The use of social media today is very large and has an impact on the social life of the wider community in line with the development of Information Technology. The existence of social media can certainly reduce human limitations in interacting and communicating with each other. One of the positive things about the use of social media is in conveying information quickly to the wider community, especially in advancing development in the region. The devotional activities are carried out in the form of socialization or delivering short materials followed by discussions where this activity aims to provide insights on the use of social media that is good and correct to provide benefits for its users. Participants in this activity are members of the community who are members of the Asahan Development Role Institute (LEPPAS). The result of this devotion activity is in the form of material understanding for the participants of activities that will be able to implement the role of social media in advancing regional development, especially in Asahan Regency.

The amount of oyster mushroom production is often not by consumer orders due to a lack of attention to the mushroom stock in the Mushroom House KUB. The purpose of this study is to apply double exponential smoothing (DES) to predict future sales of oyster mushrooms so that consumer needs are met. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data source comes from data on sales of oyster mushrooms from June 2021-May to 2022. The data is analyzed using double exponential smoothing based on alpha and MAPE values. The results showed that an alpha of 0.6 with a MAPE value of 6.23% was the alpha with the smallest MAPE. This study concluded that the double exponential smoothing method could accurately predict future oyster mushroom sales.

Decision-making for the best employees in Camat Tinggi Raja Tinggi Office requires objective and transparent considerations to select the best employees. This study aimed to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine the best employees in Camat Tinggi Raja Tinggi Office. This research method used quantitative methods. The data collected was in the form of employee data of the Raja Tinggi Subdistrict Office in the form of names, attitudes, work discipline, loyalty, responsibilities, and task completion. Data were analyzed using the SAW method based on preference values. The results showed that the employee with the name S had the highest preference value, 0.88. This research concludes that the SAW method decides the best employee in Camat Tinggi Raja Tinggi Office, namely the employee with the name S

This Community Service activity is carried out in the form of training for village cadres in using Microsoft Office software in utilizing information technology at this time. This training material was delivered to the community members in Dadimulyo Village, Kisaran Barat District, Kab. Asahan, which amounted to approximately 30 people. This service activity was carried out using lectures, demonstrations, and exercises accompanied by questions and answers. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of Microsoft Office software as one of the media in facilitating human work. The demonstration method is used to show a work process, namely the stages of introducing the tools that exist in Microsoft Office software and knowing each of their functions, while the training method is to practice directly using the application. While the question and answer method are to allows participants to consult to overcome obstacles in understanding the material that has been obtained. The final result of this activity is expected to provide knowledge to Dadimulyo village cadres regarding the use of Ms. Office, especially Ms. Word in the process of making reports to the village head.

Business development in Indonesia is currently growing, especially the home furnishing business because household furniture is one of the most important needs, especially in the household. This development requires companies to pay attention to the marketing activities of the household appliance business, especially to customers at the Wati Collection Store who do not yet have the media and tools to promote the products they sell so that customers do not know if there is a new product or a product that is currently in a promo packag, unless the customer comes directly to the Wati Collection Store. One aspect that affects customer loyalty is satisfaction, which is a comparison between expectations before making a purchase and perceived performance. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) is a method in managing the relationship between the company and its customers in order to increase the loyalty of consuming the products or services offered. In connection with this, a website-based application is needed at the Wati Collection Store that combines sub-systems, including a sales system that makes it easier for customers in the buying process so that it is expected to be used to improve customer service and product sales.

In order to carry out the functions and authorities of local governments in the form of implementing fiscal authority, regions must be able to recognize potential and identify the resources they have. Forecasting is an art and science in predicting future events. The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Asahan Regency does not yet know the Regional Revenue in the upcoming period & is not yet available a system that can calculate Regional Revenue for the upcoming period. The main purpose of this research is to know the prediction of Regional Income in the following year. The system created helps in determining Regional Revenue in 2022, with data used from 2011 – 2021. The Trend Moment method is a method that uses certain statistical and mathematical calculation methods to find out the function of a straight line instead of a broken line formed by the company's historical data. In choosing the forecast method, accuracy is needed to minimize errors in forecasting (forecast error), the goal is that the forecast can approach reality. Based on the results of system testing, this Regional Revenue Forecasting predicts regional revenue in 2022, which is IDR 136,847,395,228.82 and the result of the percentage of errors (MAPE) Mean Absolute Percentage Error of 0.12%.

The fisheries sector is a sector that is one of the factors that can support activities and the Indonesian economy. Fishery resources, especially those in the sea, are natural resources that are freely used by anyone. In carrying out fishing business in Asahan Regency, there has been a cycle of ups and downs from the last ten years, so that the fish supply is not in accordance with its needs. Besides that, it takes a long time to find out the number of fish according to the origin of the catch if there is no technique used. Because this cycle occurs in fish production, it is not yet known how much fish production in the coming year will meet their needs, whether it will increase or decrease, the Government and fishermen in Asahan must be able to take policies to get solutions to these problems. So we need a method to predict the number of fish catches in order to know the predictive value in the next period by using calculations to find the error value for each value using the Single Exponetial Smoothing (SES) method. The results of the study obtained a prediction of the number of fish, namely in the July 2022 period 676836.19 (Kg) with a MAPE value of 3.38%, which value was greater in May 2022 and smaller than June 2022, the Asahan District Fisheries Service must meet the number of fish. in stock of their needs

Abstract: In the digital era, the use of information technology has a very large influence in all aspects of life in society, one of which is for the younger generation (teenagers). Advances in information technology are now increasingly rapid, these developments certainly require human resources who are able to manage and utilize them properly. Along with the development of technology, the need to do something is recommended to use technology because it is more efficient and faster, one of which is a computer. Skills in using or operating computers have now become a demand to support organizational activities for teenagers because they can be added value or provision as competency values (soft skills) in the world of work. Therefore, computer training is one of the positive activities that are useful for building human resources in the community, especially teenagers for the betterment of the nation. Thus, to build and develop human resources among the younger generation/community, it is necessary to have computer training for teenagers. Seiring perkembangan teknologi tersebut, kebutuhan untuk mengerjakan sesuatu hal disarankan memakai teknologi karena lebih efisien dan cepat, salah satunya yaitu komputer. Keterampilan dalam menggunakan atau mengoperasikan komputer saat ini sudah menjadi sebuah tuntutan guna mendukung kegiatan dalam berorganisasi bagi remaja karena dapat menjadi nilai tambah atau bekal sebagai nilai kompetensi (soft-skill) dalam dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan komputer merupakan salah satu kegiatan positif yang bermanfaat untuk membangun sumber daya manusia di masyarakat terutama remaja demi kemajuan bangsa. Abstract: In carrying out buying and selling activities, there are so many opportunities and opportunities that exist both in the field of products and services, but not all people can take advantage of these opportunities, especially for the younger generation. One of the causes is the lack of ability and knowledge of the community in terms of utilizing Information Technology (IT) in marketing and selling online or better known as e-commerce. The purpose of this service activity is to provide understanding and knowledge to the community, especially the younger generation in Sei Kamah I Village to capture business opportunities by utilizing Information Technology in strategies to market products and services online. The method used in this service activity is in the form of socialization and simulation using one of the e-commerce applications, namely Lazada. The overall implementation of this activity went well and smoothly which was attended by approximately 25 participants where the participants were very enthusiastic in participating in this activity. The results of the service activities are in the form of increasing understanding, insight, and knowledge of the community, especially the younger generation in terms of carrying out online marketing and sales strategies. The participants of this activity hope that this community service activity can be carried out continuously and regularly by STMIK Royal Kisaran. Abstrak: Dalam melakukan kegiatan jual beli begitu besar peluang dan kesempatan yang ada baik dibidang produk maupun jasa, tetapi tidak semua masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan peluang tersebut terutama bagi generasi muda. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya kemampuan dan pengetahuan masyarakat tersebut dalam hal memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi(TI) dalam melakukan pemasaran dan penjualan secara online atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah e-commerce. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat khususnya generasi muda yang ada di Kelurahan Sei Kamah I untuk menangkap peluang usaha dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dalam strategi memasarkan produk dan jasa secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa sosialisasi dan simulasi menggunakan salah satu aplikasi e-commerce yaitu Lazada. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar yang diikuti lebih kurang 25 peserta dimana para peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian berupa peningkatan pemahaman, wawasan, dan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya generasi muda dalam hal melakukan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan secara online. Adapun harapan dari para peserta kegiatan ini adalah agar kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan secara reguler oleh STMIK Royal Kisaran. Abstract: The role of information technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is currently very important and growing so rapidly. Moreover, in the school environment, especially for high school (SMA) students and their equivalent, those who are required to have special skills or skills are required. At Yapim Simpang Wire Private High School, the subject matter that discusses in more depth about information technology, especially the use of Microsoft Office applications on windows such as excel, word, and Powepoint, is still considered lacking. Even though the Microsoft office application is very useful for students in completing assignments at school and activities in their neighborhood. Therefore, this Microsoft office training is needed so that it can improve and strengthen the ability of students to operate this application in activities at school or their daily life. The purpose of this PKM activity is to improve and strengthen students' skills in operating computers, especially in Microsoft Office Word version 2016 such as using the basic tools they use in making paper assignments, managing writing such as font types, using margins, setting text in tables, file storage, print reports, and others.Keywords: training; information technology; microsoft office word 2016; yapim high school studentsAbstrak: Peranan teknologi informasi di zaman Revolusi Industri 4.0 saat ini sangat penting dan berkembang begitu pesatnya. Apalagi di lingkungan sekolah terutama bagi siswa-siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan sederajatnya yang dituntut mesti memiliki skill atau keterampilan khusus. Pada SMA Swasta Yapim Simpang Kawat materi pelajaran yang membahas lebih mendalam mengenai teknologi informasi khususnya dalam penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft office pada windows seperti excel, word, dan power point masih dinilai kurang. Padahal aplikasi Microsoft office tersebut sangat berguna bagi para siswa-siswi dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas di sekolah maupun kegiatan dilingkungan tempat tinggal mereka. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pelatihan Microsoft office ini agar bisa meningkatkan dan memantapkan kemampuan siswa-siswi baik mengoperasikan aplikasi ini dalam aktifitas di Sekolah ataupun di keseharian mereka. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah dapat meningkatkan dan memantapkan keterampilan siswa siswi dalam pengoperasian komputer khususnya pada Microsoft Office Word versi 2016 seperti penggunaan tool-tool dasar yang mereka pakai dalam pembuatan tugas makalah, mengatur penulisan seperti jenis font, penggunaan margin, pengaturan teks dalam tabel, penyimpanan file, mencetak laporan dan lain-lainnya.Kata kunci: pelatihan; teknologi informasi; microsoft office word 2016; siswa-siswi sma yapim
