Abstract

Industri mebel saat ini semakin berkembang, hal ini didorong oleh tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat yang terus meningkat, dalam bersaing merebut simpati konsumen perusahaan harus menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar tidak hanya dapat bertahan tapi bisa berkembang dan memenangkan persaingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada pelanggan dan pembeli di Sentra Industri Mebel desa Serenan.  Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling, sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pemkai produk mebel dari  desa Serenan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online melalui Google Forms. Pengolahan data menggunakan Uji  Validitas, Uji  Reliabilitas, analisis Regresi berganda dan pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil uji membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap variabel Dependen yaitu Keputusan Pembelian. Keempat variabel Independen dianggap penting ketika akan membeli produk mebel di Sentra Industri Mebel Serenan. Perlu menjadi perhatian lebih bagi manajemen setiap perusahaan di Sentra Industri Mebel Serenan kecamatan Juwiring kabupaten Klaten akan kualitas pelayanan, karena hal ini berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Dusun Watu VII RT 8 Argomulyo, Sedayu, Bantul geographical area is suitable for empon-empon farming. Empon-empon is the raw material for making jamu (herbal medicine). Most of the population of Dusun Watu also has competency in making herbal medicine and is involved in the herbal medicine production business, either as groups or individually. One of them is the Jamu Mulya Sari Abadigroup. Production of herbal medicine before the COVID-19 pandemic, which was absorbed by the asset market when nominalized, reached 15 million rupiahs. This number has decreased drastically to around 5-6 million Rupiah, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The numbers have started to increase post-COVID-19 pandemic, but are not yet significant and still far from pre-COVID-19numbers. The absence of online marketing and business financial management became the basis for the community service team to provide training and mentoring in managing MSME scale business finances and developing marketing strategies through digital marketing. The training and mentoringare aimed at increasing the capacity of the JamuMulya Sari Abadi herbal medicine group so that it is expected to be able to manage its business optimally, as well as the products could reach a wider market. In this way, it is expected to increase revenue, and for the future impact, the Jamu Mulya Sari Abadi business could grow and be sustainable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on the Performance of PT. Atika Jaya Perkasa Pandean, Umbulharjo District, Yogyakarta. This study uses the independent variables Compensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Work Environment (X3), and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variables. In this study, the population and sample were all active employees of PT. Atika Jaya Perkasa Pandean numbering 100 people This research is included in quantitative research because the approach used for research proposals, processes, hypotheses, data analysis, data conclusions to writing uses aspects of measurement, calculation, formula and certainty of numerical data. The analysis data uses a multiple linear regression formula. The results showed that: (1) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance on employee performance, (2) Motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance, (3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment have a partial or simultaneous effect on Employee Performance. This result is shown by the significance value of the Compensation variable to the Employee Performance variable of 0.009, the Motivation variable to Employee Performance of 0.675, the Work Environment variable to Employee Performance of 0.000, and the significance of the Compensation, Motivation, and Work Environment variables to Employee Performance of 0.000. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Environment have an influence and significance on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Compensation and Work Environment on employee performance at the Yogyakarta City Manpower and Transmigration Service. The sample in this study was 80 respondents who were employees of the Yogyakarta City Manpower and Transmigration Service. The data collection technique used was a survey method with the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The instrument test results stated that the data in this study were valid and reliable. The classical assumption test states that the data in this study is normally distributed and produces a regression model that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this research prove that Work Discipline, Compensation and Work Environment simultaneously and significantly influence employee performance at the Yogyakarta City Manpower and Transmigration Service. This can be proven by the significance level obtained from this research, namely Adjusted R-square of 0.516. It can be interpreted that the contribution of Work Discipline, Compensation and Work Environment is 51.6%. Meanwhile, the rest is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-wom), dan Inovasi Produk terhadap Minat Beli Produk iPhone di Apple Store Yogyakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang menggunakan jasa Apple Store Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil uji instrument menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel. Pada Uji Asumsi Klasik dinyatakan dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi secara normal dan menghasilkan model regresi yang bebas dari multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil Uji Instrumen menyatakan bahwa semua item dan kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: (1) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Produk iPhone di Apple Store Yogyakarta, (2) Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-wom) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Produk iPhone di Apple Store Yogyakarta, (3) Inovasi Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Produk iPhone di Apple Store Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Efforts to maintain rice production in the future face many challenges, including the availability of increasingly narrow land, attacks by plant pest organisms, and declining land fertility due to improper cultivation systems. More than 70% of rice fields are in a disturbed ecological status due to cultivation technology that could be more environmentally friendly, which can interfere with the sustainability of rice self-sufficiency. An environmentally friendly rice cultivation system needs to be developed. This study aims to measure the agronomic and physiological responses of 3 rice genotypes in sustainable cultivation systems. The experiment used a Group Random Design on 3 rice genotypes (black, red, and white) in both conventional and sustainable cultivation systems. The research was carried out in the experimental garden of Polinela Organic Farm, Lampung State Polytechnic, from September 2020 to September 2021. The results showed that the plant, leaf greenery, number of tillers, number of panicles, grain weight per panicle, and biomass weight were not significantly different between conventional and sustainable cultivation. At the same time, the harvest and production indices per hectare were significantly different. The physiological responses to the photosynthesis and transpiration rates differed markedly in conventional and continuous cultivation. In contrast, the conductance of stomata did not differ significantly in both cultivation systems. The red rice genotype is the best, and it has a broader adaptation to conventional and sustainable cultivation systems. Abstract

Pengecoran logam merupakan metode yang banyak digunakan untuk memproduksi peralatan atau benda teknik serta benda untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada proses pengecoran diperlukan cetakan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Bahan cetakan bermacam-macam ada dari pasir, tanah liat, gipsum dan juga dari logam. Berbagai macam variasi cetakan digunakan dalam proses pengecoran, salah satunya pasir ini umum digunakan dalam dunia industri. Kemudian ada logam yang memebrikan hasil lebih halus. Keterampilan dengan praktek langsung ini mahasiswa siap berkompetisi di dunia kerja atau berwirausaha. Guna mencapai maksud tersebut, Politeknik memberikan pengalaman belajar dan praktek untuk membentuk kemampuan profesional di bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model cetakan pengecoran alumunium untuk praktikum mahasiswa. Hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa cetakan model C yang mempunyai demensi yang terbaik. Waktu dan suhu pendinginan yang terbaik pada cetakan model A. Model cetakan A, B dan C dapat digunakan untuk penunjang praktikum mahasiswa.

Abstract

Spenochela zeylanica is the most prevalent weed of paddy rice in Indonesia, and therefore its presencenecessitates control in order to reduce the potential for yield losses. The use of chemical herbicides as a control method isprevalent, but their environmental impact and potential for inducing weed resistance are significant drawbacks. It istherefore necessary to identify control methods that are environmentally friendly and capable of overcoming weedresistance. The leaves of Chromolaena odorata have allelopathic properties that could be harnessed for use as abioherbicide. The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of C. odorata leaf extractions using diverse organicsolvents as a bioherbicide for the management of S. zeylanica. This study used a randomized group design (RBD) with 11treatments and 3 replications, including: T0: no treatment; 96% ethanol extraction: T1(5%), T2(10%), T3(15%); ethylacetate extraction: T4(5%), T5(10%), T6(15%); aquadest extraction: T7(5%), T8(10%), T9(15%); T10: 2,4-D herbicide(648 g a.i./ha). The findings indicated that the extraction of C. odorata using various organic solvents exhibited promise asa bioherbicide, displaying the capacity to poison weeds up to 100% (T2, T3, T6, T8, T9) and effectively suppressing theheight, root development, and chlorophyll content of S. zeylanica.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist attractions, tourist experiences, and tourist satisfaction on the intention to revisit Punthuk Setumbu. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The results of the instrument test stated that the data in this study were proven to be valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test stated that the data in this study were normally distributed and produced a regression model that was free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study prove that: (1) tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on the intention to revisit Punthuk Setumbu, (2) experience has a positive and significant effect on the intention to revisit Punthuk Setumbu, (3) tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the intention to revisit Punthuk Setumbu, (4) tourist attractions, tourist experiences, and tourist satisfaction simultaneously affect the intention to revisit Punthuk Setumbu, Magelang.
