Menstruation is a natural and natural event, although in reality many of them experience dysmenorrhoea problems ranging from mild to severe because each woman has a different level of pain. Psychologically, dysmenorrhoea will greatly interfere with physical activity even until adolescents do not enter during learning. Dysmenorhoe is a painful period with no cause of symptoms and is not associated with a gynecological disorder. Abstract

Background: Nutrition is a key component determining the quality of human resources. In Indonesia, in 2021, the incidence of malnutrition in toddlers was recorded at 1.0% and undernutrition at 3.9%. Mothers' knowledge and attitudes significantly impact the nutritional status of toddlers, thus various efforts are being made to address this, including the use of the KIA Handbook and the implementation of Mother and Toddler Classes. Aims: This study aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of mothers who attended the Mother and Toddler Class towards the nutritional status of infants at the UPTD Jatijajar Health Center. Methods:This study was a quantitative, observational, and analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 22 mothers and their babies, selected using saturation sampling. Result: Based on the Spearman's Rank Correlation Coefficient test, the results obtained between the maternal knowledge variable and the infant's nutritional status were Sig. (2-tailed) 0.591 (p > 0.05). Similarly, the maternal attitude variable and the infant's nutritional status showed Sig. (2-tailed) 0.591 (p > 0.05). Conclusion: It can be concluded that the knowledge and attitudes of mothers who attended the Mother and Toddler Class did not have a significant relationship with the nutritional status of infants at the UPTD Jatijajar Health Center in 2024.

Abstract

Knowledge of disaster preparedness plays a crucial role in enhancing individuals’ readiness to face disasters, including floods. This study aims to analyze the relationship between university students’ knowledge of disaster preparedness and their level of readiness to face floods. The method used is a quantitative study with a descriptive-correlational approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 200 students at a university in a flood-prone area. The results indicate that most students possess sufficient knowledge regarding disaster preparedness; however, their level of preparedness remains low, particularly in terms of physical preparation and emergency supplies. Correlation analysis indicates a significant positive relationship between students’ knowledge of disaster preparedness and their preparedness to face floods (p < 0.05). Based on these findings, it is recommended that disaster preparedness education programs be strengthened among students to improve their preparedness for flood disasters. This study is expected to provide insights for university administrators and relevant institutions in designing more effective disaster preparedness training and awareness programs.

Abstract

Hypertension is a significant health problem with increasing prevalence globally, nationally, and locally. Adequate blood pressure control is essential to prevent complications. This study develops and evaluates health service innovations based on autosuggestion techniques, using the RAVS Model (Deep Breath Relaxation, Affirmation, Visualisation, and Spirituality) as a holistic approach to blood pressure control in hypertensive patients. A mixed research method, combining bibliometric analysis to map research trends and meta-analysis to assess the effectiveness of RAVS Model interventions from primary studies. The results show that the development of the RAVS model autosuggestion is increasing worldwide, especially in developed countries, and is effective in lowering blood pressure and improving medication adherence. This non-pharmacy innovation offers innovative, accessible, low-cost, and sustainable healthcare solutions. This research makes an essential contribution to developing health services that integrate biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects in the management of hypertension.
