Abstract

The strategies of procurement business process had to be innovative, effective, and efficient in order for the company can still competitive in the business world. One of the strategies used with ERP systems is now implemented as one solution based on products or services. This research using qualitative methodology, where the data received and processed in the form of data depiction of field conditions the research, not a number or calculation but the data processed by analyzing results of interviews and documents provided by the company. By using an ERP system, companies can be helped by integrating all business transactions within the company. In addition, users also have an important role in the ERP system, because users have a direct involvement in the influence of cultural changes after the system implementation is executed. The implementation of the ERP system in this study was applied to one of the coal distributor companies. The results of the research analysis show that the existence of an ERP system in business processes can help the user in completing work more easily and quickly, because the data that the user enters into the system will be formed into information. And the ERP system in the company results in changes in work culture that are usually done manually and some are done orally must be done documented both on the system and in an archive

Abstract

Mikrokontroler kini semakin berkembang pesat dan semakin banyak diminati dalam aplikasi sistem kendali. Bahkan saat ini sudah banyak mikrokontroler yang sudah dalam bentuk modul. Salah satu modul mikrokontroler yang banyak digunakan adalah arduino. Arduino adalah jenis suatu papan yang berisi mikrokontroler. Dipadukan dengan modul Bluetooth menjadikan mikrokontroler ini dapat terhubung melalui perangkat Smartphone. Perangkat board mikrokontroler arduino memungkinkan untuk mengolah data hasil pembacaan suhu dari sensor suhu untuk ditampilkan ke unit penampil (display) menggunakan smartphone berbasis android. Data hasil pengolahan dari board arduino ini akan ditransmisikan menggunakan media wireless Bluetooth yang terkoneksi dengan smartphone android.

Abstract

The process of student attendance for an institution is a very important thing to do. The list of attendance or student attendance becomes a benchmark to determine the quality and quanlity of each student. If done manually, eating will take quite a long time and be less effective so that an absent machine is needed that can work automatically, one of which is by making an automatic attendance machine using RFID sensors. Method on RFID systems by reading chip numbers from RFID Tag cards by RFID Reader. The control system is in the form of Arduino UNO, sensor readings use RFID Mifare RC522, data is stored in the Microsoft Excel database and displayed on the PC Monitor. Tests are carried out with RFID Tag sample cards which are tested by a number of 4 cards.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology, people are more likely to read and obtain information through smartphones that are easier to access anywhere and anytime. The development of information technology is very welcomed by all among one of them in the world of education which is used to create a new student registration system. Therefore the new student registration information system based on Android is needed to simplify and accelerate in terms of registration for prospective students to register and can facilitate the process of registering data and data stored in a computerized information system. The making of an android-based new student registration information system at the Semen Indonesia Gresik Community Collage was built using MIT App Inventor software, SQLyog, PHP Runner and XAMPP. This system has a database for storing data and entering and retrieving the data needed. This system is made with work procedures for data collection, system analysis, design, system, implementation, and system testing. This application can also be used to access information on new student admissions such as academic selection schedules, tuition fees, registration of new student admissions, and announcements. So that prospective new students can get information and register easily and efficiently.

Abstract

Kegiatan peminjaman dan pengembalian alat MTC atau Tool Keeper di Unit PJB Academy Kampus Jawa Gresik – Bali UP Gresik pada awalnya menggunakan cara manual dimana karyawan yang akan meminjam alat harus datang ke admin kemudian menulis data sendiri secara manual di buku listing. Hal ini akan menimbulkan masalah yaitu efisiensi proses pinjaman, lamanya proses pelaporan data, meningkatkan kemungkinan kehilangan data dan meminimalkan kesalahan. Oleh karena itu penulis sekarang ingin membuat sistem manual menjadi sistem web yang akan memudahkan pegawai yang akan meminjam alat MTC atau Penjaga Alat, untuk memudahkan PJB dalam mengontrol alat yang dipinjam dan mengecek jumlah alat yang tersedia. Manfaat pembuatan dan implementasi aplikasi SIM-P2 di Unit PJB Academy Kampus Gresik PT. Pembangkitan Jawa – Bali Kampus PJB Academy Gresik mendukung peminjaman dan pengembalian barang atau peralatan agar lebih optimal dan efisien serta mengganti sistem pinjaman dan pengembalian yang lama dengan sistem yang baru melalui pemanfaatan web, sehingga semua kegiatan pinjam-meminjam barang dapat dilakukan dengan baik. terintegrasi dengan baik aplikasi digital yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja baik dari segi waktu, biaya dan lingkungan.
