Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan membaca opini dengan menulis argumentasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif serta bentuk penelitiannya yaitu penelitian korelasi. Total skor kebiasaan membaca opini yang diperoleh adalah 8348 dengan rata-rata 74,53 (berkategori baik). Sedangkan menulis argumentasi memproleh total skor yaitu 8487 dengan rata-rata 76 (berkategori baik). Berdasarkan perhitungan data, diperoleh nilai 0,450 > 0,1857 (kategori cukup), koefesien determinasi diperoleh KP = 20,25% yang berarti sebesar 20,25% kontribusi sumbangan variable (X) terhadap variabel (Y) sisanya 79,75% disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain, hasil penghitungan pengujian hipotesis 5,28 > 1,658 terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Maka dari itu, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata kunci: kebiasaan membaca opini, menulis argumentasi

Abstract

Tourism is an important sector in the Indonesian economy, especially agrotourism which combines agriculture with tourism. Keling Kumang Agrotourism is a tourist location which is the tourist destination most frequently visited by the people of Sintang. Therefore, this research the study was undertaken with the objective of. obtaining information on the influence of marketing strategies on tourist visits to Keling Kumang Agrotourism. The type of research carried out in this research is quantitative using a causal associative approach. The type of data used is primary data. The population for this research is tourists who have visited and are currently visiting Keling Kumang agrotourism. The sample was 30 tourists using an unintentional checking strategy. The information gathering the strategy was implemented via the execution of predetermined plans and tactics use of a survey using a Likert scale which was tried to investigate speculation. Information from this research was handled using SPSS 26.00. The results of the research show that marketing strategies can be categorized as good with an average classification value of 77. Visiting Decisions are categorized as fair with an average classification value of 73. There is a significant influence by marketing strategy on Visiting Decisions through an R square value of 60, 8, and significant 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is 39.2 influenced by other factors.

Abstract

PT RAM BKT (Berjaya Kalimantan Transport) is one of the strategic industries operating in the agricultural sector (agro-industry). This research aims to carry out an evaluation of the influence of the work environment on employee performance. The problem raised in this research is how the work environment affects employee performance at PT RAM BKT (Berjaya Kalimantan Transport). This research uses a quantitative approach, with data taken through distributing questionnaires to employees at PT RAM BKT (Berjaya Kalimantan Transport). The technical analysis used is regression using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the research conclude that the work environment has an influence on overall employee performance. This condition shows that employee consistency in their work influences the way they work and produces good performance. In addition, a conducive work environment provides support for employees to improve their performance, so that they can provide optimal work results and complete tasks on time

Abstract

Abstract: Value of company could be optimized through optimizing of the company’s performance both in financial and non financial. The optimal corporate value is very difficult to be determined. This is due to the value of the company is strongly influenced company's ability, policy, and the management style. Therefore, investors should learn and analyze the company's performance fundamentally. Fundamental analysis could provide an overview of the company as a whole. This study examines the effect of financial information on the value of company that was projected using IHSI. The finding of this study showed that investors used financial information in making the investment decisions. Investor prefers the company that has investment opportunities in the future. Investment opportunities will increase the value of the company and the wealth of investors.Keywords: Financial Information, Company ValueAbstrak: Nilai perusahaan dapat dioptimalkan dengan mengoptimalkan kinerja perusahaan baik secara financial maupun non financial. Nilai perusahaan yang optimal sangat sulit untuk ditentukan. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi kemampuan perusahaan, kebijakan dan management style. Oleh karena itu, investor harus mempelajari dan menganalisis kinerja perusahaan secara fundamental. Analisis fundamental dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dari informasi keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang di proyeksikan menggunakan IHSI. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan menunjukkan bahwa investor menggunakan informasi keuangan untuk membuat keputusan investasi. Investor lebih memilih perusahaan yang memiliki peluang investasi dimasa mendatang. Abstract

Abstract:  Mature market is safer investment than emerging market. It’s became a references to emerging market in order to make investment decision particularly in stock exchange. Therefore, the analize to test of effect the stock trading volume in both mature market and emerging market year 2014 until 2018, is needed. The sample was determined by purposive sampling. Stock index which used in this research i.e. NYSE, NASDAQ, FTSE 100, SSEC, HANG SENG, Kopsi, STI, SENSEX, IHSG, JSE, Stock Exchange Thailand, and TSEC Taiwan. To analize the data is used multilinear regression. The result shows that’s mature market which representative by NYSE, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, SSEC, HANGSENG,  Kopsi, and STI has a significant positive effect to IHSG, SET, and TSEC. Meanwhile, NYSE, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, SSEC, HANGSENG, Kopsi, STI hasn’t stock trading volume effect in SENSEX and JSE. It can be concluded that in developing countries, the decision to buy and sell stock in the mature market became fundamental consideration for investors to sell or buy it. Keyword: Emerging, Mature, VolumeAbstrak: Mature market memiliki keamanan investasi daripada emerging market. Mature market menjadi acuan bagi emerging market dalam membuat keputusan investasi terutama di pasar modal. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya analisis untuk menguji pengaruh dari volume perdaganan saham di mature market dan emerging market tahun 2014-2018. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Indek saham yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah NYSE, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, SSEC,  HANGSENG,  Kopsi, STI, SENSEX, IHSG, JSE, Stock Exchange Thailand, dan TSEC taiwan.  Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bawha mature market yang diwakili oleh indek NYSE, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, SSEC,  HANGSENG,  Kopsi, STI memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan  terhadap indek saham IHSG, SET, TSEC. Sedangkan indek NYSE, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, SSEC,  HANG SENG,  Kopsi, STI tidak mempengaruhi volume perdagangan saham di indek SENSEX dan JSE. Disimpulkan bahwa keputusan jual beli saham di mature market menjadi dasar pertimbangan bagi investor untuk menjual atau membeli saham pada negara berkembangKata Kunci: Emerging, Mature, Volume

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed at exploring the influence of investment decisions of foreign investors to domestic investors. Investment decisions measured based on volume and frequency of share trading in the Indonesian share market. The data of the research obtained from the transaction data on 2011-2015. Furthermore, the data analyzed using regression analysis. The finding of the data analysis showed that the foreign investor trading activities has a significant and positive impact on domestic investor trading activities. Based on the lag found that the trading transaction of foreign investor was not significantly affected the domestic investor trading activities. Therefore it could be concluded that foreign investors become a reference for domestic investors in making investment decisions in the current year but not a reference for the following year due to the future economic movement which is influenced by other factors that could not be predicted.Keywords: Transactions, Foreign And Domestic Investors, Capital MarketsAbstrak: Penelitian ini mengekspolasi pengaruh keputusan investasi investor asing terhadap investor domestik. Keputusan investasi diukur menggunakan volume dan frekuensi perdagangan saham di pasar modal Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data transaksi dari tahun 2011-2015. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analasis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa aktivitas jual beli saham investor asing di pasar modal indonesia berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap aktivitas jual beli saham investor domestik. Secara lag ditemukan transaksi jual beli saham investor asing tidak signifikan  terhadap transaksi jual beli saham investor domestik. Oleh karena itu disimpulkan bahwa investor asing menjadi acuan bagi investor domestik dalam membuat keputusan investasi pada tahun berjalan namun tidak menjadi acuan untuk tahun berikutnya. Hal ini dikarenakan pergerakan ekonomi di masa mendatang dipengaruhi faktor lain-lain yang belum dapat diprediksi kepastiannya.Kata Kunci: Transaksi, Investor Asing Dan Domestik, Pasar Modal

Abstract

Companies prioritize CSR out of awareness of social and environmental impacts, as well as to meet societal expectations, reduce reputational risks, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders. However, decisions related to CSR can be influenced by public share ownership, because public shareholders have different preferences from institutional or majority shareholders. This research aims to determine the influence of GCG practices and public share ownership on CSR disclosure. The research method used is quantitative using a survey approach. Data collection was carried out through purposive sampling, from 82 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021 and 2022, 76 companies were sampled. Multiple linear regression tests and simple linear regression tests are used as data analysis methods. Linear regression analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence of audit committee size and ownership on all types of CSR, while the composition of public ownership has a significant negative influence. The composition of the independent board of commissioners and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect. These results indicate the need to consider GCG structure and share ownership in an effort to increase Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure.

Abstract

Pvsat Optics is a private company operating in the eye health sector. Glasses are one of the products at Optik Pvsat. Glasses are a visual aid for someone who suffers from nearsightedness or farsightedness. This research aims to determine Pvsat Optical's strategy for increasing glass sales in Sintang. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this research were collected by interviewing customers, documentation, and observation. This research shows that Optik Pvsat uses several strategies to increase sales, namely conducting training for employees and implementing marketing strategies by utilizing social media. Promotions implemented by Optik Pvsat include promotions online and in person. Online promotions include social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram, while offline promotions include banners/billboards or direct education to customers. This education conveys the customer's benefits of using glasses.

Abstract

The preparation of financial reports for small and medium enterprises that are not in accordance with SAK EMKM and the problem of business funding are the main problems for MSMEs. MSMEs when they need funding are asked to present business financial reports, but in reality many umkm have not made these financial reports. This causes limited access for umkm to develop their business. Therefore, this training is conducted to provide knowledge and skills for business actors in recording accounting and preparing financial reports. The recording and preparation process uses the SIAPIK application which has been adjusted to SAK EMKM. The implementation method to improve SIAPIK literacy is divided into several stages, namely socialization, training and training of trainers. The results of this training are that business actors have insight and expertise in preparing financial reports digitally. The implication of this activity is that business actors can control business finances in real time and can develop business. The resulting financial statements are also in accordance with SAK EMKM and are expected to be a means to facilitate business actors to obtain funding. Business actors can also make the right business decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine compensation for employee performance, motivation for employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing (normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The population in this research is taking 30 employees who work at PT. Buana Hijau Abadi using primary data using saturated sampling, a sample of 30 respondents was obtained, processing the data using SPSS version 29 software. The results of this research show that compensation (X1) in the t test has no influence on employee performance (Y). This is proven by the calculated t value > t table is (0.129 > 0.05) and motivation (X2) there is an influence of motivation on performance (Y). This is proven by the calculated t value < t table with a value of (0.007 < 0.05, but in the F Compensation statistical test and Motivation have a simultaneous influence on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated t value < t table (0.004 < 0.05). The Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination of 3.34 states that the Compensation (X1) and Motivation (X2) variables have contribution is 33.4% to employee performance (Y) and the remaining 66.6% is influenced by other factors.
