Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) adalah masalah sosial yang serius di Indonesia. KDRT dapat terjadi pada siapa saja, termasuk wanita, pria, dan anak-anak. Kekerasan yang disebut Hidden Crime ini telah banyak memakan korban. Meskipun sudah ada upaya-upaya pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk mengatasi masalah ini, masih banyak korban KDRT yang tidak mendapatkan bantuan yang memadai dan perlindungan yang cukup. Diperlukan penanganan yang serius untuk menangani masalah ini. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi konselor melalui pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi Manajemen Korban KDRT pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (UPTD PPA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengabdian kerpada smasyarakat dengan target sasaran adalah para Konselor yang menangani korban KDRT di UPTD PPA Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur melalui pemberian pelatihan peningkatan Komptensi Manajemen Penangananan Korban KDRT di UPTD PPA. Dimana dalam pengabdian ini dilakuan melalui rancangan yang terdiri dari survei awal, diskusi dengan kepala UPTD PPA dan terakhir melakukan pelatihan. Adapun lama nya pelatihan ini adalah selama 4 bulan. Dari program pengabdian masyarakat melalui pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi manajemen korban KDRT maka terbukti dapat meningkatkan kompetensi konselor sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan penaganan yang tepat kepada korban KDRT.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu sektor yang berkontribusi besar dalam rangka pertumbuhan ekonomi. Salah satu UMKM yang ada di Desa Banyuanyar, Boyolali, yakni UMKM Kedai Susu Cowboy memiliki lini produk olahan susu, kopi dan juga jahe. Salah satu UMKM yang ada di Desa Banyuanyar, Boyolali, yakni UMKM Kedai Susu Cowboy memiliki lini produk olahan susu, kopi dan juga jahe. Produk yang dihasilkan cukup bervariasi namun masih terdapat sejumlah kekurangan dan kendala dalam produksi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat lewat Program PIM Kemdikbud Ristek ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa bisnis UMKM omah cowboy khususnya dalam bidang produksi produk, peningkatan ekonomi UMKM desa Banyuanyar serta pemasaran digital sebagai wadah untuk mendukung pendidikan vokasional. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pengolahan dan inovasi produk olahan UMKM  serta peningkatan keterampilan pemasaran digital.

Abstract

This applied research describe how the process of procurement of goods and services at PT. XYZ. This research is descriptive qualitative research where the method used is a literacy study to find out the previous research, then observation, interview, and observation of document data. Selection of good and services providers at PT. XYZ is done by way of Unit Price Contract (UPC). The stages of the procurement of good and services in UPC system include two stages, at the first stage is carried out to select the procurement participant administratively. The second stage is determining the winner of the UPC partner. In its implementation, the procurement of good and services at PT. XYZ rarely find significant obstacles.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the textile sector with one of its products being grey cloth which is stored in the grey 2 warehouse before being released. In the course of their activities, even though they have implemented Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), workers are still found to be negligent which has the potential to cause work accidents. For this reason, it is necessary to identify the hazards of each job in the grey 2 warehouse using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. The purpose of this study is to determine the potential hazards that exist in each job and determine recommendations for their control. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that from all the work carried out in the grey weaving 2 warehouse, there were 18 identified potential hazards. Control recommendations that can be carried out by the company are to use complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), focus or not joke when working, ensure the condition of work tools before use, ensure that the path to be passed is safe, put work tools in the right place, arrange cloth tightly, and maintain a safe distance from work tools. Advice that can be given to companies is to provide education about hazards and control recommendations for each job, provide reward to workers, and form an OHS team.

Abstract

The state is always present in solving problems of violence, including sexual violence against women and children. The presence of this state is also one of the embodiments of the Indonesian constitution which states that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia was formed to protect the entire nation and the entire homeland of Indonesia. Cases of violence against women and children (KtPA) is an iceberg phenomenon. Cases that are recorded and reported are only a small part of the cases that actually occur in the community. Cases of violence against women and children occur both in the family realm (KDRT) and in the public sphere, with a wider spectrum with increasingly diverse modes. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of the Policy on the Procurement of Goods and Services in handling victims of domestic violence, who are the actors associated with the implementation of the Policy on the Procurement of goods and services in the handling of victims and what are the factors constraining the implementation of the Policy on the Procurement of goods and services in the handling of victims of domestic violence in Indonesia. UPTD PPA Sidoarjo Regency, East Java.

Abstract

Departing from such condition as officer competency, compensation received, and service quality in distributing disaster logistic that has been relatively standardized, there is an indication that people affected by flood disaster have not been satisfied yet. This research aims to find out the citizen satisfaction level and the factors affecting their satisfaction. This research employed qualitative approach with survey research format. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaire to 68 respondents taken purposively and interviewing some respondents randomly. In addition, data collection was also conducted using documentation and observation techniques. Data was processed using percentage and multiple linear regression techniques with Statistical Program for the Social Science (SPSS) program. The result of research shows: 1) the satisfaction of citizens affected by flood is at moderate level; 2) officer competency, compensation, and service quality affect both partially and simultaneously the citizen satisfaction; 3) meanwhile, officer competency variable affects the citizen satisfaction most significantly; and 4) some other variables affect the citizen satisfaction slightly but excluded from this research.

Abstract

The increasing number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has led to a high demand for transportation to support business operations. This is particularly true for the use of three-wheeled cargo motorcycles, which are widely used by MSME actors, especially in the Central Java region. This study focuses on eight regions where MSMEs operate: Semarang, Kendal, Ungaran, Demak, Boyolali, Klaten, Sukoharjo, and Solo. The research aims to identify the differences between three-wheeled motorbikes and pick-up trucks and to determine the level of need among MSME operators for three-wheeled motorbikes as transportation to support their business activities. The author employs a descriptive approach using qualitative methods. The research findings indicate several differences between three-wheeled motorcycles and pick-up trucks in terms of functionality. Three-wheeled motor vehicles are more stable, flexible, economically priced, fuel-efficient, and suitable for transporting small goods over short distances. There is a high level of community demand for the use of three-wheeled motor vehicles to support business operations, particularly for the sale of food and beverages such as fresh milk, tobacco, LPG gas cylinders, gallon mineral water, animal feed, and various agricultural commodities to traditional markets. Additionally, three-wheeled vehicles greatly assist MSME operators in their business operations by offering small-scale cargo transport capacity and facilitating access to regions with limited land availability for roads.

Abstract

Mastery of entrepreneurship knowledge and skills is one of the objectives of holding a Business Center as a teaching factory from Kedungtuban NU Vocational High School. However, on the other hand, there are still a number of obstacles such as the lack of production and packaging facilities (equipment), as well as manual inventory management in stores which results in a lack of business center performance. The purpose of this community service is to improve the entrepreneurial skills of students at the NU Kedungtuban Vocational School, especially the Online Business and Marketing Department. The method in this activity is training with the concept of project-based learning. The results of this PkM activity are the renewal of production and packaging equipment and the existence of an inventory application for the Business Center. The training activities resulted in an increase in skills in production and packaging as well as the use of an inventory application of at least 80%. It can be concluded that the PkM activity target was achieved and the training methods and intensive mentoring used proved to be effective in improving skills.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI), Firm Size toward Return On Asset (ROA). The object of this research are Islamic Bank in Indonesia and Islamic Bank in Malaysia in 2010-2015. Another aim is to determine whether there are differences in effects of FDR, NPF, OEOI and size toward ROA between Islamic Bank in Indonesia and Islamic Bank in Malaysia. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis in this study. Chow test is used to determine the differences in the effect. The results of this study concluded that FDR, NPF, OEOI and Size effect on ROA simultaneously, both at Indonesian Islamic Bank and Malaysian Islamic Bank. In Indonesian Islamic Bank, independent variables that influence toward ROA are FDR, OEOI and Size. In Malaysia Islamic Bank, only OEOA wich affecting toward ROA. Based on the chow test, can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the Indonesian Islamic Bank and Malaysian Islamic Bank. Results of independent t test showed that the average variable that has a different effect between Indonesia Islamic Banks and Malaysia Islamic Banks is Size.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mengembangkan ekonomi Indonesia, meskipun dalam perbandingan dengan pengusaha besar. Meskipun demikian, pelaku UMKM memberikan sumbangan yang cukup besar terhadap pendapatan daerah. Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM yang menghadapi kendala dalam mengatur administrasi dan manajemen keuangan yang berdampak pada kesulitan dalam memperoleh akses permodalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan manajemen dan administrasi keuangan pada UMKM di Desa Wanareja Utara, Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Pemalang, Jawa Tengah. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui 6 tahap yaitu sosialisasi program, observasi, melakukan wawancara, pemaparan materi dan pendampingan. Subjek penelitian adalah UMKM pengrajin Sarung Goyor yang terletak di desa Warareja Utara kecamatan Taman, kabupaten Pemalang Provinsi jawa Tengah. Pelatihan manajemen dan administrasi keuangan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan manajemen dan administrasi keuangan efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen serta kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Peningkatan ini juga berdampak positif pada kinerja dan produktivitas UMKM. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan manajemen dan administrasi keuangan direkomendasikan untuk diberikan pada UMKM di Desa Wanareja Utara, Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Pemalang, Jawa Tengah.
