Abstract

Arah penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh burnout pada guru di Kota Solok. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner terbuka kepada masing-masing responden. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Subjek penelitian yaitu 50 orang guru di Kota Solok, teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yang artinya setiap subjek harus berdasarkan kriteria tertentu.Data diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil yang didapatkan burnout memiliki pengaruh sebesar 78 % dengan kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Perkuliahan adalah kegiatan antara dosen dan mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi sesuai dengan pokok bahasan mata kuliah. Cara pelaksanaan perkuliahan di zaman sekarang dapat dilakukan melalui dua cara yaitu tatap muka dan daring. Untuk Menentukan cara pelaksanaan yang efektif maka dibutuhkan suatu metode pengambilan keputusan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP adalah sebuah metode pengambilan keputusan untuk menghadapi permasalahan yang kompleks dalam menentukan pilihan ataupun prioritas terhadap alternatif pemecahan masalah yang ada. Data yang digunakan adalah data hasil dari kuesioner yang disebarkan pada mahasiswa Jurusan Matematika Universitas Andalas angkatan 2018 dan 2019. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan, mahasiswa lebih memilih tatap muka dengan nilai prioritas 83; 05%.

Abstract

This study investigates the phonological features of the Acehnese language, focusing on the dialect spoken in Bakongan, South Aceh. The research aims to explore the use of diphthongs and consonant clusters as distinctive elements that reflect regional variation within the Acehnese linguistic landscape. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, this study analyzes data derived from native speaker utterances, emphasizing phonetic patterns and phonological shifts. The findings reveal several unique diphthong forms in the Bakongan dialect, including /eu/, /ie/, /ée/, /eue/, /oe/, /ue/, /ai/, and /oi/, which differ in both usage and distribution from those in standard Acehnese. Furthermore, the study highlights the prominence of consonant clusters—particularly those involving the consonant "r"—as a marked feature in the speech of Bakongan speakers. These phonological variations contribute to the dialect's distinctiveness and underline the internal diversity of the Acehnese language. In conclusion, the research underscores the necessity of documenting local dialects to preserve linguistic richness and to support broader efforts in language maintenance and revitalization, especially in multilingual regions like Aceh.

Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional problem in children characterized by the child’s height that is less than twice the standard deviation of the median standard from children growth that has been determined by the WHO. Stunting is influenced by many factors. If the conditional of these factors are known, it can be expected earlier whether a child is stunted or not. In this study, the prediction of stunting was carried out using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification method. SVM is a method to find the best hyperplane that can be used to separate two or more classes. In this study, the parameter of the SVM model that must be determined is the cost value and gamma. Based on the result of research using parameters cost=10 and gamma=5, the estimation result of the classification with 100% accuracy can be obtained.

Abstract

The health and nutrition of children at the age of five are very important aspects in the children’s growth and development. An assessment of the nutritional status of toddlers that is commonly used is anthropometry. This study aims to obtain the decision rules used to classify toddlers into nutritional status groups using the rough set algorithm and determine the level of classification accuracy of the resulting decision rules. The index used in this study is the weight-for-age index. Attributes used in this study were the mother’s education level, mother’s level of knowledge, the status of exclusive breastfeeding, history of illness in the last month, and nutritional status of toddlers. The results of the analysis show that there are 21 decision rules. In this study, the resulting decision rules experience inconsistencies. The selection of decision rules that experience inconsistencies is based on each decision rule’s highest strength value. The rough set algorithm can be used for the classification process with an accuracy rate of 86.36%.

Abstract

In statistics, the correlation coefficient concept aims to show how strong the linear relationship between two variables is. Sometimes the data collected relates to everyday life problems whose value is uncertain. Therefore, the concept of correlation coefficient must be developed on the fuzzy sets and the fuzzy soft sets environment. In this study, a decision-making algorithm was designed on fuzzy soft sets using the concept of the correlation coefficient. The method used is MAGDM, where the parameter weights are determined using entropy measures. Using this method, the algorithm of our decision-making problem is more realistic and general. The final section gives an example of a decision-making problem and a numerical illustration using the designed algorithm.

Abstract

In some cases, the demand for flights has increased or decreased unexpectedly. Based on this airport as a service provider balance the availability of the service and the needs in the field. To balance all the provided services, the airport needs to predict the total passenger that would visit the airport on consecutive days. Thus, a form of time-series forecast is used in this research. We applied fuzzy time series (FTS) to forecasting total airplane passengers, where there are several logics in FTS including FTS Cheng’s Logic and FTS Chen-Hsu’s Logic. To determine the accuracy of the forecast, use three criteria, namely Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). In terms of modelling and forecasting data, FTS Chen-Hsu’s Logic is better than FTS Cheng’s Logic. This is shown in the value of three accuracy criteria of FTS Chen-Hsu’s Logic are smaller than FTS Cheng’s Logic. Conclusion, FTS Chen-Hsu method can be used as a forecasting model for the total passenger airplane in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport

Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is a potential danger to the mother and child. Therefore, the risk of anemia in pregnant women requires serious attention from all relevant parties. Considering the numerous negative effects caused by anemia in pregnant women, efforts must be made to prevent and treat anemia in pregnant women by understanding the factors that influence it. This study assesses the risk factors for anemia in pregnant women at Tegal Rejo Community Health Center, Yogyakarta Province. In this paper, a new integrated classification approach with binary logistic regression (LR) analysis and Rough Set Theory (RST) is proposed, in order to examine factors on the incidence of anemia in pregnancy. The proposed model is called the Logistic Regression and Reduction Rough Set (LR3S). In LR3S model, the RST technique is used to detect inconsistent sample and removing inconsistent sample that have probability less than 0.5 before doing LR modelling. To evaluate the development of the resulting model, a comparison was made of the performance of Original Logistic Regression (OLR), LR model after removed outlier namely as Remove Outlier Original Logistic Regression (RO2LR) and LR3S. Using a number of model performance metrics, it is found that LR3S has the best performance for the three models used. Using LR3S model, it is found that CED status, educational level, parity and gestational are significant variable impact on the incidence of anemia.

Abstract

Andalas University implements a Learning Management System (LMS) named iLearn as an online learning facility to carry out the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research analyzes the influence of iLearn quality on students' satisfaction levels. iLearn quality is measured by WebQual 4.0 instrument, which consists of three variables, i.e. Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. To analyze the relationship between the WebQual 4.0 variables and students' satisfaction, we used Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The research sample is 100 students of the Mathematics Department of Andalas University who were enrolled in iLearn. Based on data analysis, the structural equation model for the students' satisfaction level is obtained. From the model, the variables that significantly affect the Student Satisfaction Level are Usability and Service Interaction Quality, with a P-value of 0.001. In contrast, the Information Quality has a low significance in influencing students' satisfaction levels in iLearn quality with a P-value of 0.420. Improvements on iLearn quality can be made by reviewing these measured indicators.
