Dinamika interaksi antara guru dan siswa dengan berbagai karakteristik, serta bagaimana nilai spiritual diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami lebih dalam tentang praktik pengajaran yang efektif di sekolah dasar dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan refleksi pribadi selama periode praktik lapangan. Sumber data utama adalah catatan harian, refleksi kegiatan mengajar, dan tanggapan dari guru serta siswa di MI An-Nahdliyin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesabaran, empati, dan keberanian adalah kualitas penting yang harus dikembangkan oleh calon guru dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan pengajaran. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan pendidikan yang holistik dengan memperhatikan aspek spiritual serta akademik dalam pengajaran. The dynamics of interaction between teachers and students with various characteristics, as well as how spiritual values are integrated in education. The purpose of this study is to understand more about effective teaching practices in primary schools and provide recommendations for improving the quality of teacher education. The method used was a case study with a qualitative approach, where data were collected through direct observation, interviews and personal reflection during the field practice period. The main data sources were daily notes, reflections on teaching activities, and responses from teachers and students at MI An-Nahdliyin. The results showed that patience, empathy, and courage are important qualities that prospective teachers should develop in facing various teaching challenges. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to education by paying attention to spiritual as well as academic aspects of teaching.
