cinder fish from wild was highest, next followed by fish from cage and pond culture. Fat acid contents fish from pond culture more hight of the cage and wild, water contents fish from cage and wild more hight of the pond culture, NPN highest was catch from wild, followed by fish from cage and pond culture. Base on data obtained, it was concluded that amino acid was not different from fish habitat. Fat acid of PUFA more hight on fish cage compared pond culture and wild catch.Keywords : Hemibagrus nemurus, habitat, cage, wild catch, pond culture

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to develop a concentration training model on free throw shots basketball players and to measure the extent of the process of concentration training model on free throw shots basketball players. The process of this research began with a need analysis with field observation method and continued with the process of the development of a concentration training model on free throw shots basketball players according to the characteristics needed. The development of this training model was carried out by applying 10 steps according to Brog and Gall and producing a product from concentration training model on free throw shots basketball players according to the needs and the suitability needed. Based on the results of the analysis on the small group trials the average choice was 82.10%, whereas in the medium group trials the average values obtained was 87.56%, while in the large group trials the average choice was 90.49 %. This stated that the concentration training model on free throw shots basketball players was very feasible to use.

Abstract

The purpose of this study examines the concept of the sacred space and profane of Gawok market Sukoharjo which was formed and grew because of the beliefs held between the Gawok community and the previous King Kasunanan. From this belief, traditions and cultures are created, such as the determination of the Pon market day, the Angon Putu Tradition, the Sesajen Jum’at Ritual, the Kulo Nuwun Ritual, the Nyuwun Pitedah Ritual, and the Ngubur Blanjan Ritual. Qualitative research methods are used to explore and observe research objects in depth and then describe the state of cultural traditions such as places, social behavior, activities, market activities that are not yet known specifically for analysis of the influence of the concept of sacred and profane spaces that form a market tradition. The result of this concept is to create a local cultural identity and character of local wisdom and the noble norms of the Gawok market to make the market survive and exist until now amidst current penetration and modernization.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of agglomeration of regional economic growth across 26 provinces in Indonesia. The provincial pooling data for the period of 1994-2003 are regressed using generalized least square (GLS) method. Factors affecting the economic growth are considered such as agglomeration, labor force, inflation rates, openness rate of the provinces, and human capital. The study suggests the influence of three variables on the regional economic growth: labor force, inflation rates and the openness rate of the provinces; whereas the remaining two (agglomeration and human capital) are likely to have no effect.

Abstract

Tindak pidana pembunuhan yang dilakukan oleh beberapa orang atau penyertaan, sering menimbulkan kesulitan dalam proses pembuktiannya, karena banyak pelaku yang turut serta melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan yuridis normatif, dengan bentuk Penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Diagnostik, dimana suatu penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan keterangan mengenai sebab-sebab terjadinya suatu gejala tertentu, kerangka teori dalam penelitian adalah Teori hukum pembuktian sebagai Grand Theory serta Teori Keadilan sebagai Applied Theory. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya adalah (1) Kesalahan terkait dengan dengan penerapan menurut Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP tetap harus dibuktikan dan dipertanggung jawabankan sebagai perbuatan tindak pidana terhadap pelaku, unsur pasal tersebut haruslah dibuktikan terlebih dahulu secara jelas agar mendapatkan keadilan, untuk menentukan pertanggung jawaban pidana atas perbuatan tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana yang didakwakan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum dan vonis Majelis Hakim. (2) Mengenai unsur dengan sengaja dan dengan rencana terlebih dahulu dalam pertimbangan hukum hakim tidak mempertimbangkan mengenai unsur Pasal 55 Ayat (1) KUHP, dimana di dalam fakta persidangan terungkap dari para keterangan saksi dan terdakwa serta keterangan saksi ahli bahwa terdakwa tidak ikut dalam perbuatan perencanaan pembunuhan terhadap korban SUGIANTO. Adapun saran Jaksa Penuntut Umum dalam membuat surat dakwaan harusnya lebih cermat, teliti, kompeten agar dapat mempertanggung jawabkan serta memberikan keadilan bagi terdakwa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the profile of the physical condition of Indonesian junior badminton athletes. Participants in this study were 40 badminton athletes (age = 14-18 years, Male = 31, Female = 9). Research instruments on physical conditions are endurance, strength & conditioning, speed, flexibility, and coordination. Data analysis with descriptive statistics. This study concludes the condition profile as follows; 1) Endurance in male athletes when viewed from an average of 60.29, then falls into the "good" category, then female athletes when viewed from an average of 54.86, then falls into the "good" category; 2) Strength & conditioning in male athletes when viewed from an average of 5.70, then it is included in the "enough" category, then female athletes if viewed from an average of 4.78, it is in the "good" category; 3) Speed for male athletes when viewed from the average of 3.30, is in the "very good" category, then for female athletes if viewed from the average of 3.71, it is in the "excellent" category; 4) Flexibility in male athletes when viewed from an average of 21.42, is in the "good" category, then female athletes when viewed from an average of 14.22, is in the "enough" category; 5) Coordination for male athletes when viewed from an average of 11.46, is included in the "good" category, then for female athletes when viewed from an average of 13.49, it is included in the "good" category. Suggestions for future research are related to the test instruments used.

Abstract

Specific training methods is an important aspect in the preparation of wrestling athletes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a short-duration high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program with specific wrestling techniques on anaerobic performance. Twelve wrestling athletes were randomized into a control (n=6) or experimental groups (n=6). The experimental protocol consisted of 3 blocks of 6 sets of 10s all-out effort, with 10s passive recovery between sets and 1-min rest interval between blocks, conducted 3 days per week during 4-weeks. A three-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) (group, set and moment) with repeated measurements in the two last factors was conducted to compare the performance during each set of the Frequency Speed Kick Test (FSKT), and an ANOVA two-way (group and moment) with repeated measurements was used to compare the total number of kicks and kick decrement index (KDI). Both groups maintained their regular wrestling training, which was exactly the same. Before and after the training program the athletes performed the FSKT. The experimental group increased (p<0.01) performance in each of the five sets of the FSKT and in the total number of kicks (p<0.001). No statistical difference was observed in the control group after 4-weeks or between the control and experimental group in any moment. A short-duration HIIT program with specific wrestling techniques improved anaerobic performance measured through the FSKT. However, the fatigue index did not change.

Abstract

Implementasi Qanun Kabupaten Aceh Barat Nomor 4 Tahun 2017 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah merupakan upaya pemerintah daerah untuk mengatasi permasalahan sampah yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya volume sampah dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah secara mandiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Qanun tersebut serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk pejabat pemerintah, masyarakat, dan organisasi non-pemerintah. Selain itu, dilakukan juga observasi langsung ke lapangan serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Qanun ini belum sepenuhnya efektif. Faktor pendukung utama adalah adanya dukungan kebijakan dari pemerintah daerah dan partisipasi beberapa kelompok masyarakat. Namun, terdapat beberapa hambatan signifikan seperti kurangnya fasilitas pendukung, minimnya sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat, serta keterbatasan anggaran dan sumber daya manusia. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa meskipun Qanun Kabupaten Aceh Barat Nomor 4 Tahun 2017 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah memiliki tujuan yang baik, implementasinya masih perlu ditingkatkan. Diperlukan strategi yang lebih komprehensif, peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan, dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat agar pengelolaan sampah di Aceh Barat dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Football is a sport that requires mastery of fundamental techniques, including accurate shooting, to score goals and win matches. Observations at SSB Tesa FC Kutaraja revealed that many players struggle with shooting techniques, highlighting the need for an effective training method to address this issue. This study emphasizes the importance of improving shooting quality among SSB Tesa FC Kutaraja players, given that shooting is a critical skill in football for scoring goals and securing victories. The findings indicate that plyometric training significantly enhances players' shooting accuracy. The Wilcoxon test carried out produced a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000, which indicated a significant increase in shooting accuracy after plyometric training. This approach has significantly improved shooting skills, making it a valuable addition to football training programs. The contribution of this research lies in reinforcing the theoretical foundation on the effectiveness of plyometric training in skill development and providing coaches with guidance for designing more effective training programs. Future research is encouraged to explore the combined effects of plyometric training with other methods to further enhance football skills.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the contribution and influence of influencers, hedonic browsing, and visual appeal on impulsive buying behavior among online shopping customers. Tight competition in e-commerce in Indonesia, especially on platforms such as Shopee and Instagram, encourages various marketing strategies to increase sales. One strategy is to use influencers who can influence consumers' impulse purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents who are Shopee and Instagram users. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The research results show that influencers contribute 20.5% to impulsive buying, hedonic browsing contributes 57.5%, and visual appeal contributes 79%. % of hedonic browsing. These findings provide important implications for retailers in determining effective marketing strategies to encourage impulse buying behavior, with an emphasis on the use of influencers and increasing the visual appeal of online shopping platforms. This research also provides insight into the development of marketing science, especially in the context of e-commerce
