Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada aparat pemerintah desa Kayutanyo dalam merumuskan dokumen hukum yang mengatur tentang struktur organiasis, tata kelola, dan kegiatan usaha BUMDES sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan observasi, koordinasi, dan pendampingan pelaksanaan. Hasil pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pkm terkait penyusunan AD/ART dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan perekonomian desa dimana desa Kayutanyo memiliki sumber daya alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan desa. Peran BUMDes dalam mengelola potensi sumber daya alam desa akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan pendapatan desa dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Anggaran Dasar/Peraturan BUMDes merupakan pedoman, tata tertib, pelaksanaan kegiatan BUMDes. maka penyusunan AD/ART memerlukan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out by lecturers and students through collaboration in Basic Leadership Training aim to shape the character of new students of the Government and Communication Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Luwuk, who are superior, critical, and responsive. This activity introduces the Open Journal System (OJS) and the Mendeley application as a means to improve students' abilities in writing scientific papers. With a comprehensive research methodology approach, students are guided to get to know and practice scientific writing more effectively. The results of this activity show that students not only gain technical skills in writing, but also develop in aspects of leadership and critical thinking on local, national, and international issues. This program has succeeded in providing a strong foundation for students' academic and character development, preparing them to become competent and insightful leaders.

Abstract

This research is about how online media management sangalu.com in using Facebook social media to be able to provide information that is received by a wide audience. Online media management in this case sangalu.com will describe several management functions in using Facebook as a communication medium, including management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring, the use of Facebook social media. Research findings with the application of management functions to ensure continuity between the facts in the field and the management functions carried out. In its development, the online media sngalu.com has implemented this management function, although some things have not been applied optimally. Abstract

Many countries, as well as several regions in Indonesia, are adopting digital government with the urgency that this approach is helpful as a bridge to good governance. However, more examination is needed to see both the opportunities and obstacles of digital government by assessing cases at the local level. This research analyses the potential and challenges of developing digital government locally with a case study in Central Sulawesi Province. The region was selected for analysis because Central Sulawesi has developed the necessary telecommunications infrastructure and internet access. The study relies on online research methods to collect data and information via the internet and other digital technology. This study employs NVivo 12 Plus for analysis. The findings of this research reveal that Central Sulawesi has great potential in developing digital government, such as optimising data management, accelerating administrative processes and increasing citizen involvement. However, the study also identifies challenges, such as poor access to digital infrastructure in rural areas and limited digital skills among government employees. Therefore, strong efforts are needed to expand the reach of internet access, improve digital skills and increase citizen participation in the development of digital government. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the potential and challenges of developing digital government in Central Sulawesi as well as relevant policy recommendations to increase digital adaptation at the local level.

Abstract

Tourism is a potential to increase development that develops the noble values ​​that exist and are still being discovered today and preserved for the future. Communication is basically a social process carried out by individuals by using symbols to create and interpret similarities in meaning. The research objective is how tourism communication strategies increase the income of the Lauwon village community, East Luwuk District. The analytical approach of this research is carried out systematically by taking and compiling data obtained through interviews, observations and literature studies, classifying data, describing it into units, synthesizing, compiling into patterns, and choosing which ones to use. What is important, what will be researched, and draw conclusions that are easy to understand. The results of the research carried out that the communication strategy carried out through advertising and marketing and public relations although it has not increased too much but tourist sites are starting to get attention from the government and the Lauwon village community in the implementation of their management.

Abstract

Issues regarding tourism have been integrated with aspects of sport and are now known as sport tourism. This research aims to evaluate published documents available globally to serve as a guide in understanding this context correctly and initiating policies needed by the Indonesian government. The method used is a bibliometric analysis approach with data sources from the Scopus database. Analysis tools use Vosviewer and Nvivo 12 Plus. This study finds that global research trends on sport tourism policy have influenced the interests of researchers worldwide. This is proven by the high number of recently published documents. Several research themes require further exploration, including tourist destinations and tourist industry. This can be a basis for future research in building perspectives and unravelling other complexities. The implications of these findings also contribute to Indonesia in formulating future policies. Several vital aspects that can be a stepping stone for the Indonesian government are promoting tourism destinations, organizing international sporting events, developing infrastructure, and empowering local communities as essential elements in creating a sustainable sports tourism ecosystem. Responsiveness to global changes is also a critical point that needs to be considered.Isu tentang pariwisata telah diintegrasikan dengan aspek olahraga dan saat ini dikenal dengan istilah sport tourism. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi dokumen publikasi yang tersedia secara global untuk dijadikan pedoman dalam memahami konteks ini secara baik, sekaligus menginisiasi kebijakan yang diperlukan pemerintah Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan analisis bibliometrik dengan sumberdata dari database Scopus. Alat analisis menggunakan Vosviewer dan Nvivo 12 Plus. Studi ini menemukan bahwa tren penelitian global tentang kebijakan sport tourism telah memengaruhi minat peneliti di seluruh dunia. Itu dibuktikan dengan tingginya jumlah dokumen publikasi baru-baru ini. Terdapat beberapa tema penelitian yang memerlukan eksplorasi lanjutan di antaranya yaitu tourist destination dan tourist industry. Hal itu dapat menjadi dasar bagi penelitian masa depan dalam mebangun perspektif dan mengurai kompleksitas lainnya. Implikasi dari temuan ini juga berkontribusi bagi Indonesia dalam merumuskan kebijakan masa depan. Beberapa aspek kunci yang dapat menjadi pijakan untuk pemerintah Indonesia yaitu mempertimbangkan promosi destinasi pariwisata, penyelenggaraan acara olahraga internasional, pengembangan infrastruktur, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal menjadi elemen penting dalam menciptakan ekosistem sport tourism yang berkelanjutan. Responsif terhadap perubahan global juga menjadi poin kritis yang perlu diperhatikan.
