Abstract

This study uses a classroom action research using role playing method. This study aims to improve student skills Role Play. The research instrument used was the performance evaluation sheet, student activity observation sheet and teacher activity observation sheet. The results of this study indicate that the role playing l method can improve students' role playing skills.In the pre-cycle stage the percentage of students completeness was 12.5%, increased in the first cycle to 66.67% and in the second cycle increased to 91.67% and the results obtained by the teacher's activities in the first cycle reached 70% and the second cycle reached 88.75%. And the results obtained for student activity in the first cycle reached 70% and the second cycle reached 82.5%, and reached 75% in the second cycle with an average value reaching 77.5.

Abstract

This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This Classroom Action Research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two shelves, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Data collection instruments used in this study were observation sheets and tests. Observation Sheets are used to study the activities of students and teachers in the learning process. While the test is conducted at the end of each cycle to learn the improvement of speed reading skills with skimming techniques. Based on the results of observations of learning both in cycle I and cycle II students have learned in accordance with the stages of learning undertaken. In general, based on the results and observations made, the results obtained show an increase in the value of skills in each cycle. Through these results it can be concluded that the skimming technique can improve the speed reading skills of fifth grade students .

Abstract

This study aims to improve the skills of narrative writing through Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning class III SD Swasta Bakti Luhur. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research is conducted two cycles that each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of SD Swasta Bakti Luhur, which amounted to 33 students. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation, and test. The results showed that the skills of students in writing paragraph narrative have increased. Percentage of students writing skill score of first cycle was 36,36%. And Percentage of student writing skill score of second cycle was 90,90 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the constraints of teachers in implementing the online learning system during the Covid-19 period at SDN 101747 Klumpang Kebun, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using primary data sources. Data collection used a written interview test to determine the teacher's constraints. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles faced by teachers in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic are the limitations of teachers in using online learning applications so that the learning process is not optimal, students who do not have Android and computers and the availability of internet packages. This causes the learning process not optimal and students do not understand the material presented by the teacher

Abstract

Kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan yang dirasakan Guru dalam melaksanakan tugas yang senantiasa selalu ada dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Guru. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada SMK Se-Kecamatan Aramo Nias Selatan dengan jumlah sampel 78 orang Guru. Analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru sebesar 0.000, budaya organisasi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kiner-ja Guru sebesar 0,012, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru sebesar 0,010, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru sebesar 0,007, dan kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi , motivasi kerja dan kepuasaan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Guru sebesar 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the ability of elementary school teachers using digital learning media during the new habit adaptation at State Elementary School 105377, Naga Kisar Pantai Cermin in 2020/2021 academic year. This study is descriptive quantitative research. The sample in this study was 8 teachers. The data collection technique used in this research is questionnaires. The results showed that the teacher's ability using digital learning media at State Elementary School 105377 Naga Kisar was moderate with an average score 3.11. With the percentage of alternative answers for each sub-indicator, the sub-indicator of teachers knowing and being able to use digital learning media, the answers are always 67.18% included in good category, frequent answers 20.31% included in low category, 12.5% answers sometimes, included in very low category. The sub-indicators of digital learning media can build cooperation and confidence of children, 50% of the answers are always included in medium category, 20.83% of the answers are often, low category, the 29.16% answers are sometimes included in low category. The sub-indicators of digital learning media are able to arouse children's enthusiasm and motivation in learning, 7.5% answers are always included in low category, 22.5% answers are often included in low category, sometimes 70% included in good category. Based on the analysis of questionnaire for each sub-indicator, it can be concluded that teacher's ability to use digital learning media at State Elementary School 105377 Naga Kisar is in medium category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan kemampuan berkomunikasi guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Swasta Bakti Luhur. Penelitian ini mengambil seluruh populasi yang ada menjadi sampel dalam penelitian, total sampling sebanyak 40 orang siswa dari kelas VA dan VB. Berdasarkan pengkategorian skor rata-rata untuk variabel X (komunikasi guru) adalah 45,80 dan untuk skor rata-rata variabel Y (motivasi belajar) adalah 54,05. Skor tertinggi untuk variabel komunikasi guru adalah 56 dan skor tertinggi untuk variabel motivasi belajar siswa adalah 63.Melalui uji korelasi yang dilakukan diperoleh koefisiensi korelasi 0,478. Kemampuan berkomunikasi guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki nilai rxy/rhitung 0,538 lebih besar dari rtabel 0,312 dan diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang antara kemampuan berkomunikasi guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Swasta Bakti Luhur Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran time token terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Ranto Dior Kab. Aceh Tenggara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 1 Ranto Dior. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Ranto Dior yang berjumlah 15 orang siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji prasyarat yakni menggunakan nilai normalitas dan homogenitas serta analisis statistik dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran time token (X) terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa (Y) kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Ranto Dior Kecamatan Deleng Pokhkisen Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara, dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh thitung>ttabel atau 5,586 > 0,514. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran time token terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa IV SD Negeri 1 Ranto Dior Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of flash card on early reading skills of first grade students at SDN 067093 Cinta Damai in academic year of 2021/2022. This research is Pre-Experimental Design. The research was conducted in October - November 2022. The sample used was 22 students which was total of the population. The data collection techniques used in this research were test, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that there was an effect of flash card on early reading skills of first grade students at SDN 067093 Cinta Damai. It can be proven from the results of the analysis by using t-test, showing that t count > t table , 10,864 > 1.411, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be conclude that there is an effect of flash card on early reading ability of first grade students at SDN 067093 Cinta Damai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode reading aloud terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman cerita pendek pada siswa kelas IV SD WR. Supratman 1 Medan T.A. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest kontrol grup. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD WR. Supratman 1 Medan yang berjumlah 56 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Kelas eksperimen berjumlah 26 siswa dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 30 siswa. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata posttest pada kelas eksperimen adalah 78,46 sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest pada kelompok kontrol adalah 65,33. Hasil uji Independent Samples Test yang menggunakan data posttest pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol, menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode reading aloud berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar WR. Supratman 1 Medan.
