Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, kepemimpinan, dan tanggung jawab, dengan fokus pada bagaimana faktor-faktor ini berkontribusi terhadap terciptanya proses dan hasil pendidikan berkualitas. Kualitas pendidikan sangat penting dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia yang berubah dengan cepat, terutama di sektor pendidikan yang langsung berdampak pada masa depan kita. Untuk mencapai pendidikan berkualitas, kepemimpinan yang efektif di institusi pendidikan sangatlah krusial, dan kepala sekolah memegang peran penting sebagai penggerak utama dalam perbaikan pendidikan. Tugas kepala sekolah tidak hanya terbatas pada fungsi seremonial dan tugas administratif seperti menandatangani surat masuk; tanggung jawab utama mereka adalah memastikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Secara spesifik, peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan meliputi pemantauan dan evaluasi secara terus-menerus terhadap efektivitas program, perencanaan dan koordinasi tindakan strategis yang selaras dengan misi sekolah, serta membina komunikasi intensif dengan guru, siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat luas. Upaya-upaya ini sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan sekolah.

Abstract

This study is a bibliometric analysis to determine the map of the development of the sustainability study of development goals during the COVID-19 pandemic by searching through Scopus with the keywords "SDGs" "COVID-19" in various international journals. The authors used the Scopus search engine to find random journals and identify publications related to sustainable development goals. This study implemented a data visualization software called VOSviewer to find out biometric Bil maps to analyze the results and trends in information production in the Sustainability Development Goals during the COVID-19 pandemic. The theme was then integrated into the Nvivo 12 plus software to produce the Sustainability Development Goals project. This study indicated that the development of research in 2021 is immensely increasing. The development of the dominant theme processed in NVivo12 Plus showed that the most prevalent word development appeared. Sustainability Switzerland journals published the most articles and were seen from research articles, followed by reviews, conference papers, notes, and editorials. The relationship theme in the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) studies during the COVID-19 pandemic was divided into 7 clusters or seven parts.

Abstract

The collaboration between the Sekongkang Bawah Village Government and PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMNT) in managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has had a significant impact on the education and health of the community. Amid the recent declaration on Early Childhood Care and Education in Southeast Asia, AMNT has been actively involved in developing human resources through various initiatives, including the rehabilitation of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) and the improvement of access to clean water to reduce stunting in West Sumbawa Regency. Through the Employee Participation Program (EPP), AMNT involves employees, business partners, and local communities in this effort. This research aims to evaluate and understand the collaboration between the village government and PT. AMNT in managing CSR with a focus on improving education and public health in Sekongkang Bawah Village. The research method used includes a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation, as well as interactive analysis to obtain a holistic understanding. The results of this study indicate that collaborative governance in the management of Corporate Social Responsibility includes: 1) Network Structure, The collaboration between the Sekongkang Village Government and PT AMNT in the CSR program has successfully improved the quality of education and health in Sekongkang Bawah Village through programs such as scholarships, mechanic courses, and football development. This shows their commitment to community development. The synergy between PT AMNT and the Village Government in a strategic partnership has effectively improved community welfare through a coordinated approach and good monitoring. 2). Commitment to a Common Purpose, PT AMNT actively plays a role in improving community welfare through education and health initiatives, such as providing scholarships and establishing health posts. A good understanding between PT AMNT and the Sekongkang Bawah Village Government has supported the implementation of integrated and sustainable development programs. 3). Akses ke Sumber Daya, The integration of local human resources by PT AMNT has improved education and health services, as well as provided job opportunities and skill development for the local population. PT AMNT's commitment to allocating financial resources such as scholarships and educational equipment has provided significant benefits to the community. PT AMNT's efforts in building and improving educational and health infrastructure have a sustainable positive impact on the Sekongkang Bawah community.

Abstract

Public trust is a key factor in assessing government policies, as it strengthens the connection between the state, government, and society, forming the basis for successful policy implementation. This study investigates public trust in the development of Indonesia’s new capital city (IKN), employing a qualitative approach with descriptive content analysis. Twitter discussions on IKN policies were analyzed using Nvivo 12 Plus software. The findings reveal that public trust in IKN development is generally positive, driven by the vision of IKN as a future model world city, promoting economic equality and prosperity. President Joko Widodo’s leadership also plays a pivotal role. However, concerns about environmental damage and budgetary issues have contributed to a decline in trust. The study concludes that public trust will be critical to the long-term sustainability of IKN development. This research advances the field by integrating social media analytics, particularly Twitter discussions, with public policy analysis, offering real-time insights into public sentiment toward major government projects like IKN. The novelty of this study lies in its examination of public trust specifically in the context of developing a new capital city, a rare topic within existing literature. This study contributes to the broader discourse on public trust and policy implementation by providing a unique case study on IKN. It highlights the factors that enhance and diminish public trust in large-scale government projects, offering policymakers insights on how to address concerns and build sustained trust, which is crucial for the project's future success.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penguasaan ilmu Nahwu dan Shorof merupakan keterampilan mendasar bagi santri dalam memahami teks-teks keislaman, salah satunya melalui Kitab Al-Jurumiyah yang menjadi rujukan utama dalam pembelajaran gramatikal bahasa Arab di pesantren. Namun, banyak santri yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca dan memahami isi kitab tersebut secara sistematis. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Mojokerto, dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode pembelajaran Kitab Al-Jurumiyah serta urgensinya dalam mendukung pemahaman santri terhadap ilmu Nahwu dan Shorof.Kegiatan ini melibatkan santri di Madrasah Diniyah dengan metode pelaksanaan berupa ceramah dan praktik pembelajaran. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh program telah terlaksana dengan baik, dan santri menunjukkan minat yang tinggi dalam kegiatan bimbingan baca Kitab Al-Jurumiyah, sehingga program ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan pesantren. Keberhasilan program ini juga didukung oleh kolaborasi yang baik antara tim pengabdian dan santri. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menjadi sarana motivasi bagi santri dalam meningkatkan minat belajar ilmu Nahwu dan Shorof. Pengabdian ini turut mempererat hubungan silaturrahmi serta meningkatkan ketakwaan kepada Allah SWT. Program ini juga berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman santri terhadap struktur gramatikal bahasa Arab melalui Kitab Al-Jurumiyah.Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di pesantren. Kata Kunci: kemampuan membaca, kitab kuning, kitab al-jurumiyah, santri ABSTRACT The mastery of Nahwu and Shorof is a fundamental skill for students in understanding Islamic texts, one of which is through the Al-Jurumiyah book, which serves as a primary reference in learning Arabic grammar in Islamic boarding schools. However, many students still face difficulties in reading and comprehending the content of this book systematically. Therefore, this community service program was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Mojokerto, with the aim of analyzing the implementation of the teaching methods for the Al-Jurumiyah book and its urgency in supporting students' understanding of Nahwu and Shorof. This program involved students from the Madrasah Diniyah, utilizing lecture and practice methods. The results of the community service show that the entire program was successfully implemented, and students demonstrated a high level of interest in the Al-Jurumiyah reading guidance activities, indicating that the program met the needs of the pesantren. The success of the program was also supported by good collaboration between the service team and the students. Additionally, this activity served as a means of motivating students to enhance their interest in learning Nahwu and Shorof. The program also strengthened social relationships and increased devotion to Allah SWT. Furthermore, it contributed positively to improving students' understanding of Arabic grammar through the Al-Jurumiyah book.It is hoped that this community service program can be sustained to support the improvement of learning quality in Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

The use of social media as a channel for political communication has an influence in determining a person's political behavior, so that it can form public opinion among the community. The reason X is called an information disseminator is because most of the trending topic hashtags that are trending on X become headlines. This is due to the power of X as a mouthpiece for conventional media news, so that many people use it, especially politicians. Therefore, it is not surprising that public opinion is easily formed and is often found on social media X. X is a form of social media that allows its users to express their opinions on various topics effectively. The focus of this study is how politicians influence public opinion. This study explores the intensity of conversations on the @fahrihamzah account and issues related to the #AyoMoveOn2024 action on social media. This study uses a qualitative method with the Qualitative Data Analysis (QDA) Miner approach, which helps network, content, and cloud analysis using Nvivo 12 Plus software. The results of this study indicate that being a consistent medium for spreading public opinion campaign actions through the @Fahrihamzah account network through the #AyoMoveOne2024 public opinion campaign with high conversation intensity. In addition, public opinion accompanying the #AyoMoveOn2024 action campaign shows that the Geloraid party made the most mentions with an intensity of 12.70%. Then the most prominent hashtag is #ayomoveon2024, with an intensity of 10.34%. Furthermore, there were 3013 tweets sent by the @Fahrihamzah account in the #AyoMoveOn2024 action, with seven retweets. This study can illustrate how social media X is effective as a means of disseminating information and campaigning for action by X social media users.

Abstract

Natural disasters are an ever-present threat with the potential to cause significant losses, both in terms of material and human loss. Given the magnitude of their impact, young people need to be equipped with awareness, knowledge, and skills to deal with potential disasters. This community service activity aims to foster youth awareness of disaster management through training and simulation programs. Implementation methods include education on disaster types, field practice, and disaster management simulations involving youth communities in disaster-prone areas. Results of the activity demonstrated a significant increase in participants' understanding of mitigation procedures, self-rescue techniques, and coordination during disasters. In addition to cognitive aspects, this activity also fostered responsiveness, discipline, social awareness, and solidarity among young people. Thus, training and simulations have proven effective as educational strategies for building preparedness and producing a caring, resilient, and adaptive young generation in the face of disaster risks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Provincial Government's policy in implementing strategic policies in workforce development. The main focus of this policy includes reducing unemployment, creating harmonious industrial relations, and developing productive transmigration areas. This study uses a comparative descriptive method with a qualitative approach and uses library research to obtain secondary data. The results of the study indicate that in 2022, the number of workers in NTB will reach 2.79 million people, with 2.71 million of them already employed, so that the unemployment rate will decrease to 2.98 percent, exceeding the RPJMD target of 3.17 percent. However, with the addition of more than 50 thousand new workers each year, a special strategy is needed to create more jobs. The NTB Manpower and Transmigration Office has established six strategic steps to overcome unemployment, including workforce planning, improving human resource competency through vocational training, workforce placement and empowerment, social protection for workers, workforce development and supervision, and implementation of presidential regulations regarding the Integrated Plus Workforce Training and Empowerment Program (PePaDu Plus).
