Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the application of AI in CRM and customer loyalty. The results of sentiment analysis through Web Scraping are used to strengthen the interpretation of the results, not as a mediator or can be called triangulation or enrichment data. The population of this study were active e-commerce customers with a sample of 384 respondents obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Data analysts used the SEM-PLS and NLP approaches for sentiment classification. The study's results indicate that AI-based CRM has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This is indicated by the T-statistic value of 29,415 > 1.96. The conceptual model is also very good, as evidenced by the SRMR value of 0.054> 0.050 and the NFI value of 0.907. Sentiment analysis collected through social media X from 3,213 tweets with the keyword skincare resulted in 74% neutral opinions, 13.7%, and 12.3% negative. Furthermore, the classification results of 7 aspects of positive and negative opinions such as aftersales, delivery, experience, order, packaging, product, and unknown, from positive opinions the largest percentage is in the experience (customer experience) 43.2% while for negative opinions the largest percentage is also in the experience aspect of 45.8%. This data is important for business owners to make improvements and improvements to create customer satisfaction. 45.8% of bad customer experiences will, if not followed up, make customers switch to other stores.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that impacts children's physical growth and development and is a public health challenge in Indonesia. This study integrates Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and K-Modes Clustering to map the nutritional status of toddlers in stunting cases in Asahan Regency. EDA was used to explore data distribution, identify relationships between nutritional status indicators, and identify risk factor patterns, while K-Modes was used to group toddlers based on shared categorical characteristics. The dataset used included sociodemographic variables (gender, age category, parental education and occupation) and nutritional status indicators (weight/age, height/age, weight/height). The analysis results showed a moderate positive correlation between weight/age and height/age (0.32) and a strong negative correlation between weight/age and weight/height (-0.50), indicating a link between stunting and wasting. The application of K-Modes resulted in three main clusters: Cluster 0, dominated by female toddlers with normal nutritional status but low parental education; Cluster 1 consists of infant girls with low weight for age and short height for age, despite most parents having a high school education; Cluster 2 contains infant boys with very low weight for age and very short height for age, and relatively low maternal education. The profile of each cluster was analyzed to identify dominant characteristics relevant for intervention. This integrative approach demonstrates that the combination of EDA and K-Modes is able to provide a comprehensive picture of variations in toddler nutritional status, thus serving as a basis for planning more targeted promotive and stunting prevention strategies at the regional level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan persediaan di Putri Hijab Fashion yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan rentan menimbulkan kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dikombinasikan dengan konsep Supply Chain Management (SCM) diterapkan untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah pemesanan dan efisiensi operasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis penjualan selama 15 bulan. Hasil perhitungan EOQ menunjukkan pengurangan frekuensi pemesanan dari rata-rata 6 kali/tahun menjadi 2 kali/tahun pada produk utama, serta penurunan biaya penyimpanan dan pemesanan hingga 26,7%. Sistem berbasis web yang dibangun juga meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan dan kecepatan proses hingga 40%. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis berupa model terapan SCM dan EOQ berbasis sistem informasi yang dapat diadaptasi oleh UMKM, khususnya di sektor fashion muslimah, dalam mengelola stok secara efisien dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

Hydroponic plant cultivation is the cultivation of plants in the agricultural sector that uses water as a medium for plant growth and development so that it is an efficiency effort with the availability of agricultural land. Hydroponics has an impact on improving aesthetics, genetic transformation, and supporting nature conservation. Based on this, customers who cultivate hydroponic plants are increasing. The problem faced at Sahabat Hidroponik is the difficulty of determining plants that suit customer needs. To overcome this problem, a decision support system approach was carried out using the Weighted Product method. The decision support system provides recommendations to customers by ranking alternative hydroponic plants based on the weight of the assessment criteria according to the customer's desired needs. The criteria used in this research are water requirements, nutritional requirements, plant population, seed prices, harvest time. The recommendation results are not the final results that must be taken, but rather recommendations that can be used by customers in determining their decisions regarding hydroponic plants.

Abstract

Improving service in an agency cannot be separated from several aspects that must be possessed, such as assurance, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and physical evidence. However, there are several obstacles in improving services at the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Head's Office, such as lack of information and transparency. The aim of this research is to create a decision support system using the servqual method to improve the quality of public service performance. This research applies the waterfall model to build a system with stages of analysis, design, implementation and testing. Analysis is carried out to find needs regarding the system being created. Meanwhile, the design consists of entity relationship diagrams and interface design. Next, the implementation stage was carried out at the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Head Office using 201 questionnaires. The aspects in this research consist of concern, physical service, responsiveness, physical reliability, and guarantee. System testing uses a black box to see the extent of the functionality of this system. Our findings are that improvements need to be made to guarantee services (communication, courtesy, communication and security). Apart from that, our system is also running well based on the results of black box testing. So this system can be used by the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Head's Office as a policy in making decisions to improve the performance of public services.

Abstract

Business can be done by individuals or groups, in the form of small businesses, large companies, or even as individual entrepreneurs. Syakila Hijab Store is one of the businesses engaged in the Muslim fashion sector, especially in providing hijab and Muslim clothing. In the retail industry, the ability to predict sales is very important to optimize stock, reduce the risk of excess or lack of inventory, and increase operational efficiency. Forecasting is making estimates for future testing with past data. The Weighted Moving Average method is generally used to find trends from a time series. This method is used for data that has characteristics that do not change quickly, and do not have seasonal data characteristics. With the existence of a forecasting system that is designed to reduce the problems that occur, it is known that the current problem is the availability of the number of hijab stocks at the Syakila Hijab store which cannot meet consumer demand or excess hijab inventory on certain brands. Inventory pays attention to market demand, to find out market demand a trading business conducts sales forecasting, namely to estimate how much sales might occur in the coming period. A low score indicates a minor error in the prediction.

Abstract

Abstract: Providing services to patients is an obligation that must be carried out by health agencies. Of course, good health services can be measured by the performance of medical personnel. The current problem with the Aek Loba Health Center is that it does not have a system that can measure the level of patient satisfaction with the services provided. In addition, patients also still have difficulty in expressing opinions in the form of complaints about the performance of medical personnel. The aim of the research is to become a forum for assessing the quality of service that can make it easier for patients to submit complaints and also as a measuring tool for health agencies on the level of success of the quality of services provided. This study uses the Service Quality method by assessing service quality based on 5 quality dimensions, namely Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy. Based on these problems, a decision support system was designed using the PHP programming language and the database used, namely MySQL. So that this research resulted in this system being able to help and facilitate the Aek Loba Health Center in accommodating and measuring the level of quality of service to patients. In addition, this system can make it easy for leaders to find out the elements that need to be improved, maintained, and repaired by the Aek Loba Health Center. Keywords: patient; questionaire; service quality  Abstrak: Memberi pelayanan kepada pasien merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh instansi kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan yang baik tentu saja dapat diukur dari kinerja tenaga medisnya. Permasalahan Puskesmas Aek Loba saat ini yaitu belum mempunyai sistem yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Selain itu, pasien juga masih kesulitan dalam menyampaikan pendapat berupa keluhan terhadap kinerja tenaga medis. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjadi wadah penilaian kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memudahkan pasien dalam menyampaikan keluhan dan juga sebagai alat ukur instansi kesehatan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Service Quality dengan menilai kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan 5 dimensi kualitas, yaitu Bukti Nyata (tangibles), Ketanggapan (responsiveness), Kehandalan (reliability), Jaminan (assurance), dan Empati (emphaty). Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut maka dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySQL. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem ini dapat membantu dan mempermudah pihak Puskesmas Aek Loba dalam menampung dan mengukur tingkat kualitas pelayanan terhadap pasien. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat memberi kemudahan bagi pimpinan untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur yang perlu ditingkatkan, dipertahankan, serta diperbaiki oleh Puskesmas Aek Loba. Kata kunci: kuesioner; pasien; service quality

Abstract

Abstract: The Asahan Regency Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service carries out outreach activities on the level of demand for boiler chicken, which means that the department must be more active in collecting data on the volume of boiler chicken every year because consumer demand for chicken continues to increase and instability often occurs. Where in the period 2012 to 2024 there was a significant increase in demand. So it becomes an obstacle in the stock of chickens in the Asahan Regency market which must be prepared. If there is too much chicken supply but the demand for chicken consumption decreases then this will result in a loss, conversely if the demand for chicken consumption increases but the chicken supply cannot be prepared then this will be a loss for chicken traders and distributors. To increase the accuracy of the estimates, the use of the Single Exponential Smoothing Method is proposed. This method smooths past values with exponential weights, placing greater emphasis on recent data. Using data from the last 12 (twelve) years as reference data for recording the past for forecasting experiments for the next 1 (one) month. Experiments using different Alphas test accuracy in actual situations. The results of the experiment with an alpha of 0.9 are almost the same as the actual value in predicting the situation one year into the future with the lowest error, namely MAPE 7.4% and forecasting broiler chicken meat supplies of 13661261.46 chickens.Keywords: broiler chicken; ses method; web based. Abstrak: Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Kabupaten Asahan melakukan aktivitas penyuluhan tingkat  permintaan ayam boiler dimana pihak dinas harus lebih aktif dalam melakukan pendataan volume ayam boiler setiap tahunnya karena permintaan konsumen terhadap ayam sering terjadi ketidakstabilan. Dimana pada periode tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2024 terjadi kenaikan permintaan yangsignifikan. Sehingga menjadi kendala dalam stok ayam di pasar Kabupaten Asahan yang harus disiapkan. Jika persediaan ayam terlalu banyak namun permintaan akan konsumsi ayam menurun maka ini akan manjadi kerugian, sebaliknya jika permintaan akan konsumsi ayam meningkat namun persediaan ayam tidak dapat disiapkan maka ini menjadi kerugian bagi pihak pedagang dan distributor ayam. Untuk meningkatkan ketepatan perkiraan, penggunaan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing diusulkan. Metode ini menghaluskan nilai masa lalu dengan bobot eksponensial, memberikan penekanan lebih besar pada data terbaru. Penggunaan data 12 tahun terakhir sebagai data acuan pencatatan masa lalu untuk percobaan peramalan untuk 1 (satu) bulan kedepan. Penggunaan Alpha yang berbeda menguji akurasi dalam situasi aktual. Hasil dari penelitian dengan alpha 0,9 hampir sama dengan nilai aktual dalam meramalkan keadaan satu tahun ke depan dengan error yang paling rendah yaitu MAPE 7,4% dan peramalan persediaan daging ayam broiler sebanyak 13661261,46 ayam.Kata kunci: berbasis web; daging ayam broiler; metode ses.

Abstract

Abstract: Schools become educational institutions in supporting the teaching and learning process to increase student potential. In the world of education, determining the best students is still an obstacle that is often faced such as subjectivity assessment resulting in diverse mindsets. SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran which is located at Jalan Madong Lubis, Selawan, East Kisaran District, Asahan Regency. The process of determining the overall champion students still relies on conventional assessments by manual means so that it requires a long assessment time, assessment is also subjective, this tends to limit recognition of diverse student potential. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system application in determining the overall champion students at SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran with specified criteria. The SAW method is used as a weighted summation method of the performance of each alternative across all attributes. The best alternative decision result as the General Champion Student of class IX in the Odd Semester of 2023/2024 at SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran is Naurah Ghaisani Lubis with a score of 0.906. Based on these results, it can help SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran in determining the overall champion students and become a reference in decision making.Keywords: decision support system; simple addictive weighting; general champion students Abstrak: Sekolah menjadi institusi pendidikan dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar untuk meningkatkan potensi siswa. Dalam dunia pendidikan menentukan siswa terbaik masih menjadi kendala yang sering dihadapi seperti penilaian secara subjektivitas mengakibatkan pola pikir yang beragam. SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran yang beralamatkan di Jalan Madong Lubis, Selawan, Kecamatan Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan. Proses penentuan siswa juara umum masih mengandalkan penilaian konvensional dengan cara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu penilaian yang cukup lama, penilaian juga bersifat subjektif, hal ini cenderung membatasi pengakuan atas potensi siswa yang beragam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan siswa juara umum di SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Metode SAW digunakan sebagai metode penjumlahan terbobot dari kinerja setiap alternatif di semua atribut. Hasil keputusan alternatif terbaik sebagai Siswa Juara Umum kelas IX pada Semester Ganjil Tahun 2023/2024 di SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran adalah Naurah Ghaisani Lubis dengan nilai 0.906. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat membantu pihak SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dalam menentukan siswa juara umum dan menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan.Kata Kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan; simple addictive weighting; siswa juara umum

Abstract

Abstrak: Kemasan produk yang unik mampu memberikan pengaruh minat terhadap konsumen. Hal ini dikarenakan kemasan produk merupakan hal pertama yang dilihat oleh konsumen sebelum mereka membeli produk para pelaku usaha. Sehingga desain kemasan produk ini seharusnya dapat menjadi perhatian lebih bagi para pelaku usaha/UMKM agar mereka semakin kreatif dan inovatif dalam membuat kemasan produk mereka agar lebih menarik perhatian konsumen. KUBE Asahan merupakan UMKM yang bergerak pada sektor kuliner. Permasalahan yang di hadapi oleh KUBE Asahan sulitnya mendesain kemasaran produk dalam meningkatkan citra produk dimata konsumen. Saat ini desain kemasan produk masih sangat sederhana sehingga kurang menarik yang memberikan dampak turunnya minta beli dikarenakan keragu-raguan konsumen dalam membeli produk yang tidak memiliki desain kemasan produk yang memberikan informasi produk. Desain grafis penerapan teknologi pada sektor ekonomi dan pemasaran, dimana desain grafis diterapkan guna membrandingkan suatu produk sehingga memberikan informasi secara visual sebagai upaya pemasaran untuk mencapai tujuan salah satunya dengan menggunakan software desain grafis salah satunya Canva. Aplikasi Canva yang merupakan aplikasi yang dapat diakses secara online dan gratis untuk membuat desain grafis untuk berbagai keperluan serta juga dapat digunakan untuk mengubah foto dan membuat ikon produk dengan banyak pilihan gambar dan template desain yang menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM yakni KUBE Asahan tentang pentingnya desain kemasan produk karena kemasan produk yang merupakan suatu peluang dalam memberikan pengaruh penting serta mempertahankan atau meningkatkan penjualan sehingga produk yang ditawarkan guna meningkat nilai tambah produknya.Kata kunci: KUBE Asahan, Canva, Desain, Kemasan Produk
