Abstract

Era digital telah mengubah cara bisnis memasarkan produk, dengan e-commerce menjadi salah satu platform utama dalam transformasi ini. Namun, persaingan yang semakin ketat menuntut pelaku usaha untuk mengadopsi strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Salah satu pendekatan yang banyak digunakan adalah pengembangan konten video sebagai alat promosi. Video memiliki daya tarik visual yang mampu menyampaikan informasi secara menarik, meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen, serta membangun kepercayaan terhadap merek. Dalam konteks e-commerce, video dapat menjelaskan produk secara rinci, menampilkan testimoni pelanggan, hingga menciptakan koneksi emosional melalui storytelling. Sayangnya, pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) sering kali menghadapi kendala, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pengetahuan teknis, dan minimnya akses terhadap teknologi. Oleh karena itu, program penyuluhan menjadi langkah strategis untuk membantu pelaku UKM memahami dan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran berbasis video. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan video, tetapi juga membahas optimasi konten untuk platform digital seperti YouTube, Instagram, dan TikTok, sehingga video lebih mudah ditemukan dan ditonton oleh audiens. Selain aspek teknis, penyuluhan ini juga menekankan pentingnya strategi pemasaran video yang berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan ini, pelaku usaha diharapkan dapat menciptakan ekosistem pemasaran yang konsisten, meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar digital, dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang inklusif serta berkelanjutan. Melalui pengembangan konten video yang kreatif dan terarah, strategi ini mampu memberikan nilai tambah signifikan dalam ekosistem e-commerce.

Abstract

In Indonesia as much as elsewhere, the deaf can communicate using sign language. The Indonesian Sign Language System (SIBI) is one of the sign language systems used in Indonesia. A model produced by the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method can be used in computer science for the recognition of sign language. By using the Transfer Learning paradigm, CNN's performance may be enhanced. However, not many researches have been conducted to assess the effectiveness of transfer learning on sign language models, particularly those that use the TensorFlow library. In fact, the evaluation results can influence the selection of the transfer learning model together with CNN. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of using the CNN model for SIBI sign language through Transfer Learning. The data used are images of 24 SIBI alphabets and are processed through the TensorFlow library. The images will be recognized through the transfer learning performance of 6 models, namely VGG16, VGG19, Resnet50, Desenet121, Inception-V3 and MobileNet-V2. The results of the study found that through the TensorFlow library, Mobilenetv2 had the highest accuracy of 78% after 20 epochs.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era globalisasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan pada perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja. E-commerce menjadi sektor dengan pertumbuhan yang pesat, menawarkan kemudahan akses, fleksibilitas waktu, dan pilihan produk yang beragam, sehingga membuka peluang besar bagi pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Namun, pelaku usaha lokal, seperti produsen batik, menghadapi tantangan dalam bersaing dengan produk global di platform digital, terutama dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan (customer engagement). Rumah Batik Kirana, salah satu pelaku usaha batik di Kisaran, Asahan, masih menggunakan strategi pemasaran konvensional dan metode penjualan manual, yang membatasi efisiensi operasional dan potensi penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi e-commerce yang efektif guna meningkatkan daya saing dan menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana Rumah Batik Kirana dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperkuat brand positioning, meningkatkan penjualan, dan memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih baik bagi pelanggan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan wawasan praktis dan menjadi acuan bagi pelaku usaha batik lokal lainnya dalam mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat.

Abstract

Abstract: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Asahan Regency have very heterogeneous characteristics, both in terms of business sectors, capital size, and income achievement. This study aims to cluster MSMEs using the K-Prototypes algorithm to group business actors into uniform clusters based on numerical and categorical characteristics. The methodology used includes the pre-processing stage, variable transformation, determining the optimal number of clusters using the elbow method, and implementing the K-Prototypes algorithm. The results of the study showed that five main clusters were successfully formed, each showing a different pattern in terms of capital, net income, and dominant business sector. Data visualization and exploration (EDA) also strengthened the understanding of the cluster structure that was formed. The cluster with the highest capital and income is dominated by the medium-scale trade sector, while the cluster with the lowest capital and income is identical to micro MSMEs in the culinary and service sectors. These findings prove that the K-Prototypes algorithm is effective in identifying MSME segmentation in a more structured manner and can be the basis for designing more targeted MSME development strategies. Keyword: UMKM; clustering; K-Prototypes; mixed data; segmentation analysis. Abstrak: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Asahan memiliki karakteristik yang sangat heterogen, baik dari sisi sektor usaha, besaran modal, hingga capaian income. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasterisasi UMKM menggunakan algoritma K-Prototypes guna mengelompokkan pelaku usaha ke dalam klaster-klaster yang seragam berdasarkan karakteristik numerik dan kategorikal. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup tahap pre-processing, transformasi variabel, penentuan jumlah klaster optimal menggunakan metode elbow, serta implementasi algoritma K-Prototypes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lima klaster utama berhasil dibentuk, masing-masing menunjukkan pola yang berbeda dalam hal modal, income bersih, dan sektor usaha dominan. Visualisasi dan eksplorasi data (EDA) turut memperkuat pemahaman terhadap struktur klaster yang terbentuk. Klaster dengan modal dan income tertinggi didominasi oleh sektor perdagangan skala menengah, sedangkan klaster dengan modal dan income terendah identik dengan UMKM mikro di sektor kuliner dan jasa. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa algoritma K-Prototypes efektif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi segmentasi UMKM secara lebih terstruktur dan dapat menjadi dasar dalam merancang strategi pengembangan UMKM yang lebih tepat sasaran. Kata kunci: UMKM; klasterisasi; K-Prototypes; data campuran; analisis segmentasi

Abstract

The selection of outstanding students at MA Islamiyah Sei Kamah II was previously conducted manually and subjectively, without a structured and transparent assessment standard. The evaluation relied solely on report card scores, disregarding other factors such as attendance, non-academic achievements, and student behavior, which could impact the objectivity of the selection process. To address this issue, this study implements a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method to enhance accuracy and transparency in selecting outstanding students. The CPI method integrates various assessment criteria with assigned weights, including report card scores (40%), non-academic achievements (30%), behavior (20%), and attendance (10%). The system is web-based, developed using PHP and MySQL to systematically manage student data. The implementation results indicate that the developed system effectively ranks students more objectively and accurately, ensuring a fair and accountable selection process. With this system, the school can improve the quality of student evaluations and provide more appropriate recognition for high-achieving students. Future recommendations include expanding the system’s accessibility through an Android-based application to enhance usability and efficiency in managing student data.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the application of AI in CRM and customer loyalty. The results of sentiment analysis through Web Scraping are used to strengthen the interpretation of the results, not as a mediator or can be called triangulation or enrichment data. The population of this study were active e-commerce customers with a sample of 384 respondents obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Data analysts used the SEM-PLS and NLP approaches for sentiment classification. The study's results indicate that AI-based CRM has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This is indicated by the T-statistic value of 29,415 > 1.96. The conceptual model is also very good, as evidenced by the SRMR value of 0.054> 0.050 and the NFI value of 0.907. Sentiment analysis collected through social media X from 3,213 tweets with the keyword skincare resulted in 74% neutral opinions, 13.7%, and 12.3% negative. Furthermore, the classification results of 7 aspects of positive and negative opinions such as aftersales, delivery, experience, order, packaging, product, and unknown, from positive opinions the largest percentage is in the experience (customer experience) 43.2% while for negative opinions the largest percentage is also in the experience aspect of 45.8%. This data is important for business owners to make improvements and improvements to create customer satisfaction. 45.8% of bad customer experiences will, if not followed up, make customers switch to other stores.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that impacts children's physical growth and development and is a public health challenge in Indonesia. This study integrates Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and K-Modes Clustering to map the nutritional status of toddlers in stunting cases in Asahan Regency. EDA was used to explore data distribution, identify relationships between nutritional status indicators, and identify risk factor patterns, while K-Modes was used to group toddlers based on shared categorical characteristics. The dataset used included sociodemographic variables (gender, age category, parental education and occupation) and nutritional status indicators (weight/age, height/age, weight/height). The analysis results showed a moderate positive correlation between weight/age and height/age (0.32) and a strong negative correlation between weight/age and weight/height (-0.50), indicating a link between stunting and wasting. The application of K-Modes resulted in three main clusters: Cluster 0, dominated by female toddlers with normal nutritional status but low parental education; Cluster 1 consists of infant girls with low weight for age and short height for age, despite most parents having a high school education; Cluster 2 contains infant boys with very low weight for age and very short height for age, and relatively low maternal education. The profile of each cluster was analyzed to identify dominant characteristics relevant for intervention. This integrative approach demonstrates that the combination of EDA and K-Modes is able to provide a comprehensive picture of variations in toddler nutritional status, thus serving as a basis for planning more targeted promotive and stunting prevention strategies at the regional level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan persediaan di Putri Hijab Fashion yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan rentan menimbulkan kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dikombinasikan dengan konsep Supply Chain Management (SCM) diterapkan untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah pemesanan dan efisiensi operasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis penjualan selama 15 bulan. Hasil perhitungan EOQ menunjukkan pengurangan frekuensi pemesanan dari rata-rata 6 kali/tahun menjadi 2 kali/tahun pada produk utama, serta penurunan biaya penyimpanan dan pemesanan hingga 26,7%. Sistem berbasis web yang dibangun juga meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan dan kecepatan proses hingga 40%. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis berupa model terapan SCM dan EOQ berbasis sistem informasi yang dapat diadaptasi oleh UMKM, khususnya di sektor fashion muslimah, dalam mengelola stok secara efisien dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

Hydroponic plant cultivation is the cultivation of plants in the agricultural sector that uses water as a medium for plant growth and development so that it is an efficiency effort with the availability of agricultural land. Hydroponics has an impact on improving aesthetics, genetic transformation, and supporting nature conservation. Based on this, customers who cultivate hydroponic plants are increasing. The problem faced at Sahabat Hidroponik is the difficulty of determining plants that suit customer needs. To overcome this problem, a decision support system approach was carried out using the Weighted Product method. The decision support system provides recommendations to customers by ranking alternative hydroponic plants based on the weight of the assessment criteria according to the customer's desired needs. The criteria used in this research are water requirements, nutritional requirements, plant population, seed prices, harvest time. The recommendation results are not the final results that must be taken, but rather recommendations that can be used by customers in determining their decisions regarding hydroponic plants.

Abstract

Improving service in an agency cannot be separated from several aspects that must be possessed, such as assurance, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and physical evidence. However, there are several obstacles in improving services at the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Head's Office, such as lack of information and transparency. The aim of this research is to create a decision support system using the servqual method to improve the quality of public service performance. This research applies the waterfall model to build a system with stages of analysis, design, implementation and testing. Analysis is carried out to find needs regarding the system being created. Meanwhile, the design consists of entity relationship diagrams and interface design. Next, the implementation stage was carried out at the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Head Office using 201 questionnaires. The aspects in this research consist of concern, physical service, responsiveness, physical reliability, and guarantee. System testing uses a black box to see the extent of the functionality of this system. Our findings are that improvements need to be made to guarantee services (communication, courtesy, communication and security). Apart from that, our system is also running well based on the results of black box testing. So this system can be used by the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Head's Office as a policy in making decisions to improve the performance of public services.
