Abstract

This article discusses the collective action of NGOs in guarding and advocating corruption cases in South Sulawesi, specifically the procurement of Center Point of Indonesia (CPI) goods/services. The NGOs in the coalition are engaged in collective action in guarding the corruption of CPI, in which the group is focused on behalf of the Anti Corruption Community Coalition (KMAK) of Sulawei, incorporated from various NGOs namely ACC Sulawesi, PeRAK Institute, KOPEL Indonesia, FIK Non-Governmental Organizations and YASMIB Sulawesi. Media engagement is key to KMAK's success in guarding the CPI corruption, as an aggregation method to achieve its goals. The mass media coverage of reports, monitoring and discussions conducted by KMAK has made a number of formal state institutions take a look at the CPI case. The solid movement established by KMAK has transformed into a civil society movement that maintains a common goal of guarding the procurement of goods and services.  Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang collective action NGO dalam mengawal dan mengadvokasi kasus korupsi di Sulawesi Selatan, khususnya kasus pengaadaan barang/jasa Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini menunjukan tindakan kolektif yang dilakukan NGO dalam mengawal dugaan korupsi CPI yaitu dengan cara berkoalisi, dan kelompok NGO tersebut mengatasnamakan Koalisi Masyarakat Anti Korupsi (KMAK) Sulawesi, yang tergabung dari berbagai NGO seperti (ACC Sulawesi, PeRAK Institute, KOPEL Indonesia, FIK Ornop Sulsel dan YASMIB Sulawesi) sebagai bentuk collective action. Keterlibatan media menjadi kunci keberhasilan KMAK Dalam mengawal kasus korupsi CPI, dan juga sebagai metode agregasi untuk mencapai tujuannya.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to observe the properties of eggs produced based on laying age and different feed compositions. This research was conducted in September 2017 at Cahaya Mario Group Farm, Puncak Mario, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, South Sulawesi. The materials used in this research were; 45 Lohman-strain layers, a digital scale with 0,001 g sensitivity, calipers, needle scales with 0,1 g sensitivity, buckets, feedlots, water containers, plastic bags, plates, and cleaning tools. Randomized Block Design was applied in this work which consisted of 3 different feed types and 3 different age groups of layers with 3 replications. The parameters measured in this study consisted of the egg's exterior and interior qualities. Based on statistical analysis, feed types and age groups showed no significant effect on the external quality of the eggs namely the egg’s shell thickness as well as no significant effect on eggs weight. The egg’s shell thickness varied from 0.42 to 0.44 mm. Interior quality, especially yolk color, was significantly influenced by age groups. The egg’s viscosity was significantly influenced by different feed types. Keywords: Egg properties; Egg viscosity; Yolk color; Lohman-strain; Layer. Abstrak Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengobservasi karaktersitik telur berdasarkan umur ayam dan perbedaan komposisi ransum yang diberikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bulan Agustus hingga September 2017 bertempat di Farm Cahaya Mario Group, Puncak Mario, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, Sulawesi Selatan. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : ayam Lohman sebanyak 45 ekor, timbangan digital dengan kepekaan 0,001 g, jangka sorong, timbangan jarum dengan kepekaan 0,1 g, ember, tempat ransum, tempat minum, plastik, piring dan alat kebersihan. Tiga (3) jenis ransum diberikan pada tiga (3) kelompok umumr ayam yang berbeda dengan replikasi sebanyak tiga (3) kali, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Parameter yang diukur pada penelitian ini terdiri dari kualitas eksternal telur, dan kualitas interior telur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sidik ragam, jenis ransum yang digunakan dan variasi umur tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas eksternal seperti pada berat telur dan tebal kerabang. Nilai tebal kerabang berkisar antara 0,42 - 0,44 mm. Kualitas interior telur secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kelompok umur yang berbeda untuk warna yolk dan terdapat perbedaan signifikan jenis ransum terhadap viskositas telur. Abstract

Abstrak: IRT Melatimerupakan kelompok yang didirikan oleh Perempuan Pesisir Ampenan untuk mengolah hasil lautmenjadi produk abon ikan. Setelah melakukan observasi singkat kelokasi usaha tersebut, Tim menemukan berbagai permasalahan mitra, khususnya dalam aspek pemasaran produk, aspek manajemen usaha dan aspek higienitas proses produksi. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian, diharapkandapat memberikan solusi bagi Mitra untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, guna menentukan media promosi dan memperluas wilayah pemasaran. Selain itu Mitra dapat membuat laporan keuangan untuk mencatat semua transaksi secara sistematis, serta Mitra dapat menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam proses produksi, menjaga kebersihan dapur serta alat-alat produksi. Merode kegiatan ini diawali dengan memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan serta pendampingan kepada Mitra terkait ketiga aspek permasalahan yang ditemukan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah: a) Terdapat peningkatan penjualan produk abon ikan dan pengembangan usaha mitra; (b) Terdapat peningkatan keberdayaan anggota IRT dalam menggunakan media social sebagai alat untuk promosi dan memperluas pasar; (c) Mitra dapat membuat laporan keuangan sederhana secara sistematis; (d) Terdapatnya kesadaran Mitra dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan pada proses produksi, menjaga kebersihandapursertaalat-alatproduksi.Abstract:  IRT Melati is a group founded by Ampenan Coastal Women to process marine products into shredded fish products. After conducting a brief observation at the location of the business, the Team found various problems with the partners, particularly in the aspects of product marketing, aspects of business management and hygiene aspects of the production process. Through community service activities, it is expected to provide solutions for Partners to determine the right marketing strategy, in order to determine promotional media and expand the marketing area. In addition, Partners can create financial reports to systematically record all transactions, and Partners can apply health protocols in the production process, maintain the cleanliness of kitchens and production tools. This method of activity begins with providing counseling, training and assistance to Partners regarding the three aspects of the problems found. The targets to be achieved from this activity are: a) There is an increase in the sale of shredded fish products and business development of partners; (b) There is an increase in the empowerment of IRT members in using social media as a tool for promotion and expanding the market; (c) Partners can produce simple financial reports in a systematic manner; (d) There is awareness of Partners in implementing health protocols in the production process, maintaining the cleanliness of kitchens and production tools.

Abstract

Many researchers have studied public trust to assess a government policy. Trust is the key to synergizing or connecting the state, government, and society. It is an essential foundation for the state in implementing a policy. That prompted this study to research current policies on developing new capital cities (IKN) by relating them to the level of public trust. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive content analysis. The research object was seen from Twitter users in discussing policies regarding the development of a new capital city. Sources of data obtained from the overall results of discussions about IKN. The analysis tool relied on Nvivo 12 Plus. The findings indicated that the public trusted government policies to develop IKN. Positive trust was influenced by the idea of developing IKN, which was predicted to become an example of a world city; IKN could influence economic equality, promote well-being or prosperity, and other influential factors, such as Joko Widodo's leadership as President of Indonesia. Some factors influenced the decline in public trust, concerns about environmental damage and budget problems. It is considered that the urgency of public trust in policy issues related to IKN will affect the sustainability of the IKN development plan in the future.

Abstract

This article discusses the performance accountability of the Mataram City Regional Secretariat. A good performance report will have an impact on the quality of good governance. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the accountability of the performance of the Regional Secretariat of the city of Mataram is quite good, both in measuring the performance of activities and target performance. However, the improvement in the quality of program or activity implementation through increased budget coordination, the quality of human resources in order to achieve usability and usability is still not optimal.

Abstract

This study evaluates the performance of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province in developing the region, specifically in water resources and transportation infrastructure. A qualitative methods approach was utilized in analyzing relevant documents to assess the office's performance. The research reveals that the performance of the office has declined due to several factors, including the 2018 Lombok earthquake, insufficient budget allocation, and inadequate human resources. The study emphasizes the importance of addressing these challenges to enhance the office's performance in regional development. It is recommended that the office should improve its budget allocation and prioritize the recruitment of additional skilled human resources. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in the public works and spatial planning sector to enhance the performance of the office and advance the development of the region.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of social media as a medium of information via Twitter by analyzing National Library of Indonesia accounts1; then, this study used a descriptive qualitative method using secondary data. Social twitter and literature review. The results of this study reveal that disseminating information through social media Twitter with the social media account @perpusnas1 functions as a reliable medium for maintaining literacy communication with users on other platforms. In addition, Twitter and other forms of social media provide a platform for information dissemination. Account intensity is also used to determine how @perpusnas carry out information distribution operations. The @perpusnas1 account has a total tweet intensity of 8,932 tweets, making it an account with a reasonably active information dissemination intensity. The account also has several followers who follow it to spread information through other forms of social media. A report on Twitter that collaborates with several pieces to disseminate information, such as the @gramediadotcom account, aims to increase its users' digital literacy because this account is the most extensive online bookstore account in Indonesia. Then the @ArsipNasionalRI account is an official account controlled by the ANRI Planning and Public Relations Bureau. @kemendikbudRI, and finally, the @naralanguage account, which accounts for speaker service providers in Indonesia. In the context of forming a national archive, management of information related to ANRI operations, products, and policies.

Abstract

Sustainable city is a city that designed by considering the impact on the environment, inhabited by population with a number and behavior that requires minimal support for energy, water and food from the outside, and produces less CO2, gas, air and water pollution. Moreover the national government envisions Indonesia2030which shallimplement the smart city towards sustainable development.Especially in Sleman Regency, the government is committed to make Sleman Regency as a Smart Regency in 2021. It could be shown in the vision of Sleman Regency which is The realization of a more prosperous Sleman community, Independent, Cultured and Integratede-governmentsystem to the Smart Regency in 2021”. This paper would like to analyze how the Sleman Regency implement the Smart city concept, and does the smart city concept can achive the sustainability city. The research uses the qualitative approach with in-deepth interview in examining the data, also the literature review. The result in this study reveals the following: firstly, from 2016-2019 Sleman regency has several applications to support the smart city implementation such as One Data of UMKM, Home Creative Sleman, Lapor Sleman app, Sleman Smart app, online tax app, e-patient, sleman emergency service, and Sleman smart room. Second, there are many elements in smart cities that are very important for smart government, smart life, smart economy, smart society, and smart environment. However, in supporting to support the realization of smart cities, not all aspects must be implemented properly to achieve a managed city, components related to smart environment cannot be implemented properly in Sleman Regency. There are still many problems regarding environmental problems such as the development of the construction of hotels and apartments that do not heed the environment, incrasing the populations, the limitations of green open space.

Abstract

Kegiatan Terkait Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, dan Pendampingan yang Diberikan Kepada Pengurus Baru Bumdes, Kepedulian dan semangat untuk memampukan masyarakat desa hingga siap menerapkan otonomi daerah menginspirasi Desa Karang Bongkot untuk Memperkuat Perekonomian Lokal, yang dikemas dalam tulisan ini. kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk memperkuat perekonomian desa. Berdasarkan temuan observasi, berbagai permasalahan yang disampaikan pemerintah desa setelah UU Desa disahkan antara lain adalah pentingnya perbaikan tata kelola desa agar tata kelola pemerintahan yang lebih baik dapat muncul. Kurangnya sistem checks and balances di lembaga desa, khususnya antara pemerintah desa dan sebagian masyarakat sipil. Inilah salah satu kelemahan yang dapat ditemukan dalam praktek pemerintahan desa, yang merupakan salah satu kelemahan yang dapat diidentifikasi. Dikarenakan kuatnya dominasi kepala desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, maka fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) sebagai lembaga legislatif di desa yang salah satu fungsinya adalah mengawasi jalannya pemerintahan desa menjadi tidak maksimal. belum terasa. Akibatnya, sistem belum dibangun. Salah satu alasannya adalah fungsi BPD adalah memantau jalannya pemerintahan desa. Faktor utama yang menyebabkan kondisi ini adalah rendahnya sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh desa. Hal ini disebabkan selama ini program-program yang ditujukan untuk peningkatan kapasitas pemerintahan di desa, baik dari pemerintah daerah maupun lembaga lainnya, hanya dipusatkan pada peningkatan kapasitas pemerintahan desa, sedangkan pengurus BUMDes tetap berjalan. Akibat yang paling nyata dari ketiadaan sistem check and balances adalah meningkatnya peluang korupsi yang signifikan di desa-desa. Peluang tersebut dihasilkan dari pengelolaan anggaran yang sebenarnya secara rutin memberikan peluang penggunaan uang untuk kegiatan yang tidak terkait dengan pembangunan. Persoalan lain yang membuat pengelolaan keuangan di pedesaan semakin sulit diatur adalah adanya kelompok lobi di dalam masyarakat. Hal terpenting yang perlu dilakukan untuk menghilangkan berbagai potensi penyimpangan adalah meningkatkan keterlibatan lembaga desa dan masyarakat. Hal ini diperlukan agar muncul semangat untuk mengawal proses penggerakan pemerintahan desa menuju “good village governance”. Penataan yang bermanfaat bagi desa ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa yang sebelumnya hanya hadir pada tataran pertanggungjawaban administratif namun kini hadir pula pada tataran pertanggungjawaban substantif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how digital Tourism on Branding the Mandalika Special Region in West Nusa Tenggara; this investigation uses a descriptive methodology combined with a qualitative approach, as well as previously published literature and online news sources as well as secondary data obtained from related agencies. Most importantly, take advantage of the Nvivo 12 plus program to analyze the data results. The findings of this study indicate that the use of information and communication technology to promote Special Economic Zones through digital tourism, utilizing platforms such as websites, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and the West Nusa Tenggara Tourism Office website, is a viable strategy for increasing tourism. Indonesian tourism industry. ITDC and National Council of Special Economic Zones websites. Government Regulation Number 52 of 2014 identifies two main focus topics, namely tourism areas and special economic areas, and prioritizes several initiatives. Development management in accordance with statutory regulations. PP Number 40 of 2021 discusses three important things: human resources and infrastructure, two facilities, and SEZ convenience for three commercial organizations. The finding of human resources and infrastructure is considered to be the main driver for branding the Mandalika Special Economic Zone in this policy.
