Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran digital marketing, contentcreator, dan kualitas konten Wardah terhadap minat beli Gen Z. Variabel bebas dalampenelitian ini adalah digital marketing, content creator, dan kualitas konten, sedangkanvariabel terikat adalah minat beli. Jenis penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif yang diperolehdari data primer, yaitu data langsung dari sampel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah GenZ yang menggunakan produk Wardah. Pemilihan sample menggunakan purposivesampling dengan jumlah responden 100 orang dengan metode kuesioner dalam bentukdaftar pertanyaan dengan skala likert, dan diolah menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4. Teknikanalisis data pada penelitian ini berupa uji statistik deskriptif, uji model pengukuran, ujimodel structural, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa digitalmarketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, sedangkan contentcreator tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli, dan kualitas konten berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap minat beli. Implikasi pada variabel digital marketing dan kualitas kontenyang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikanindikator yang dominan pada kedua variabel tersebut dapat meningkatkan minat beli,sedangkan pada variabel yang tidak berpengaruh seperti content creator menunjukkanbahwa pentingnya perusahaan memperhatikan aspek kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengelolaulasan yang dibuat oleh content creator, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumenpada Wardah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Affiliate Marketing, Influencer marketing, danSocial media marketing terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk Make Over di wilayah DKI Jakarta.Penelitian dilandaskan teori yang mendukung tentang Affiliate Marketing, Influencer marketing,Social media Marketing, dan Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer denganmetode kuantitatif yang digunakan yaitu mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi padapenelitian ini adalah konsumen produk Make Over. Sampel dihitung menggunakan rumusLemeshow, berdasarkan hasil sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 sampel. Teknik yang digunakanadalah purposive sampling. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS SEM 4.1, dihitung denganuji validitas dan rebilitas, uji model struktural dan inner model, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Affiliate marketing (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusanpembelian (Y). Sebaliknya, Influencer marketing (X2) dan Social media marketing (X3)menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Implikasi daritemuan ini adalah perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan strategi influencer marketing dan Social mediamarketing dengan memilih influencer yang relevan, meningkatkan kualitas konten, serta mendoronginteraksi yang lebih aktif dengan konsumen. Sementara itu, perlu dilakukan diversifikasi strategiAffiliate marketing untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in collaboration with lecturers from STIE YAI, students, and teaching staff at LBBP (Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Pelajar) D’King Study in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The implementation methods included lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, and training on the use of digital technology in learning activities as an effort to transform education and realize "Merdeka Belajar" (Freedom to Learn). The use of technology is expected to enhance the quality of learning. There are three outcomes from the discussion held during the digital education outreach activities. First, a Unified Understanding of Educational Digitalization: The participants, especially the educators at LBBP D’King Study, gained a shared understanding of strengthening educational digitalization. They are now capable of creating learning materials with the help of digital technology, making the content more engaging, communicative, and easier for students to comprehend. This, in turn, boosts the students' motivation to learn. Second, the Successful Execution of Activities: The community service activities focused on strengthening educational digitalization were well-executed and aligned with the planned objectives. Third, Follow-Up Phases Planned: After the completion of this community service, subsequent steps will be taken to maintain consistency in contributing to the advancement of educational digitalization at LBBP D’King Study in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. These efforts are part of an ongoing commitment to improve the quality of education through technology integration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Green Manufacturing, measured through a dummy variable; Green Advertising, evaluated using the net profit margin ratio; and Greenwashing, assessed based on the PROPER ranking, on Corporate Sustainability, which is determined by the dissemination of sustainability reports following the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standard. This research utilizes secondary data, focusing on a population of 125 manufacturing companies, with a sample of 50 companies selected using the purposive sampling method, all of which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. The panel data regression analysis method is applied using Eviews 13 as the analytical tool. The findings reveal that Green Manufacturing and Greenwashing have a positive but statistically insignificant impact on Corporate Sustainability. Conversely, Green Advertising has a negative but also statistically insignificant effect. Unlike prior studies that included Green Accounting as a variable, this research incorporates Green Manufacturing into the analysis of Corporate Sustainability, with differences also seen in measurement techniques and sample selection. This study uniquely employs the PROPER score to evaluate Greenwashing and Environmental Performance. Collectively, these three factors contribute to Corporate Sustainability, emphasizing that a comprehensive approach addressing various green practices is more effective in enhancing Corporate Sustainability.

Abstract

Tax revenue is the primary source of income for Indonesia, supporting national development. However, taxpayer compliance remains a significant challenge. The Voluntary Disclosure Program (VDP), tax penalties, and tax socialization are expected to improve taxpayer compliance. This study aims to analyze the effect of VDP, tax penalties, and tax socialization on individual taxpayer compliance at the Jakarta Kalideres Tax Office (KPP Pratama Jakarta Kalideres). This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 individual taxpayers registered at the Jakarta Kalideres Tax Office. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results show that VDP significantly and positively impacts taxpayer compliance, with a regression coefficient of 0.45 (p<0.05). Tax socialization also has a significant positive effect, with a coefficient of 0.38 (p<0.05). However, tax penalties have a positive but not significant effect, with a coefficient of 0.12 (p>0.05). Collectively, the three independent variables explain 65% of the variation in taxpayer compliance (Adjusted R²=0.65). VDP and tax socialization effectively improve taxpayer compliance, while the effectiveness of tax penalties requires further evaluation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada pengurus Paguyuban Bundo Kanduang Minangkabau Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Sesuai dengan ketentuan, paguyuban seperti organisasinya juga mewajibkan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Beberapa tujuan pembuatan laporan keuangan bagi organisasi nirlaba dan yang mencari laba seperti UMKM adalah: 1. Memberikan informasi kepada pemangku kepentingan mengenai laporan mengenai keuangan, operasional, dan kinerja organisasi. 2. Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas, laporan keuangan memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan transparan mengenai keuangan organisasi kepada pemangku kepentingan, meliputi anggota, donatur, sponsor, pemberi pinjaman, dan masyarakat umum. 3. Pengambilan Keputusan. Informasi yang disajikan dalam laporan keuangan membantu para manajer dan penasihat dalam membuat keputusan strategis, perencanaan, dan alokasi sumber daya. 4. Pendanaan dan Penggalangan Dana, Laporan keuangan dapat digunakan untuk menarik calon donatur, sponsor, atau pemberi pinjaman. 5. Kepatuhan Regulasi: Organisasi nirlaba mungkin harus mematuhi berbagai peraturan dan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. 6. Evaluasi dan Peningkatan Kinerja, Laporan keuangan memungkinkan organisasi untuk mengevaluasi kinerjanya secara berkala dan mengidentifikasi area yang dapat dilakukan perbaikan. Selain itu, karena pengurus Paguyuban Bundo Kanduang Minangkabau Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada umumnya juga merupakan pelaku UMKM, maka dalam Abdimas ini kami juga memberikan pelatihan mengenai pentingnya laporan keuangan UMKM. Dengan begitu, para pelaku UMKM yang juga merupakan pengurus paguyuban ini dapat memahami dan menyadari pentingnya laporan keuangan UMKM. Saat menyampaikan materi, tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan tanya jawab dengan peserta dan terjadi interaksi antara dosen pengabdi masyarakat dengan peserta. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembekalan singkat yang diberikan kepada pengurus paguyuban cukup dapat dipahami dan dimengerti oleh peserta. Disadari bahwa pembekalan ini baru permulaan, dan perlu dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan praktik mengenai penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Organisasi dan penyusunan Laporan Keuangan UMKM.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out with the primary objective of enhancing the professional competence of mathematics teachers at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) level in Mataram City, particularly in the teaching of geometry. Recognizing the importance of mastering digital technology in modern mathematics learning, the program focused on the introduction and application of GeoGebra as an interactive medium for teaching geometry concepts. The activities were conducted at the Basic Computer Laboratory of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Mataram, involving 18 MTs mathematics teachers. The program consisted of introducing fundamental concepts of geometry, hands-on training on the technical use of GeoGebra, and an evaluation of learning outcomes through pre-tests and post-tests. The evaluation results indicated an improvement in participants’ scores, demonstrating the effectiveness of the training. The teachers’ enthusiasm was evident from their active participation in discussions, asking questions, and exploring GeoGebra’s features during the training. The pre-test results showed that participants scored between 7 and 20, with an average of 13.56. Following the post-test, scores improved significantly, ranging from 20 to 28 with an average of 24.89. This confirms that all teachers, without exception, experienced an increase in scores. The positive impact of this program is expected to contribute to improving the quality of mathematics teaching at the MTs level.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAdministrasi sekolah merupakan aspek penting daam mendukung keberhasilan proses Pendidikan. Efisiensi administrasi dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi pegawai dan beban kerja yang dihadapi. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi dan beban kerja terhadap efisiensi administrasi sekolah di Madrasah Aliyah Ulul Ilmi Jakarta Timur. Metode ini menggunakan observasi deskriptif dengan subjek pegawai tata usaha. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi langsung dan dokumentasi. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pegawai administrasi tergolong baik, tetapi beban kerja yang tinggi menghambat efisiensi. Kondisi ini berdampak pada keterlambatan penyelesaian beberapa pekerjaan administrasi. Kesimpulan obsetvasi ini adalah efisiensi administrasi dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi kompetensi dan beban kerja. Manajemen pembagian tugas yang lebih proposional diperlukan agar kinerja administrasi sekolah lebih optimal.ABSTRACTSchool administration is an essential aspect in supporting the success of the educational process. Administrative efficiency is influenced by employees’ competence and workload. This study aims to examine the relationship between competence and workload on administrative efficiency at MadrasahAliyah Ulul Ilmi Jakarta Timur. The research method used is descriptive observation with administration staff as the subject. Data were collected through direct observation and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the competence of administrative staff was generally good, but high workload hindered efficiency. This condition caused delays in completing several administrative tasks. The conclusion of this study is that administrative efficiency is affected by both competence and workload. A more proportional workload management is needed to optimize school administration performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga, dan promosi terhadap loyalitas konsumen Raa Cha Suki & Bbq di Mall Millenium, Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Raa Cha di Mall Millenium yang jumlah pastinya tidak diketahui secara pasti karena sangat besar. Oleh karena itu, penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dan diperoleh 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS SEM 4.1, melalui pengujian model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Sebaliknya, persepsi harga dan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan aspek pelayanan seperti kecepatan, keramahan, dan kebersihan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, strategi harga dan promosi perlu ditinjau ulang agar lebih efektif dalam menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini adalah memperkaya kajian literatur pemasaran, khususnya terkait implementasi model SERVQUAL dalam konteks industri restoran.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price perception, and promotion on consumer loyalty at Raa Cha Suki & BBQ at Millenium Mall, Central Jakarta. The research method used was quantitative, with primary data collected through questionnaires. The population in this study was all Raa Cha consumers at Millenium Mall, whose exact number is unknown due to its large size. Therefore, the sample was determined using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data analysis was performed using the SmartPLS SEM 4.1 application, through model testing and hypothesis testing. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Conversely, price perception and promotion did nothave a significant effect.The implications ofthis study indicate the importance ofimproving service aspectssuch asspeed,friendliness, and cleanlinessto increase customerloyalty.Furthermore, pricing and promotion strategies need to be reviewed to be more effective in attracting and retaining customers. The contribution of this research is to enrich the marketing literature, particularly regarding the implementation of the SERVQUAL model in the restaurant industry.
