Abstract

Expanding family planning contraceptives in Indonesia there are hormonal and non-hormonal long-term One of the tools that hormonal contraception KB injecting 1 month (estrogen/progesterone) and 3 months (progesterone). Based on the initial survey that the researcher did on August 1, 2013 in Health Center Stew Bancah by interviewing 10 respondents who use contraception 1 month experience menstrual disorders by 2 people and 10 respondents who use contraception injections 3 months experience menstrual disorders by 9 people . The goal is to determine whether there is a relationship KB injecting 1 month and 3 months with menstrual disorders . This study is a cross sectional analytic. This research was carried out from June to November 2013, with a sample 68 respondents, which consisted of 31 respondents Injectable 1 month and 37 respondents Injectable 3 months. The data was collected using a questionnaire and univariate and bivariate data using chi square test. The results of the study , the use of the type of family planning injection occurred 1 month menstrual disorders by 10 respondents (33.3 %) of the 31 respondents , while the use of the type of family planning injection occurred 3 months of menstrual disorders by 22 ( 59.5 % ) of the 37 respondents. From the research, there is a relationship injectable contraceptive use 3 months to disruption of menstrual patterns in the sub-district health centers Bancah Stew Mandiangin Koto Selayan Bukittinggi 2013. It is expected that this study can be input to conduct further research on the factors that can cause menstrual disorders and advice to family planning acceptors injection to dig menembah insight and knowledge of existing information.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani diSMPYLPI Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini siswa putriSMPYLPI Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 65 siswa.Teknik sampel adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 65 siswa. Indikator minat belajar dalam angket terbagai menjadi 4 indikator yaitu : 1) Perasaan senang, 2) ketertarikan siswa, 3) Perhatian, 4) keterlibatan siswa. Jumlah pernyataanawal dirancang 40 butir pernyataan dan setelah uji validitas menjadi 32 butir pernyataan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani diSMPYLPI Pekanbaru dengan rata-rata 76% dengan kategori kuat.

Abstract

Injury prevention and treatment material is part of the courses in Physical Education Health and Recreation. With this course, it is necessary to provide students with material on preventing and treating sports injuries to them. With this subject, students' perceptions about learning arise.This study aims to determine the perceptions of the fourth semester students of Social Security about injury, prevention and treatment of sports injuries at Riau Islamic University. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The population in this study were all semester IV students of Penjaskesrek, Riau Islamic University, totaling 210 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics with percentages. The subjects in this study were the fourth semester students of Penjaskesrek at Riau Islamic University, with a total sample of 30 students.Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be described perceptions of semester IV students of Physical Education about injury, prevention and treatment of sports injuries in Penjaskesrek, Islamic University of Riau as follows, the category of "unfavorable" by 13.33% (3 students / i), the category " less "by 30% (9 students / i), the category of" moderate "by 36.67% (11 students / i), the category of" good "by 10% (3 students / i), and the category of" very good "by 10 % (3 students / i).

Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to review the scientific literature on cooperative learning research in physical education in Indonesia. Two databases (Scopus and Web of Science) were used to select articles containing information on cooperative learning in physical education. The search was conducted following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. After the exclusion criteria, only 7 articles were included in the category. The results show that the types of research used in cooperative learning research in Indonesia vary, namely; quantitative, mixed research (quantitative and qualitative), and development. On average in the study using questionnaires and interviews in data collection. Cooperative learning research in Indonesia is also divided into three groups, (i) cooperative learning models based on local wisdom and basic skills cards (FS), (ii) cooperative learning models of TGT, STAD, and Jigsaw types in sports and online learning, (iii) cooperative learning model in instilling self-confidence, cooperation and moral values. Several limitations inherent in the review have been noted, and it is necessary to carry out further studies of this globally with literature reviews or mapping studies (bibliometric and scientometric), and it is also necessary to do about the application of cooperative learning and its impact, because in today's society, elements of elements such as social relationships, dialogue, and respect, as well as physical activity and sport, are very important.

Abstract

Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi masyarakat kota Pekanbaru melakukan aktivitas olahraga melalui program car free day. Program ini dari kebijakan pemerintah mengadakan acara car free day dilaksanakan setiap hari Minggu pada Pukul 06.00 - 09.00 WIB di sepanjang Jalan Sudirman Pekanbaru. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru untuk beraktivitas gerak olahraga melalui program car free day setiap hari Minggu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi masyarakat kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2020 untuk beraktivitas gerak olahraga melalui program car free day. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan survei. Dengan populasi yang digunakan adalah semua peserta yang hadir dalam acara car free day di kota Pekanbaru setiap hari Minggu berjumlah lebih dari 500 orang. Dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden terbagi 4 kategori usia yaitu anak-anak 20 orang, remaja 50 orang, dewasa 15 orang, serta otang tua (lansia) 15 orang. Menggunakan rumus deskkriptif persentase (DP) untuk mencari jumlah sampel. Tekhnik pengambilan datanya menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan data yang menunjukan bahwa anak-anak (88,6%), remaja (93,2%), dewasa (96,6%) dan lansia (94,1%) dalam kegiatan car free day tergolong tinggi, ini terbukti dengan presentase hasil penelitian menunjukan angka 90% dari 100 responden memiliki motivasi tinggi, sedangkan sisanya 10% responden memiliki motivasi sedang dalam kegiatan car free day dan 0% motivasi rendah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru untuk beraktivitas olahraga melalui program car free day setiap hari Minggu di Kota Pekanbaru tergolong tinggi. Saran dalam penelitian ini bagi penyelenggara yaitu untuk senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan dengan cara memanfaatkan sekecil apapun potensi setiap instansi dan masyarakat yang ingin berpartisipasi.

Abstract

The physical education learning process can be defined as students' activities in receiving, understanding, and responding to material presented by the teacher. One form of activity rich in educational value is traditional games, which have been proven to contribute to children's intellectual and social development, as well as character formation. However, in the modern era, traditional games are increasingly marginalized and less familiar to students. Yet, traditional games are not only fun but also rich in values of cooperation, tolerance, self-confidence, and can increase learning motivation. This community service activity aims to reintroduce traditional games as a learning medium for Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) at Muhammadiyah 5 Elementary School in Pekanbaru. Traditional games possess high educational values, such as cooperation, sportsmanship, and physical fitness, but are increasingly marginalized by digital games. The activity methods included outreach, training, and the development of learning modules and video tutorials. The implementation results showed increased student participation and understanding of local cultural values through traditional game activities. This activity is expected to become a sustainable innovation in PJOK learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Teachers' beliefs and attitudes about teaching students with disabilities in a physical education setting are the most important factors in inclusive education, as teachers' attitudes directly influence success in learning. This study aimed to assess physical education teachers' beliefs and attitudes regarding teaching students with disabilities in inclusive primary schools. A qualitative approach was used with a sample of 12 physical education teachers from 24 inclusive education-provider schools in Pekanbaru. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and observation checklists and analysed using content analysis. Findings showed significant variation in teachers' beliefs regarding the potential of students with disabilities in physical education. While some teachers showed a strong belief in the abilities of these students, others remained sceptical. In addition, some teachers were more confident in teaching students with mild disabilities compared to students with more severe disabilities. These findings underline the importance of improving teachers' understanding of the potential of students with disabilities in the context of physical education. This research contributes to a better understanding of physical education teachers' perspectives on inclusive education, which serves as a basis for improving training and support strategies for teachers who face challenges in teaching students with diverse disabilities.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Asupan Gizi Makanan Dengan Kesegaran Jasmani Pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP N 4 Siak Hulu. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP N 4 Siak Hulu yang berjumlah 22 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes IMT dan tes Kesegaran jasmani. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai r hitung = 0,548 lebih besar dari r tabel = 0,423, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan gizi makanan dengan kesegaran jasmani siswa. Hal ini berarti semakin baik asupan gizi makanan, maka semakin baik pula tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of team sports activities on improving social skills and mental health of elementary school students. The background of this study is based on the view that physical education does not only focus on developing physical abilities, but also plays an important role in character formation, social skills, and psychological well-being of students. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The subjects consisted of 30 students of Muhammadiyah 5 Elementary School, Pekanbaru, selected through a purposive sampling technique. The research instruments included a social skills observation sheet and a mental health questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using a Paired Sample t-test to compare the results before and after treatment. The results showed a significant increase in social skills (from an average of 65.2 to 82.6) and mental health (from an average of 63.5 to 80.4) with a p-value <0.01. These findings prove that participation in team sports activities can improve students' ability to work together, interpersonal communication, and psychological well-being. Thus, the integration of team sports activities in physical education learning can be an effective strategy in forming students' social and mental character holistically.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide training to physical education teachers in Kuantan Singingi district in the application of the character-based Jasamani education learning model when learning physical education in schools. So that the implementation of the K13 curriculum in schools goes well and the role of a physical education teacher in the future will be in handling the character of students to be better and to educate people who have the character of the qarimah. Activities include training in the application of physical education learning models to physical education teachers in Kuantan Regency. This activity was carried out at SMA N Pintar of Kuantan Bay, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The activity was attended by 35 high school level physical education teachers who are equal in the Kuantan Singingi Kabutapan. The results of this activity are very good because it is very helpful to the knowledge of high school physical education teachers in the application of learning models that must be realized in the K13 curriculum.
