Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2017 di Kawasan Stadion Utama Riau, Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis Odonata dan sebaran Odonata di Stadion Utama Riau. Penangkapan Odonata dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode jelajah (field by field method). Hasil penelitian ditemukan 15 Spesies yaitu Ictinogomphus decoratus, Pantala flavescens, Rhyothemis phyllis, Orthetrum sabina, Crocothemis servilia, Neurothemis fluctuans, Brachythemis contaminata, Diplacodes triviallis, Tholymis tillarga, Orthetrum testaceum, Trithemis aurora, Trithemis sp., Lestes concinnus, Ceriagrion auranticum dan Ceriagrion aeruginesum, semua spesies aktif pada pagi dan sore hari. Sebaran Odonata ditemukan lebih banyak pada Stasiun I dibandingkan Stasiun II dan Stasiun III.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, it is necessary to have a leader who is able to manage his subordinates and institutions well. Leadership like this is very much needed in improving the quality of an institution so that it can survive. This study aims to determine the transformative leadership model in Islamic educational institutions. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of literature study. Data collection techniques are obtained from various sources, both journals, books and relevant documents. The results of this study indicate that transformative leadership has a positive impact on an Islamic educational institution, where transformative leadership can improve the performance of Human Resources (HR) for Islamic educational institutions. With the existence of transformative leadership in an educational institution, it can assist the institution in developing its organization. In addition, this leadership can motivate other leaders in leading an organization, both an Islamic educational institution and educational institutions in general.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the values of education contained in Surah al-Isra' verse 22-39 by Hamka’s interpretation in the interpretation of al-Azhar. This study is a qualitative research as content analysis. The data obtained and analyzed by the method of content analysis. The interpretation of al-Azhar contributes to the values of education, it can be seen from the values of Islam from the education that is contained in the commentary of al-Azhar in Surah Al-Isra' verse 22-39, namely: (1) The educational value of faith: Tauhid, repentance, resignation, sincere, grateful, steer clear of adultery, low self-esteem, piety and charity with knowledge. (2) The value of social education: Respect, affection and mutual help. (3) The educational value of Virtue: Generous, simple, keeping promises, patient and honest.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the concept of trust and betrayal in the Qur’an based on the perspective of tafsir al-Misbah by Quraish Shihab. This is library study and applies a content analysis. This study concludes that when a person swears or says something in the name, nature, or deed of Allah, but not in the name of other than Him, then he must fulfill it in a way that his words are aligned with his deeds, and he should be able to keep what has been entrusted to him, the so-called trust. If speech does not conform to the deeds, and one is unable to maintain the trust put in him, this is what is called betrayal. Such acts are of the characteristics of hypocrites and will be the path for them (those who commit betrayal) to hell. In order to avoid such acts of betrayal, humans should follow the Qur’anic instructions as their life’s guidance for the sake of achieving happiness in this world and the hereafter.Keywords: Trust, Betrayal, the Qur’an, Quraish Shihab

Abstract

Selama masa pandemi Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), apoteker harus tetap memberikan pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek. Apoteker di apotek merupakan sumber informasi terkait penggunaan obat yang mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Tetapi pelaksanaan kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek tentu mengalami hambatan dan tantangan selama pandemi ini. Tinjauan literatur dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi terhadap pelaksanaan pelayanan farmasi klinik dan perubahan yang dilakukan oleh apoteker di apotek selama situasi pandemi ini. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan melalui search engine PubMed dan ScienceDirect. EndNote X9 digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk pengorganisasian artikel hasil penelusuran. Hasil penelusuran didapatkan tujuh artikel penelitian observasional atau eksperimental yang memenuhi persyaratan inklusi dan eksklusi lain yang sudah ditetapkan. Hasil tinjauan literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, home pharmacy care, pemantauan terapi obat, dan monitoring efek samping obat tetap dapat dilakukan selama masa pandemi dengan persyaratan yang ketat. Pelayanan informasi obat dan konseling di apotek dilakukan dalam waktu yang singkat, pasien kemudian diberikan informasi tambahan melalui telepon atau flyer. Pemantauan terapi dan efek samping obat dapat dilakukan melalui telepon. Home pharmacy care hanya dilakukan jka sangat diperlukan. Pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek dilakukan secara terbatas dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan modifikasi sistem. Pelayanan online menjadi alternatif yang bisa diterapkan untuk mengisi kekurangan pelaksanaan secara tatap muka.

Abstract

The Old Age Guarantee Program (JHT) is one of the BPJS programs. JHT has a benefit value that can be claimed by former employees. In practice, the calculation of JHT claims must be in accordance with the BPJS policy. When viewed from Islamic law, the guarantee is called kafalah. However, in the kafalah contract, the calculation of JHT claims and the value of the benefits has gaps that are not in accordance with Islamic law. This thesis is focused on answering three important things, 1) How is the calculation on the BPJS policy regarding JHT for PT IMARA employees. 2) What are the benefits received by former employees of PT IMARA on JHT claims. 3) What is the perspective of the kafalah contract on the calculation of claims and the value of JHT benefits for employees at BPJS PT IMARA. This research is a qualitative research that is descriptive analysis with a sociological normative approach, where the data obtained comes from observations and interviews. The results of the study show that, first, the calculation of old age security claims is a combination of the basic salary and fixed allowances reported by PT IMARA to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The amount of JHT contributions for participants receiving wages is 5.7% of income, with details of 3.7% being borne by the company and 2% being borne by the employee himself which is deducted from the salary. Second, the benefits of JHT are in the form of cash, the amount of which is the accumulated value of the contributions plus the results of the development. Third, the calculation of JHT claims and JHT benefits in the perspective of the kafalah contract that is applied to PT IMARA when viewed from the pillars of kafalah is in accordance with the Shari'a. However, under the terms of the kafalah contract, this is contrary to the Shari'a because the contributions of BPJS participants are developed by placing them in several portfolios, including conventional bank deposits or bonds based on interest loans. In the development of claims there is also a 5% interest where the interest follows the BI Rate system.

Abstract

Simpang Empat Duren Tiga in South Jakarta, involving Jl. Duren Bangka, Jl. Duren Tiga, Jl. Mampang Prapatan Raya, and Jl. Hj. Tutty Alawiyah, often experiencing congestion due to dense traffic flow and disruption on roads during peak hours. This study analyzed the capacity, queue length, and delays to reduce congestion. The Data used include primary data from field surveys and observations, as well as secondary data on the number of city residents. The purpose of this analysis is expected to improve the performance of intersections that often experience traffic conflicts. This analysis uses the PTV vissim Software method, there are 2 alternative improvements used in the study, namely Alternative 1-rearrangement of traffic light signals and changes in signal phase, alternative 2 – making changes to road widening. The results obtained from this study in the southern approach sebeum existence of alternative solutions obtained an average queue length of 69.183 m, the average delay of vehicles 69.643 seconds/vehicle, and the average delay of all road users 69.643 seconds / vehicle, so that the level of service performance obtained intersection F. After alternative solutions, the results obtained on the southern approach with an average queue length of 64.849 m, the average delay of vehicles 20.437 seconds/vehicle, and the average delay of all road users 17.254 seconds/vehicle, so that the level of service performance of the intersection increased to C. Abstract

Pendidikan moral memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik, khususnya di sekolah dasar. Keberhasilan pendidikan moral menjadi kunci utama dalam menghadapi kompleksitas tantangan karakter anak-anak di era modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan pendidikan moral dalam penguatan karakter peserta didik di SDN Cibeureum III melalui program sekolah penggerak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN Cibeureum III, sebagai sekolah penggerak, menerapkan program P5 dan berbagai kegiatan pembiasaan, seperti upacara bendera, literasi, numerasi, jumat berkah, kajian bersama, dan senam ceria. Pembiasaan ini membuktikan bahwa kegiatan tersebut dapat memperkuat karakter peserta didik, terlihat dalam penerapan 5S, penggunaan bahasa yang baik, dan hilangnya tindakan bully. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa program-program seperti P5 dan pembiasaan sehari-hari efektif memperkuat karakter peserta didik. Kesimpulannya, kolaborasi antara guru, sekolah, dan orang tua melalui pendidikan moral dan pembiasaan yang konsisten dapat memperkuat karakter peserta didik di SDN Cibeureum III.

Abstract

This article wants to discuss the Principal's Strategy in Increasing Community Participation. The focus of the study in this article is how is the Principal's Strategy in Increasing Community Participation in Islamic Senior High Schools? This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research findings show that the process carried out by the school in increasing community participation has been carried out in various forms, although it has not been maximized. What has been done by the principal is using the strategy of establishing effective communication between the principal and the surrounding community, identifying with key people in the community, inviting parents and community leaders to school activities and collaborating with relevant agencies. As well as there are also obstacles faced by a lack of time to socialize with parents, some parents leave education to their children, do not provide support to them, are not motivated to improve education determined by the school, the influence of the child's environment in getting along, lack of awareness of children in discipline. Artikel ini hendak membahas tentang Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakat. Fokus kajian dalam artikel ini adalah bagaimana Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakat di Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam ? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses yang dilakukan pihak sekolah dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat telah dilakukan dalam berbagai bentuk proses walau belum maksimal. Hal yang telah dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah menggunakan strategi menjalin komunikasi yang efektif antara kepala sekolah dengan masyarakat sekitar, melakukan identifikasi dengan orang-orang kunci dikalangan masyarakat, mengundang orang tua murid dan tokoh masyarakat dalam kegiatan sekolah dan menjalin kerjasama dengan instansi terkait. Serta terdapat pula kendala yang dihadapi kurangnya waktu untuk bersosialisi kepada orang tua, sebagian orang tua menyerahkan tentang pendidikan kepada anak mereka tidak memberikan dukungan kepada mereka, tidak termotivasi dalam mengkatkan pendidikan yang ditentukan oleh sekolah, adanya pengaruh lingkungan anak dalam bergaul, kurangnya kesadaran anak dalam kedisiplinan.

Abstract

Banyaknya jumlah perpindahan penduduk ke kota besar akan mempengaruhi nilai kapabilitas infrastruktur transportasi khususnya pada bagian jalan raya. Dari persoalan tersebut, maka pengujian berupa analisis pelayanan pada suatu segmen jalan sangat perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil kelayakan jalan dalam menampung kendaraan yang lalu lalang. Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu adalah salah satu jenis jalan arteri sekunder, yang saat ini perlu dilakukan observasi karena adanya masalah kemacetan pada ruas jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kategori tingkat kinerja jalan Raya Pasar Minggu menggunakan perangkat lunak, terhadap hasil sensor perhitungan kendaraan yang didapatkan dari Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu perangkat lunak KAJI yang berpedoman pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 dan PTV Vissim yang merupakan pemodelan mikrosimulasi lalu lintas 3 dimensi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai tingkat pelayanan dari kedua perangkat lunak memberikan kategori yang sama dengan hasil sensor perhitungan lalu lintas, yaitu pada arah Kalibata memiliki kategori F yang mengindikasikan kondisi jalan tidak stabil karena terjadi antrean yang cukup panjang. Sedangkan arah Kota Depok memiliki kategori C, dengan deskripsi saat pengendara tidak bebas dalam memilih laju kendaraan walaupun arus lalu lintas masih dalam kondisi konstan. Hasil dari kategori tersebut menandakan bahwa Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu perlu mempertimbangkan perbaikan pada segmen jalan.
