Abstract

Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators and learning resources in a learning environment. Therefore, the role of the principal as an intermediary connecting the education system, teachers and performance must be perfected. Research objectives: (1) to investigate further about the level of job satisfaction of physical education teachers and (2) to see the effect of the swimming learning method on the physical condition of students in 10-year-old children at SDN 016 Tanah Merah. Research Method: The approach in this study uses the "Pretest Posttest Design". This research involved 10-year-old students of Elementary School (SD) 016 Tanah Merah with a population of grade 4 students. This research involved students of SDN 016 Tanah Merah. To determine the number of samples in this study, researchers used Raosoft software. The results of calculating the sample size obtained for the grade 4 student population are at SDN 016 Tanah Merah. In this study, "Pretest-Posttest Design" acts as the main research instrument. Divided into several aspects such as (i) Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) to get feedback on transformational leadership, and (ii) Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) to get feedback on teacher job satisfaction. The data obtained in this study were analyzed through descriptive and inferential methods using Smart PLS software.

Abstract

Pengembangan motorik pada pemain sepak bola usia dini merupakan aspek fundamental yang perlu diperhatikan untuk membangun fondasi keterampilan teknis dan fisik yang kuat, namun SSB Angkola Raya masih menghadapi kendala dalam menerapkan program pelatihan yang terstruktur dan sistematis untuk pengembangan motorik pemain usia dini. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan pengembangan motorik yang komprehensif bagi pemain sepak bola usia dini di SSB Angkola Raya melalui serangkaian aktivitas terstruktur. Pelaksanaan program menggunakan metode pelatihan partisipatif dengan pendekatan praktik langsung melibatkan 23 pemain usia 8-12 tahun, yang mencakup asesmen awal, implementasi program latihan motorik kasar dan halus, serta evaluasi perkembangan kemampuan motorik pemain. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan motorik pemain yang terlihat dari meningkatnya skor tes keseimbangan sebesar 40%, koordinasi gerak sebesar 35%, dan kelincahan sebesar 45% dibandingkan dengan kondisi awal sebelum program. Program pelatihan pengembangan motorik terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dasar pemain usia dini, dengan rekomendasi untuk mengintegrasikan program serupa ke dalam kurikulum pelatihan reguler SSB Angkola Raya dan melakukan monitoring berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

Dalam menganalisis teknik dan strategi latihan sepak bola di Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB), penting untuk memahami bahwa latihan tersebut bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dasar, pemahaman taktis, dan kedisiplinan pemain sejak usia dini. Teknik latihan di SSB umumnya berfokus pada penguasaan dasar seperti dribbling, passing, shooting, dan kontrol bola. Latihan ini sering kali dilakukan melalui metode permainan kecil (small-sided games) yang memungkinkan pemain untuk lebih banyak menyentuh bola dan beradaptasi dengan situasi permainan nyata. Strategi latihan di SSB juga menekankan pentingnya pengembangan pemahaman taktik dasar, seperti penempatan posisi, pergerakan tanpa bola, dan kerja sama tim. Selain itu, latihan fisik seperti ketahanan, kecepatan, dan kelincahan juga menjadi bagian integral dalam program latihan untuk memastikan pemain memiliki fisik yang memadai untuk mendukung teknik dan taktik mereka. Pendekatan holistik dalam pelatihan di SSB tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek teknis dan fisik, tetapi juga mencakup pembinaan mental dan karakter. Pelatih di SSB sering kali memberikan motivasi dan dukungan moral untuk membangun kepercayaan diri pemain dan mengajarkan nilai-nilai sportivitas. Kombinasi antara teknik, strategi, dan pembinaan mental ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan pemain muda menjadi atlet sepak bola yang kompeten dan berkarakter.

Abstract

This community service is motivated by the lack of knowledge of basketball coaches and extracurricular students in knowing the physical condition of the physical condition. As for the participants in the workshop on the socialization of physical conditions in extracurricular basketball students, there were 35 extracurricular students and 1 basketball coach in SMA 1, Kuantan Hilir, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This activity was carried out on 3-4 August 2019 which took place in the classroom and basketball court at SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir. The results on community service were that first basketball extracurricular students began to understand the form of exercises and the steps to perform physical conditions that were good and correct in theory and practice. The two results seen in the coach can provide scientific knowledge of physical conditions, especially basketball, starting from endurance, speed, strength, coordination and flexibility and so on, can apply in a structured and planned manner. Of all the community service activities that have been carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir, Kuantan Singingi Regency, it can be seen that basketball extracurricular students are very enthusiastic about this activity and the students and instructor teachers ask us to continue in the future.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide training to physical education teachers in Kuantan Singingi district in the application of the character-based Jasamani education learning model when learning physical education in schools. So that the implementation of the K13 curriculum in schools goes well and the role of a physical education teacher in the future will be in handling the character of students to be better and to educate people who have the character of the qarimah. Activities include training in the application of physical education learning models to physical education teachers in Kuantan Regency. This activity was carried out at SMA N Pintar of Kuantan Bay, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The activity was attended by 35 high school level physical education teachers who are equal in the Kuantan Singingi Kabutapan. The results of this activity are very good because it is very helpful to the knowledge of high school physical education teachers in the application of learning models that must be realized in the K13 curriculum.
