Abstract

Adolescence is a period of development that is very important in the dynamics oflife because at this time adolescents have a tendency known as Identity VersusIdentity Confusion which is the main task of adolescents in achieving adevelopment of self-identity. In fact, at this time, many adolescents havedifficulties in recognizing their own identities, what their potential is and wherethey are going, where it becomes a very urgent problem for adolescents. Whilefor the spiritual development of adolescents, it cannot be separated from thedevelopment of the personality as a whole, meaning that one's attitude andspiritual beliefs in his life are none other than his personal role models that growand develop from birth especially since in the womb. The focus of this paper isthe egocentric and spiritual implications of adolescents in achieving thedevelopment of self-identity. This paper is carried out through library researchtechniques. The conclusions of this paper normatively produce an Egocentricand Spiritual Implication of Youth in achieving the development of self-identitywhich makes the next person into a unique and principled person with animportant role in life and value in society.

Abstract

A synergistic concept between achieving organizational goals and individual goals, so that individual competition or capability can be utilized optimally to achieve both goals. The purpose of this study is to find out how urgent HRM is as a Strategic Value in Achieving Company Targets. This research uses the method of library research (research literature) that is research whose source of information is from various library materials by reading and studying books and writings that have objects with discussion. The results showed that the applied human resource management must contain strategic values that are in accordance with integrated theories and concepts. The application of HR management has a considerable impact on the company's ability to achieve the goals to be achieved. As a company leader, you should think more thoroughly and consider the strategic value of the work program that will be created so that in the future more creative, innovative, and productive so as to minimize the possibility of not achieving organizational targets.

Abstract

Implementing local traditions and culture in their religious behavior, many do not have Islamic values, some even conflict with Islamic teachings. However, basically culture is something that is quite central in human life. Culture and traditions are also inherent in a particular community group and a particular religion. In the city of Bengkulu there is a Takziyah tradition, which has its own uniqueness and method of implementation. This research aims to describe and explain again how Islamic values are in local traditions and culture of worship in Bengkulu City, in terms of Islamic Law. This research is field research, which examines phenomena directly, as well as reviewing literature related to takziyah. This research concludes that Takziyah in Bengkulu City has Islamic values, namely: the value of helping, the value of solidarity, the value of faith, the value of tolerance and the value of responsibility.

Abstract

Delivering dakwah that is not in accordance with Islamic teachings and is not as exemplified by Rasulullah SAW, will result in damage both in terms of practice and in terms of understanding of what is received from a preacher. Therefore, it can be said that the radical ideology that has emerged recently is a mistake by a preacher in conveying his preaching. Delivering da'wah can be effective if a da'i can provide comfort to the mad'u or the people being called upon, so that the aim of the da'wah is achieved. The comfort and goals of da'wah can be achieved if a preacher can use da'wah methods well, one of which is the bil hikmah da'wah method. In this article, the method used is the tahlili method or context analysis, namely analyzing the study of the interpretation of the Dakwah bil Hikma verse, thus giving rise to how to apply the Dakwah bil Hikma method as an effort to overcome radical ideologies

Abstract

Psychology is a science that studies the human soul, but errors often occur in understanding a person's initial condition, resulting in misunderstandings in studying and healing a person's mental problems, which results in not healing being obtained but the opposite. In this article, we discuss what psychological studies are in the perspective of the Koran by analyzing verses about the nafs. It was found that in humans there are drives that make them carry out certain actions and it is these drives that must be understood by a psychologist.

Abstract

There are many problems that occur in unhealthy relationships and the research aims to see how far rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) can prevent toxic relationships, the research approach used is the field research method (qualitative) data sources are obtained from interviews and observation to respondents. The results of the study show that rational emotive behavior therapy has a significant impact on the handling of unhealthy relationships experienced by respondents. Providing rational emotive behavior therapy services can change the attitudes, perceptions and ways of thinking of irrational counselees to become rational and eliminate self-destructive emotional disturbances.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan sosial terhadap mantan pengguna narkoba di Kota Bengkulu. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada penduduk tiga kelurahan di Kota Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat Kota Bengkulu menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan sosial yang positif terhadap mantan pengguna narkoba. Dari sampel 100 responden, 61 dikategorikan sebagai memiliki tingkat penerimaan sosial "tinggi," sementara 39 termasuk dalam kategori "rendah." Temuan ini mencerminkan adanya kecenderungan masyarakat Kota Bengkulu untuk menerima mantan pengguna narkoba dengan positif, meskipun sebagian kecil masyarakat masih menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan sosial yang rendah. Ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya untuk mengurangi stigma dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang isu narkoba masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang dampak negatif Toxic Friendship  terhadap Kualitas Pertemanan mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu angkatan 2020-2021. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional yaitu untuk melihat adanya hubungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam Universitas Islam Negeri  Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu angkatan 2020-2021 dengan jumlah populasi 172 Mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling pengambilan sampel menggunakan perhitungan rumus slovin dengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 5%, jumlah sampel 123. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket model skala likert, kemudian penyebaran angket melalui google form. Metode analisis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dengan hasil korelasi -0.204 dengan tarif signifikan sebesar 0.024 (p < 0,05) dengan kategori hubungan lemah dan arah negatif, jadi dapat diartikan bahawasanya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara toxic friendship dengan kualitas pertemanan yang berarah negatif. Semakin tinggi toxic friendship maka semakin rendah kualitas pertemanan, sebaliknya semakin rendah toxic friendship maka semakin tinggi kualitas pertemanan. Dengan demikian Ha menyatakan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara toxic friendship dengan kualitas pertemanan mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu angkatan 2020-2021. dan Ho yang menyatakan tidak ada hubungan antara toxic friendship dengan kualitas pertemanan mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam Universitas Islam Negeri  Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu angkatan 2020-2021 di tolak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi psikologis wanita tuna susila dan faktor yang mempengaruhi hal yang membuat adanya para Wanita Tuna Susila di Panorama Jalan Danau Kota Bengkulu serta hak apa saja yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan  pada  penelitian  ini  berjumlah 5 orang. Hasil  penelitian  ini menunjukkan bahwa para wanita tuna susila tersebut kebanyakan melakukan pekerjaan tersebut karena faktor ekonomi, keluarga yang kurang harmonis, dan ada juga karena kekerasan. Para informan menyesali apa yang telah mereka lakukan, mereka ingin kembali menjalani kehidupan layaknya orang lain yang ekonominya berkecukupan, keluarga yang harmonis, dan mempunyai usaha sehingga tidak akan menjadi pemuas nafsu para lelaki hidung belang. Dalam penelitian ini juga memberikan arahan kepada para informan untuk berkonsultasi          dengan yayasan pesona tempat mereka tinggal, untuk mendapatkan pengarahan untuk kehidupan yang lebih baik.
