Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Karakteristik Kewirausahaan, dan Pemilihan Lokasi terhadap Keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM Ayam Geprek di Wilayah Darmaga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik probability random sampling dan didapat sampel penelitian sebanyak 52 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda serta uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F, dengan bantuan software SPSS Ver. 26. 0.           Hasil penelitian diper-oleh persamaan regresi berganda Ý= 0,3306 + 0.267X1 + 0.244X2 + 0.264X3 dengan nilai signifikasi t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel serta nilai F-hitung31.986 lebih besar dari F-tabelsehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Karakteristik Kewirausahaan, dan Pemilihan Lokasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha UMKM Ayam Geprek wilayah Darmaga Bogor. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Karakteristik Kewirausahaan, Pemilihan Lokasi , Keberhasilan Usaha

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the influence of recruitment, selection and training of PT QES Indonesia employees. The number of samples was 32 people. This research uses quantitative methods with probability sampling techniques (random samples), and data analysis tools using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of the partial analysis of recruitment on employee performance show that there is no significant relationship because tcount 0.174 is smaller than ttable 2.037 and the significance is >0.05. The results of the partial selection analysis of employee performance show that there is no significant relationship because tcount 0.496 is smaller than ttable 2.037 and the significance is >0.05. The results of the partial analysis of training on employee performance show that there is no significant relationship because tcount 0.205 is smaller than ttable¬ 2.037 and the significance is >0.05. The results of simultaneous analysis of recruitment, selection and training on employee performance show that there is no significant relationship because the fcount of 0.151 is smaller than the ftable of 2.947, with significance >0.05 Keyword: Recruitment, Selection, Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

The goal of this study is to find out how profitability, likuidity, and capital structure influence firm value. For the period 2015-2021, the population in this study is a cement sub-sector manufacturing company registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, GPM. CR, and DER are used to assess profitability, likuidity, and capital structure. Meanwhile, the firm value variable is calculated using PBV. Based on the purposive sampling strategy, the number of research samples is five sompanies. The data was collected using a non-participant obsevation method. In its analysis, this study employs descriptive statistics, panel data regression analysis, the classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For this investigation, the Eviews 9 application was employed as a measuring tool. According to the partial test results, profitability and capital structure have a positive impact on business value, but liquidity has a negative impact. According to the simultaneous test, profitability, liquidity, and capital structure have a probability value of 0.000000 < 0.05 on company value.
