Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh metode kooperatif terhadap keterampilan bermain bolabasket. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 24 siswa puteri kelas VIII, teknik pengambilan sampel ini adalah total sampling. Total sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 24 orang siswa kelas VIII. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode kooperatif terhadap keterampilan bermain bolabasket yaitu thitung5,92 danttabel1,714, hal ini menunjukan bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, sehingga metode kooperatif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterampilan bermain bolabasket siswa puteri kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The decline in the culture of cooperation has an impact on the decrease of the student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to see the increase of critical thinking skill and cooperation in Physical Education and Health students through Problem Based Learning Model in Physical Education learning. The method used in this study was experimental method with the Randomize Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Design. The sampling technique in this study was cluster random sampling. The samples of this study were divided into two classes, namely experimental group and control group. The instrument used to measure cooperation was a questionnaire, while learning outcomes were measured by tests. The analysis of this study used SPSS 22 with t-test. This study concludes that the Problem Base Learning model is able to improve the cooperation among the students and also significantly improves learning outcomes. AbstrakMenurunnya budaya kerjasama yang juga berdampak kepada penurunan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan Kerjasama mahasiswa Penjaskesrek melalui model Problem Base Learning pada pembelajaran  pendidikan  jasmani.  Metode  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah metode  eksperimen  dengan  Desain  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  Randomize  Pretest  and Posttest Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini di ambil secara Cluster Random Sampling, maka sampel pada penlitian ini menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelompok eksperimen kelas 6F dan kelas 6E menjadi kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kerjasama dengan menggunakan anket dan hasil belajar dengan tes. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 22 dengan uji t. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model Problem Base Learning   mampu meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama pada mahasiswa dan juga meningkatkan hasil belajar yang cukup signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of basketball passing skills with a game-based approach. This study involved 10 students of the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Universitas Islam Riau. The method used is quasi-experimental. The research instrument used a basketball passing test which consisted of three phases: the initial phase, the main phase, and the follows through phase. The data analysis technique used t test for similar sample groups. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be explained that the average value of the pre-test was 9.6, while the average value at the time of the post-test increased to 10.6. There was an increase of 10.41% of the difference in the results of the pre-test and post-test. That means that based on the results of the research it is proven that by applying a game-based approach can improve basketball passing skills in students of the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Universitas Islam Riau.

Abstract

The round off movement is a movement that is quite difficult to demonstrate by students, this is due to the lack of development of floor gymnastics learning, especially the use of learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of using audio-visual media in improving the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements. This study involved 42 students as research samples. The method used is an experiment where treatment is carried out in 12 meetings with data analysis techniques using pre tests and post tests. The research instrument used a round off test consisting of three stages: the initial phase, the main phase, and the final phase. Based on the results of the study that there is an effect of using audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements, and there is an increase of about 30%. So based on the results of the study, the use of audio-visual media is effective for improving the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements. The results of the study show positive things how the use of audio-visual media can be a solution and alternative in learning floor gymnastics movements, but there are still some limitations. It is hoped that future researchers can develop by increasing the number of sample groups and involving comparison groups so as to get new findings in the field.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang berfokus pada pengembangan pemahaman siswa tentang permainan. TGFU menekankan pada pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan berbasis masalah. Performa permainan sepak bola merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan pembelajaran sepak bola. Performa permainan sepak bola dapat diukur dengan menggunakan berbagai instrumen, salah satunya adalah Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran TGFU terhadap performa permainan sepak bola mahasiswa prodi penjaskesrek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 40 mahasiswa prodi penjaskesrek. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan GPAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran TGFU terhadap performa permainan sepak bola mahasiswa prodi penjaskesrek. Pengaruh ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,276 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran TGFU berpengaruh positif terhadap performa permainan sepak bola mahasiswa prodi penjaskesrek.

Abstract

This study assesses how well YouTube is a learning tool for developing fundamental basketball abilities. As more people turn to digital platforms, YouTube has become popular as a resource for sports skill development. In this study, 30 individuals were split into two groups using a quasi-experimental design: 15 participants in the experimental group (n = 15) watched YouTube videos, and 15 participants in the control group (n = 15) employed traditional training techniques. Assessments of fundamental abilities such as dribbling, passing, and shooting were conducted six weeks before and after the intervention. According to the data, the experimental group outperformed the control group in fundamental basketball abilities. The average basic skills score in the experimental group went from 61.4 to 86.8, whereas in the control group, it only went from 57.8 to 74.6. The t-test statistical analysis demonstrates the significance of this rise (p < 0.01). Furthermore, regression analysis results indicate that the frequency of practice ( = 0.47, p 0.05) and time spent watching training videos ( = 0.42, p 0.05) positively impact skill development. These results imply that YouTube can be useful for learning basketball, particularly for novices who need access to official instruction. Nevertheless, the short intervention period and the study's focus on inexperienced individuals prevented a thorough analysis of other factors, including participant motivation and the calibre of the video content. Future research is advised to examine the long-term efficacy of YouTube-based learning and the effects of other factors, including the tutorials' calibre and interaction with virtual teachers.

Abstract

Physical health and physical fitness have an important role in the world of sport, especially in the context of football clubs. The PS Sipangko football club in South Tapanuli Regency, which has a long history in the world of football, has unique challenges and opportunities in maintaining the physical health of its players. This study aims to measure and analyze the level of physical fitness of the 13 players of the PS Sipangko football club, South Tapanuli Regency and identify the factors that influence this level of fitness. The research method used was a survey and physical measurements involving club players. The data was analyzed statistically to evaluate the level of physical fitness and its relationship to performance on the field. The results showed that the level of physical fitness of players with an average physical fitness test score was 10.80 in the 14-17 interval with a percentage of 38.46%. Judging from the freshness level norms, the category is classified as Medium. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the importance of maintaining physical health in the world of football and highlight the need to pay attention to aspects of physical fitness in the development of football players.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. The purpose of this study was to find out how deep the response of students to the assignment assigned by the health physical education teacher in determining the number of respondents when the teacher gave physical education assignments. Materials and methods. This research was descriptive quantitative research. The research began by collecting assignments that have been given through online methods to students in the form of google form. The study population was 108 students of SMP IT Raudhatur Rahmah Pekanbaru, Riau. The sample in this study was all students of SMP IT Raudhtaur Rahmah. The sampling technique applied was total sampling. Results. The results obtained based on several assignments that have been given via google form in this study were as follows: For the subject of the passing and catching, dribbling, and shooting on basketball learning, the average scores were 54.25%, 46, 01%, and 42.02%, respectively. Teachers must be more active and creative in packaging the learning process so that it attracts students to take part in the Physical Education learning provided and considering that the response of students in learning physical education during the Covid-19 pandemic was low Conclusions. Online learning was very ineffective as a learning process as it was caused by many factors and can be proven by the low of student response in doing the task which has been given. a solution is needed so that the teaching and learning process can be carried out with an appropriate method so that students are not disadvantaged in the learning activities themselves, which not only receive the knowledge they need, but also includes learning related to the character and emotion that should be given by the teacher in the learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui survei kondisi fisik pada atlet pencak silat Perguruan Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Atlet Pencak Silat Perguruan Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu yang berjumlah 12 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes kondisi fisik untuk pesilat yaitu tes sit up, tes push up, tes vertical jump, tes medicine ball throw, tes fleksometer dan tes lari 15 menit. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah menghitung kategori nilai kondisi fisik yang dimiliki oleh pesilat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata nilai kondisi fisik yang telah dilakukan terhadap atlet diketahui bahwa hasil Survei Kondisi Fisik Atlet Pencak Silat Perguruan Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu menunjukkan bahwa nilai kondisi fisik yang dicapai atlet adalah 4,1 yang tergolong dalam kategori Cukup. Diperlukan reformulasi program pembinaan atlet yang mencakup standardisasi metode latihan, peningkatan kompetensi pelatih, dan pengadaan fasilitas pendukung yang memadai, serta pembentukan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Bagian utama dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak program intervensi, berdasarkan model TGfU, terhadap perilaku taktis siswa sekolah menengah olahraga provinsi riau cabang olahraga sepakbola. Sampel penelitian yang terdiri dari 46 siswa, dengan usia antara 14 dan 15 tahun, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok (kelompok model TGfU, n = 22, dan kelompok model pembelajaran langsung, n = 24. Satuan yang terdiri dari 9 sesi diterapkan, dan pengetahuan prosedural, pelaksanaan teknis, dan perilaku taktis siswa diukur dalam situasi permainan yang sebenarnya. Hasilnya menunjukkan siswa dalam kelompok model TGfU menunjukkan pengetahuan prosedural yang jauh lebih tinggi. Mengenai pelaksanaan teknis secara terpisah, perbedaan signifikan ditemukan di kedua kelompok setelah program intervensi dalam tiga tindakan. Sebaliknya, tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaan dalam situasi permainan yang sebenarnya di kedua kelompok. Temuan menunjukkan efektivitas program pengajaran komprehensif berdurasi pendek (9 pelajaran) dalam konteks pendidikan untuk mencapai peningkatan pengetahuan prosedural. Kami juga menyoroti pentingnya meningkatkan durasi program pengajaran ini untuk meningkatkan variabel pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaan.
