Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di Sekolah Dasar. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Merpak Kecamatan Kelam Permai tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah33 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji analisis regresi, korelasi product moment, koefisien determinan, dan t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri sebesar 77,52 termasuk dalam kategori kuat, (2) rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA adalah 73,91 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik, dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam di Sekolah Dasar dengan t hitung  > t tabel  yaitu 2,48 > 2.03.

Abstract

AbstrakBerbahan dasar lempung kertas (paper clay) adalah bahan untuk karya ukir yang murah dan praktis, dibuat dari kerta, lem, dan air. Lempung kertas dapat menggantikan bubur kertas lembaran (paper mache) untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih halus dan realistis. Hanya membutuhkan waktu sekitar lima menit untuk membuat lempung kertas. Lempung kertas ini juga akan mengering di udara menjadi permukaan keras tertentu yang kemudian bisa warnai oleh siswa sesuai dengan keinginannya. Pada proses pembelajaran SBDP di Sekolah Dasar dalam rentang usia siswa yang akan diberikan pelatihan tentang pembuatan papier mache clay ini adalah siswa kelas tinggi sesuai dengan tujuan dari komptensi inti 3 (Pengetahuan) yaitu mengetahui karya seni rupa teknik tempel dan kompetensi 4 (keterampilan) yaitu membuat karya kolase, montase, aplikasi dan mozaik. Kegiatan PKm dilaksanakan pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 4 Nanga Nuak Kecamatan Ella Hilir Kabupaten Melawi.Adapun hasil dari kegiatan PKm ini adalah untuk 1) meningkatnya keterampilan guru, siswa dan mahasiswa dalam pengolahan recycle paper sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan prakarya dalam muatan SBDP di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 4 Nanga Nuak Kecamatan Ela Hilir Kabupaten Melawi, 2) meningkatnya  keterampilan dan inovasi guru, siswa dan mahasiswa pembuatan papier mache clay sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan prakarya dalam muatan SBDP di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 4 Nanga Nuak Kecamatan Ela Hilir Kabupaten Melawi AbstractBased on paper clay, is a cheap and practical material for carving works, made from paper, glue, and water. Paper clay can replace paper mache to get smoother and more realistic results. It only takes about five minutes to make paper clay. This paper clay will also dry in the air to become a certain hard surface which students can then color according to their wishes. In the SBDP learning process at Elementary Schools, the age range of students who will be given training on making papier mache clay is high-class students by the objectives of core competency 3 (Knowledge), namely knowing fine artworks, pasting techniques, and competency 4 (skills), namely making collage, montage, appliqué, and mosaic works. PKm activities were carried out for students at Nanga Nuak 4 Elementary School, Ella Hilir District, Melawi Regency.The results of this PKm activity are to 1) increase the skills of teachers, pupils and students in processing recycled paper as a basic material for making crafts in SBDP content at Nanga Nuak 4 Elementary School, Ela Hilir District, Melawi Regency, 2) increase teacher skills and innovation, pupils and students make papier mache clay as a basic material for making crafts in SBDP content at Nanga Nuak 4 Elementary School, Ela Hilir District, Melawi Regency

Abstract

To satisfy customers by effectively meeting their demands. businesses must be able to develop benefits for the goods and services they provide. The goal of this study was to ascertain how customer happiness at Toko Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang was impacted by service quality. In this study. a descriptive quantitative research methodology was applied. With a sample size of 100 respondents. the population in this study consists of customers of the diamond shop located at the cross-Melawi sintang market in 2020. employing incidental sampling for sampling. A questionnaire is the method of data collecting that is utilized. Using a Likert scale. study factors are evaluated. Validity and reliability tests are used to evaluate the questionnaire instrument. Testing the correlation test. simple linear regression test. and coefficient of determination are all included in data analysis. From the research results, it can be inferred that there is a substantial correlation between customer satisfaction and service quality, depending on the criteria. The findings of the t test and significance indicate that at Toko Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang, there is a strong relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The determination test findings reveal that the independent variable contributes 37.30% to the dependent variable, with other variables accounting for the remaining 62.70%.

Abstract

The abstinence cloth is one that Sintang is particularly well-known for. The Dayak Ensaid Panjang group is skilled in weaving abstinence cloth, which is thought to be a representation of an ongoing event. This study attempts to ascertain how different themes, costs, and promotions affect purchases of abstinence clothing in Ensaid Panjang Village simultaneously and in part. The method adopted for this study is a quantitative method. This study used an ex-post facto methodology. The participants in this study were all Ensaid Panjang Village buyers of abstinence clothing. There are 80 participants in the study's sample. Data analysis employed the necessary tests, including the autocorrelation test, the linearity test, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test, and the normalcy test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Multiple regression analysis, the t test, and simultaneous testing are used in data analysis. According to the study's findings, buyers of abstinence cloth in Ensaid Panjang Village are influenced by a variety of themes, prices, and partial and concurrent promotions. Other factors have an impact on R square 0.427, or 42.7% and 57.3%.

Abstract

Abstract:  This study aims to determine, the effect of Edupreneurship and Job Training partially on student life skills. The method used in this study is explanation. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The population in this study was the VI Semester Students of Economic Education Study Program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang Academic Year 2017/2018 which numbered 49 people. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling.The results showed that Edupreneurship and Job Training partially had a significant influence on student life skills. Edupreneurship and Job Training simultaneously have a significant influence on student life skills. Among the variables of Edupreneurship and Job Practice variables that have the most significant influence on Student Life Skill variables are Edupreneurship variables.Keyword: Edupreneurship, Job Training, life skill Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui,Pengaruh Edupreneurship dan  Praktek Kerja secara parsial terhadap life skill mahasiswa. Edupreneurship dan  Praktek Kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap life skill mahasiswa. Abstract

Abstract: This research uses quantitative method with multiple linier analysis.The Data Collection tools technics used are indirect communication and documentation. Based on the analysis of the research data, it can be concluded that: 1) The practical work and entrepreneurship education partially have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship interest, which shown from tcount of practical work is 1,747 and entrepreneurship education is 10,371 larger than ttable that is 1,997. 2) The practical work and entrepreneurship education simultaneously have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship interest, which shown from tcount of practical work is 1,747 and entrepreneurship education is 10,371 larger than table that is 1,997. 3) Rather than practical work, entrepreneurship education is the most significant to influence entrepreneurship interest which shown from tcount is 10,371 with a sigificant value is 0,000 (less than the error rate is 0,05).Keywords: Practical Work, Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurship interest.Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan bentuk Analisis linier berganda. Tekinik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Praktik Kerja Industri dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan secara parsial terhadap Minat Berwirausaha, yang diperlihatkan dari hasil thitung yaitu Praktik Kerja Industri sebesar 3,005 dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan sebesar 1,963 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,997 jadi secara parsial Praktik Kerja Industri dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan memberi pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. 2.Praktik Kerja Industri dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan secara simultan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha, yang diperlihatkan dari hasil thitung yaitu Praktik Kerja Industri sebesar 3,005 dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan sebesar 1,963 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,997 jadi secara simultan praktik kerja industri danpendidikan kewirausahaan memberi pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. 3.Variabel Praktik Kerja Industri dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan yang Pengaruhnya Paling signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha adalah Praktik Kerja Industri sebesar 3,005 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.004 (lebih kecil dari taraf kesalahan 0,05).Kata Kunci: Praktik Kerja Industri, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Minat Berwirausaha

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this study is to describe the Life Skills of the Entrepreneur Life Skills of Study Program Economic Education at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of Economic Education Study Program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa  Sintang totaling 133 students and the sample in this study amounted to 27 students. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques. Data collection tools used were questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The results showed that the Entrepreneurship Life Skills of Study Program Economic Education at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Very Good with an average questionnaire score of 4.03. Student Life Skills (Entrepreneur Life Skills) Study Program Economic Education at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa includes Personal Life Skills is Very Good with a questionnaire score of 4.03, Social Life Skills is Very Good with a questionnaire score of 4.02, Academic Life Skills is Good with a questionnaire score of 3.7 and Vocational Skills (Vocational Life Skills) is Very Good with a questionnaire score of 4.37Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Life SkillsAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kecakapan hidup berwirausaha (Entrepreneur Life Skills) Mahasiswa Prodi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang sejumlah 133 mahasiswa dan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 27 Mahasiswa. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecakapan Hidup Berwirausaha (Entrepreneur Life Skills) Mahasiswa Prodi. Pendidikan Ekonomi di STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sangat Baik dengan skor rata-rata angket 4,03. Kecakapan Hidup Berwirausaha (Entrepreneur Life Skills) Mahasiswa Prodi. Abstract

Abstract: Value of company could be optimized through optimizing of the company’s performance both in financial and non financial. The optimal corporate value is very difficult to be determined. This is due to the value of the company is strongly influenced company's ability, policy, and the management style. Therefore, investors should learn and analyze the company's performance fundamentally. Fundamental analysis could provide an overview of the company as a whole. This study examines the effect of financial information on the value of company that was projected using IHSI. The finding of this study showed that investors used financial information in making the investment decisions. Investor prefers the company that has investment opportunities in the future. Investment opportunities will increase the value of the company and the wealth of investors.Keywords: Financial Information, Company ValueAbstrak: Nilai perusahaan dapat dioptimalkan dengan mengoptimalkan kinerja perusahaan baik secara financial maupun non financial. Nilai perusahaan yang optimal sangat sulit untuk ditentukan. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi kemampuan perusahaan, kebijakan dan management style. Oleh karena itu, investor harus mempelajari dan menganalisis kinerja perusahaan secara fundamental. Analisis fundamental dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dari informasi keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang di proyeksikan menggunakan IHSI. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan menunjukkan bahwa investor menggunakan informasi keuangan untuk membuat keputusan investasi. Investor lebih memilih perusahaan yang memiliki peluang investasi dimasa mendatang. Abstract

Social welfare is a condition where society's needs for a decent life are met, but the reality shows that there are still individuals who do not enjoy prosperity and are unable to live a decent life. This research aims to determine the effect of the family hope program on improving the welfare of the Nanga Potai community, Sokan District, Melawi Regency. This research uses quantitative research, the form of this research is simple regression analysis. The research population is all households receiving PKH benefits and the research sample of all PKH recipients in Nanga Potai village is 47 people. The location of this research is in Nanga Potai Village, Sokan District, Melawi Regency, West Kalimantan Province. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively using inferential statistics. Testing instruments that include validity and reliability. Requirements testing uses the classic assumption test with hypothesis testing using the t test and KD test. The test results show that PKH has a positive effect on community welfare, meaning community welfare with the increasing presence of PKH in Nanga Potai village.

Abstract

The education system in Indonesia has undergone several curriculum changes over time, one of which is the implementation of the “Merdeka Belajar” curriculum as an evaluation of its predecessor, the 2013 curriculum. This curriculum was designed to adapt to the educational needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to elucidate how the “Merdeka Belajar” curriculum is implemented in the integrated social studies subject for eighth-grade students at SMP Panca Setya 2 Sintang. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data were obtained from interviews with the school principal, vice principal of the curriculum, social studies teachers, and eighth-grade students, while secondary data included reading materials and documents. Data analysis followed the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman, encompassing data collection, reduction, display, and verification. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the “Merdeka Belajar” curriculum is progressing well, although teachers require assistance in its execution. Challenges encountered include difficulties in fostering creative learning processes, limited references, unequal access to learning, and time management issues. Recommendations to address these challenges include utilizing the “Merdeka Mengajar” platform and enhancing digital access for all stakeholders involved in the learning process.
