Abstract

The implementation of occupational safety and health management systems in construction projects has now become a major concern for construction service developers. To measure the success of the implementation of a work safety and health management system for a construction project, the author conducted research on the work of the Begawan Apartment Building in Malang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method for measurement based on existing theories and univariate analysis method for analysis of one variable. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the success rate of the implementation of occupational safety and health management systems in the work of Begawan Apartment Building Malang reached a value of 89.80%. In accordance with Labor Minister Regulation No. 05 of 1996 that achieving the application of the value of 85-100% deserves to be given a gold flag certificate and award.

Abstract

In the construction sector, there are many components inside it. One of them is project management, which can be divided into three parts cost, time, and quality. The budget for a project is called Budget Plan. In general, the cost between budget plan and real implementation is different. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the comparison between budget plan and real cost implementation, to know the cost difference and the factors causing the difference between the budget plan of the project with budget plan of permen PUPR. Permen PUPR 28/PRT/M/2016 serves as the guidelines to calculate the budget plan. Meanwhile, the implementation budget plan is calculated on the field. The research is conducted by observing the work accomplished on the field, which includes the preparation work and wall?s work. The research shows the difference between the budget plan and real implementation on the field. The cost of project budget plan is Rp 13.655.643 and for the permen PUPR is Rp 12.943.589. The difference between the budget plan of permen PUPR and the one that on the project is Rp 712.055. The factors that causing the differences are wages, cost of the materials, cost of the equipment, different implementation, quantity of the material and worker coefficient

Abstract

Technology in the world of construction is growing rapidly marked by the emergence of various new innovations, both in terms of equipment, materials, and methods of implementation. One of the construction work that has new innovations is formwork work. At present various kinds of materials with better quality have started to be used for construction work, especially for formwork material for high rise building project work. This requires an analysis of the type of formwork material that will be used. The results of the analysis of the calculation of the cost of formwork for column work in the construction of Begawan Apartment Malang Area GWT (Ground Water Tank) using pre-cast formwork is cheaper or 4% smaller than the use of conventional formwork material. For the total cost of column formwork using pre-printed Rp. 5.687.529,50, using conventional formwork in the amount of Rp.27.316.805,67 and the difference in both of them in the amount of Rp.22.629.276,17. From the analysis of observations of conventional and preprinted formwork time, it can be seen that conventional formwork time has 18 days while conventional formwork work has 12 days.

Abstract

The world of construction in Indonesia is growing rapidly to help meet people's needs, give them comfort, and help them to have advanced prosperity. For this reason, the number of construction projects currently in progress is large, so engineers must pay attention to having good quality construction. To get good quality construction results, there are three aspects that must be considered: cost, quality, and time. the three aspects are very high, especially related to the cost aspect. A good, accurate, and efficient budget plan is reflected in the good results of the project. An efficient budget plan will not only make the project successful, but will also benefit the engineer. Before starting a project, the engineer needs to make a budget plan, the first is the Cost Budget Plan (RAB). Therefore, the authors analyze the Permen PU 28 / PRT / M / 2016 budget plan for the work of the integrated service building building of the tribhuwana tunggadewi malang university. In this analysis, the Budget Plan (RAB) based on Minister of Public Works Regulation 28 / PRT / M / 2016 is Rp 485,094,171

Abstract

In the development of building design today, the aspect of efficiency is preferred. One example is in the construction of modern buildings, piping installation is needed to accommodate mechanical and electrical needs. One alternative plan to skip the piping installation is give an opening in the beam. The aim of this research is to find out how big the effect of giving a number of variations in the number of openings in the concrete compression zone to the strength and flexural strength of reinforced concrete beams. Tests carried out are flexural tests with beam test specimens measuring (15 x 25 x 200) cm. Variations of this study are the number of openings with a diameter of 5 cm, amounting to two openings (BB2) and four openings (BB4) and beams without openings (BK). From the results of the study showed that the provision of openings in the tensile zone of the concrete reduced the flexural strength although it was not significant. When compared with BK, the reduction of flexural strength for BB2 beams is 1.26% and the reduction for BB4 beams is 5.66%.

Abstract

A project can be said to be successful if the implementation process can be completed on time as planned. Inappropriate planning and control in a project can result in waste of resources and will also lead to failure in achieving the objectives of the project. Therefore, in planning a project schedule using the 2013 Microsoft Project Professional Program, the first thing to do is to enter the activity data that will be carried out such as the project start date, type of activity, duration of time, resources, and so forth. In the planning and controlling stages of the project schedule using the 2013 Professional Project, one method that can be done is to add overtime to an activity if there is a delay. From the planning and control of the schedule carried out on the Integrated Service Building Structure building project at the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang using the 2013 Microsoft Project Program for 68 days, and in the control phase there are several work items that experience a Critical trajectory. extra overtime hours. So that work items that experience a critical trajectory can be overcome.

Abstract

At this time technological advances the world construction intensified. In improving the quality of the work of a construction, numerous attempts have been made to get the work more effective, efficient and quality values fixed in the preserve. So also with the method of implementation of the floor plate using wood formwork in compare with bondek on the work floor plate building of the Faculty of education at the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang, in the work floor plates using plate further simplify and accelerate bondek a floor plate work on the building. In this research aims to know the difference between the cost of the execution of the work plate floor using wooden formwork bondek compared to on the job building of the Faculty of education at the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. In the collection of data, the researchers used a method of observation and the method of literature. From this research it was concluded that the cost of implementation of the work plate formwork timber floors with cost of 368,021,577.00 more expensive compared to a cost of bondek plate 133.027.125.00

Abstract

The beam is a wake up space bounded by 6 rectangle, where each side of the rectangle with the appropriate connecting one side of the rectangle, and the rectangle is congruent. Concrete and steel are the two types of material structure commonly used in the construction of a building. Both types of the material sometimes mutually help each other, but can also stand alone on its own, so a lot of structures with similar form and function can be built with concrete or steel. Concrete is a material that was relatively strong against a load of press but weak against load pull. To obtain the relative structure. strong against load-pull, then the added steel reinforcement inside it. A combination of concrete and steel reinforcement is known by the name of concrete. From the results of the calculations and analysis that there is a comparison between the budget cost of the reinforced concrete and steel structures with the difference between the cost of RP 156.261.84. So from a comparison of both the material turns out to be more economical structures reinforced concrete 10%(4).

Abstract

Dalam konstruksi bangunan-bangunan modern, instalasi perpipaan dibutuhkan untuk mengakamodasi kebutuhan mekanikal dan elektrikal. Salah satu alternatif rencana untuk melewatkan instalasi perpipaan tersebut adalah dengan membuat bukaan (opening) pada balok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari seberapa besar pengaruh pemberian beberapa variasi jumlah bukaan yang diberikan di zona tarik beton terhadap kekuatan dan kekakuan lentur balok beton bertulang. Pengujian yang dilakunan adalah pengujian lentur dengan benda uji balok berukuran (15 x 25 x 200) cm. Variasi penelitian ini yaitu jumlah bukaan berdiameter 5 cm yang berjumlah dua bukaan (BB2) dan empat bukaan (BB4) dan balok tanpa bukaan (BK). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bukaan pada zona tarik beton mereduksi kekuatan lentur meskipun tidak signifikan. Jika dibandingkan dengan BK, reduksi kekuatan lentur untuk balok BB2 sebesar 1.26% dan reduksi untuk balok BB4 sebesar 5.66%. Untuk kekakuan lentur pada kondisi praretak, terjadi reduksi kekakuan lentur. Jika dibandingkan dengan BK, reduksi kekakuan lentur untuk balok BB2 sebesar 9% dan reduksi untuk balok BB4 sebesar 15.24%. Untuk kekakuan lentur pada kondisi pascaretak, terjadi reduksi kekakuan lentur juga. Jika dibandingkan dengan BK, reduksi kekakuan lentur untuk balok BB2 sebesar 13.03% dan reduksi untuk balok BB4 sebesar 18.68%.

Abstract

Beton merupakan hal yang paling utama dalam suatu konstruksi. Hampir setiap aspek pembangunan tidak terlepas dari beton. Sebagai contoh dalam sebua jenis pekerjaan pembangunan seperti jalan, gedung, jembatan juga jenis pekerjaan pembangunan lainnya, hampir tidak lepas dari adanya beton, beton merupakan bahan bangunan yang terdiri dari campuran agregat kasar ,agregat halus, air sebagai bahan pelarut, dan semen sebagai bahan pengikat. Sekam padi memiliki kandungan mineral yang sama dengan kandungan mineral pada semen, yang mana kandungan tersebut dikenal sebagai kandungan silica. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh abu sekam padi terhadap mutu beton Fc1 19,3 MPa. Perhitungan perencanaan campuran beton menggunakan buku panduan praktikum merencanakan SNI 03-2834-2000. Pengambilan data dengan cara melakukan pengujian terhadap benda uji silinder berjumlah 12 buah dengan campuran 19,3 MPa dengan menggunakan variasi abu sekam padi sebanyak 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15%. Dari nilai kuat tekan beton masing-masing variasi abu sekam padi, nilai kuat tekan yang paling rendah berada pada campuran beton yang menggunakan variasi 15 % abu sekam padi dengan nilai kuat tekan 8,91 MPa, 5 % penambahan abu sekam padi dengan nilai 11,46 MPa, dan 10 % penambahan abu sekam Padi sebanyak 14,67 MPa, sedangkan pada beton normal nilai kuat tekan beton adalah 17,76 MPa dimana dari nilai beton normal mengalami penurunan.
