Keharmonisan Keluarga adalah Persepsi terhadap situasi dan kondisi dalam keluarga dimana didalamnya tercipta kehidupan beragama yang kuat suasana yang hangat saling menghargai, saling pengertian, saling terbuka, saling menjaga dan diwarnai kasih sayang serta rasa saling percaya sehingga memungkinkan anak untuk tumbuh dan berkembang secara seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara perilaku sex bebas dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan keharmonisan keluarga pada pasangan pernikahan dini di desa Ramung Musara Kecamatan Putri Betung Kabupaten Gayo Lues Propinsi Aceh. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang dengan menggunakan 3 skala yaitu, 1.skala perilaku sex bebas, 2.skala komunikasi interpersonal, 3.skala keharmonisan keluarga.Dalam membuktikan hipotesis digunakan metode ststistik regresi berganda dan menemukan 3 hasil penelitian dari hipotesis yaitu: 1.Ada hubungan positif dansignifikan antara persepsi remaja tentang perilaku sex bebas dengan keharmonisan keluarga dengan koefisien korelasi P(Sig) = 0,029. 2.Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan keharmonisan keluarga dengan koefisien korelasi P (Sig) = 0,034. 3.Ada hubungan antara persepsi remaja tentang perilaku sex bebas dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan keharmonisan keluarga dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,529. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Sex Bebas, Komunikasi Interpersonal, Keharmonisan Keluarga.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana hubungan konsep diri dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa SMP Panca Abdi Bangsaku Stabat Kabupaten Langkat Sumatera Utara. Hasil uji hipotesis yang menggunakan nilai korelasi antara konsep diri dan motivasi belajar sebesar koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,720 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 dengan ( p< 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis penelitian yaitu adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan motivasi belajar artinya semakin tinggi konsep diri pada siswa akan semakin tinggi pula motivasi belajar siswa tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar individu dipengaruhi dari dalam diri seseorang tersebut, semakin memiliki konsep diri yang baik maka motivasi belajar akan terpenuhi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima.Pengambilan data dilakukan disekolah SMP Panca Abdi Bangsaku Stabat Kabupaten Langkat Sumatera Utara. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi SMP dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling.

Adolescent independence is an effort to be able to do something according to his own wishes. One of the factors that influence independence is parenting, especially otoriter parenting, otoriter parenting is a form of parenting with otoriter style emphasizing the obedience of a child to the rules they make, otoriter parenting with the characteristics of an otoriter person. parents have dominant power, parents will punish children who do not obey them, parents tend not to listen to the opinions of children so that children do not have a role at home, parents have very tight control over children's behavior. This study is a correlation study to determine the relationship between otoriter parenting and adolescent independence at SMA Negeri 1 Singkohor. The subjects in the study were 75 students from SMA Negeri 1 Singkohor. This research uses random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this study used a scale of otoriter parenting and a scale of independence. Analysis of the data used in this study using a computer statistical program with Spearman Rank correlation analysis to measure the relationship between otoriter parenting and independence. From the calculation results show a significance value of p-velue = 0.963 > (0.05) it can be concluded that there is no relationship between otoriter parenting and adolescent independence.

Resilience is the ability where employees can survive and rise in coping with stress. Coping is the ability to overcome self-problems from the demands of stressful situations. This study aims to determine the relationship between resilience and coping for employees of Lotte Grosir Medan. The hypothesis proposed is, there is a positive relationship between resilience and coping with employees. The sample method used is saturated samples, which amounted to 93 people or all employees with work at Lotte Grosir Medan. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of resilience and coping. The results of this study found resilience in employees in the high category by 71%. Coping with employees is categorized as high by 51% and the majority of employees use problem focused coping techniques by 57%. Based on the results obtained there is a positive relationship between resilience and coping for employees of Lotte Grosir Medan with a value of rxy = 0.790, meaning that the higher the resilience or ability of employee resilience, the higher the coping of Medan Lotte Wholesale employees in the face of stress.

Panca Baku Abdi (PABAKU) Stabat Private Vocational School, which is located at Jl. Pringgodani No. 813, Karangrejo, Stabat District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. With the status of ownership of the foundation, and accredited B. is shaded by the principal, Mrs. Sri Ramadhani and Mrs. Susi Linawati as the operator, with a learning schedule that is held in the morning.PABAKU Stabat Private Vocational School consists of 8 classes, and is divided into 3 majors, namely; Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR), Computer Network Engineering (TKJ), and Office Administration (ADP).This type of research is a quantitative research with a number of subjects of 80 students, selected by purposive sampling, from the subject data collected using a scale of interest in learning and juvenile delinquency. The results showed that the correlation value was -0.259 (P> 0.05), the linear value was 0.122 (P> 0.05). This means the results of the study are linear. The data were analyzed using the nonparametic correlation analysis technique and the results obtained were r = -0.259 and a significance value of 0> (0.05), this states that the relationship between learning interest and juvenile delinquency is accepted which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, there is a relationship between interest in learning and juvenile delinquency.

Teenagers who are dating go through a lot of anxiety, rashness, internal and external conflicts because they need to adapt to their physical and psychological adjustment problems. The consequences and impacts of adjustment problems in the adolescent phase will lead to violence in dating. Female victims who experience dating violence both physiologically and psychologically from their lover and then break the relationship, instead of getting peace they actually get post- violent trauma called PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). This research is entitled “Case Study of the Effect of Hypnotherapy on the Reduction of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) in Adolescent Female Victims of Dating Violence” is aimed at seeing the effect of hypnotherapy on the reduction of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) in adolescent females who are victims of datting violence. The research design is mixed methods research (MMR) and is a pre-experimental design, one group pretest-posttest design. Subjects in this study amounted to 2 people as indicated PTSD and 1 subject as data triangulation. PTSD was revealed through the PTSD Scale with a total of 92 statements. The results showed that WA subject after being given the intervention decreased from the category of severe PTSD symptom degrees with a number of 245 to the category of mild PTSD symptom degrees with a score of 170. And AV subject after being given the intervention decreased from the category of mild PTSD symptom degrees with a number of 216 to the category of mild PTSD symptom degrees with a number of 158. The results of descriptive statistics on the pre-test with SD= 20,506 and the results on the post-test with SD= 8,485. This shows that hypnotherapy has been proven to reduce PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) in adolescent girls who are victims of dating violence.

The anxiety experienced by students who are compiling their thesis makes students feel depressed due to several factors such as choosing an inappropriate title, the difficulty of finding book references, the limitations of meeting with supervisors due to the PPKM policy by the government. This situation can make students lazy and hinder the process of making the thesis of Psychology Study Program Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, University of Sari Mutiara Indonesia. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. finalists who are compiling the Thesis. In this study, the author distributes questionnaires through Google formular with a sample of 50 people. shows the relationship between Social Support Variables on Anxiety in Writing Thesis. The value of R square (R2) is 0.002 which means 0.2% variance of anxiety in writing thesis in PGSD students at the Final Level of Sari Mutiara Indonesia.
