Abstract

School is one of the educational support facilities which has a very important function as a place to seek knowledge. PPDB is an activity for accepting new students. It is hoped that this online new student admission (PPDB) system will make the implementation of PSB more transparent, accountable and accommodating. In processing the selection for new student admissions (PPDB), usually the school still records data manually so the process is considered less effective, this also greatly affects the storage of archived data, if something undesirable happens, for example data is lost or damaged, then This important data cannot be used anymore. The aim is to build a web-based application that can help both schools and students to simplify the registration process for prospective new students and speed up the data processing process. The Fast Framework model is used to create websites. The result of this research is the PPDB Achievement Track Selection Website Prototype and Re-Registration Process.

Abstract

Multimedia has entered an expertise program that is in great demand and has many opportunities in the 4.0th Industrial Revolution era because many companies need IT workers in the Multimedia field to introduce their companies and advance their businesses. The purpose of the test is to improve multimedia skills, to be able to master expertise in their area, not only to be able to work for companies but also to have a very important opportunity to create jobs or own a business. Mastery in designing multimedia products as well as mastery of techniques in making multimedia effects and creativity in presenting designed products. Themes in multimedia such as video making design, video editing, effects, moving animation in audio visual management, product design such as video formats, cover labels, DVDs and packing. The result of increasing expertise in the form of Video Design, Brochures is the achievement of the skills aspect consisting of preparation, implementation, design results.

Abstract

Seperti yang kita ketahui saat ini kemajuan teknologi digital telah menciptakan peluang baru dalam dunia kewirausahaan, khususnya bagi individu yang ingin mengembangkan diri melalui penciptaan bisnis berbasis digital. Perubahan yang memiliki potensi besar untuk menciptakan inovasi dan solusi kreatif adalah mahasiswa, termasuk dalam bidang kewirausahaan. Namun, tidak semua mahasiswa memiliki keberanian dan keterampilan untuk memulai ide bisnis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran media sosial Instagram terhadap brand awareness konsumen pada Kopi Ayani di Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang merupakan pengikut akun Instagram @kopi_ayani. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 27 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan uji ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item instrumen dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Rata-rata jawaban responden menunjukkan kecenderungan yang positif terhadap strategi pemasaran dan brand awareness Kopi Ayani. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara strategi pemasaran Instagram terhadap brand awareness dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,825 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,681. Uji t dan ANOVA juga menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (p < 0,001), menandakan bahwa strategi pemasaran Instagram secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran Instagram yang dilakukan oleh Kopi Ayani efektif dalam meningkatkan brand awareness konsumen di Kota Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

Leadership is something that is very necessary for a leader. This is because the leader is the highest position in the company who plays an important role in realizing the company's goals. Leadership is abstract so it can only be seen from the results, namely the results of providing motivation to employees. Without a leader who has a leadership spirit, it is impossible for a company to realize its vision and mission. Leaders must have a positive and energetic soul and have a vision and mission that is in line with the company's vision and mission. A leader must also be able to direct, organize and control all resources, both human resources (employees) and material resources so that company goals can be achieved. This training aims to provide learning related to the spirit of leadership to students so that when running an organization at school or an organization outside of school, students already understand how to be a leader (leadership) and students also understand being a responsive and innovative leader. This training is also carried out to fulfill the lecturer's obligations, namely implementing one of the tri dharmas of higher education, namely community service.
