Abstract

Change is a necessity. Teachers should accelerate the process of adjusting to the changes that occur in education. As currently the independent curriculum implements differentiated learning. SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang is one of the first-generation schools in Malang to implement the Merdeka curriculum. Entering two years of this curriculum being offered and implemented at the school, the researcher wants to know the extent of the PAI teacher's readiness to implement differentiated learning in the independent curriculum. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the readiness of PAI teachers to implement differentiated learning in the Merdeka Curriculum at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. For data collection, observation, interviews, and documentation were used. The main data sources in this study are PAI teachers, students, the curriculum vice principal, and the principal of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. The data analysis technique used the concept of Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of this study, it was found that PAI teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang have implemented four indicators of differentiated learning implementation steps. However, one of the indicators in planning learning needs to be reinforced considering that some students have not been facilitated according to their individual learning needs.

Abstract

Sekolah Penggerak memiliki peran krusial dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai inovasi untuk mengembangkan kompetensi peserta didik yang terampil dan berkarakter sesuai dengan nilai-nilai luhur bangsa Indonesia. Salah satu sekolah penggerak di Indonesia, yaitu UPT SMPN 1 Sanankulon Blitar, Jawa Timur, menjadi objek penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kasus dengan tujuan mengeksplorasi strategi guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru PAI berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka di UPT SMPN 1 Sanankulon Blitar berhasil diterapkan oleh guru PAI di sekolah tersebut antara lain pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik dan metode pembelajaran aktif dengan strategi diskusi kelompok, penugasan proyek, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Strategi-strategi ini dapat diadopsi oleh sekolah lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI, pemahaman agama Islam siswa, dan membentuk karakter profil pelajar Pancasila yang kuat.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan bagi para pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) tentang ilmu hisab dalam penentuan awal bulan maupun waktu ibadah lainnya berbasis aplikasi. Aplikasi hisab yang sudah dibuat oleh Muhammadiyah tidak sedikit warga Muhammadiyah bisa menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu pengabdian ini diperuntukkan agar warga Muhammadiyah khususnya pelajar Muhammadiyah Batu yang tergabung dalam Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah Kota Batu agar dapat menggunakan dan mengaplikasikan. Metode ini menitikberatkan pada pemahaman teori dan bimbingan teknis dalam penggunaan aplikasi dengan cara ceramah untuk pemahaman teori dan bimbingan dalam penggunaan aplikasi baik simulasi dan latihan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dibagi enam kelompok kemudian masing-masing kelompok dapat mensimulasikan aplikasi hisab secara bergantian. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta dapat memahami literasi mengenai ilmu hisab secara teoritis dan peserta dapat menggunakan aplikasi tersebut dengan produk hasil hitungan ilmu hisab.

Abstract

The idea of religious moderation has received a lot of attention from academics lately; in 2019, the Indonesian Ministry of Religion released a book bearing a similar title. But the concept of religious moderation has generated mixed responses; some even think that those who practice it are not truly practicing their religion or are not honest in their views. An organization called Campus Da'wah Association (LDK) aims to spread Islam and is almost always present in universities. With this broadcasting responsibility, LDK will probably realize this vision. On the other hand, LDK is more often associated with extremist organizations that have a more conservative understanding of Islam. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to discover what the activists at the Campus Da'wah Institute think about religious moderation. This research uses a case study design in conjunction with a qualitative technique. The research object is the general chairman and the chairman of the cadre division of the Campus Da'wah Association. After that, the researcher used documentation, observation, and interviews. The techniques offered by Miles and Huberman were used by researchers to analyze data. In addition to data validity regulations, researchers employed triangulation techniques. The outcomes of the study show how strongly LDK officials adhere to religious moderation. They are ready to help put the concept of religious moderation into practice both personally and professionally. Numerous attempts have been made to implement projects that align with this ideology. They regret it, though, when some disparage other groups that have different viewpoints and think theirs is the most rational and accurate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the achievement of the SLQ program in improving the ability to read Qur’an students of the Islamic Religious Education Program, University Muhammadiyah of Malang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data analysis of Miles, Huberman and Saldana, namely data condensation where the data is adjusted to the needs and simplified by a percentage to make it easier to read the results, then display and conclusions / verification. The results of this study indicate the achievement of the SLQ program in improving reading Qur’an students of Islamic Religious Education Program consists of five components with a very varied increase, the highest score is dominated by a percentage of 31% PAI students are able to read al Qur'an with makharijul huruf, tajwid and sifatul huruf, in addition to the overall percentage SLQ achievement in improving the Qur’an reading skills of students PAI is 88.28% from100%, then 11.72% are students of PAI did not experience increase in ability from the first abilities possessed during the SLQ activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to produce educators who have competence in managing classes. By forming a paradigm as an educator, Knowing the characteristics of the students, and being able to make good planning and organizing in class management, all through public speaking, class management, and other things related to teaching. The dedication uses the andragogy approach which will lead to a two-way thinking process that uses various techniques, with training, simulation, and presentation. This relates to the strengthening of human resources from the internal "Strengthening of the Heart", and the external side of the skills of an educator. The skills to be trained are skills in the field of public communication and the diversity of approaches, models, strategies, methods and teaching techniques. The results of the dedication show that the dialogical process that is built is able to make reflection for every teacher to live the profession as a teacher. In terms of classroom management skills, teachers already have an understanding of strategies, models, methods and media. As for the media, the teachers produce media work that can be used in the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

Students with autism, with all their strengths and weaknesses compared to regular students, undoubtedly imply differences in treatment, especially in the context of teaching and learning in the classroom. The equalization of learning implementation in various cases has resulted in non-contextual learning implementation. Based on this, the formulation of the research problem is how Muhammadiyah learning occurs between educators and students with autism at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Malang, specifically focusing on the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. Therefore, the aim of this research is to describe Muhammadiyah learning for students with autism at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Malang, specifically focusing on the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. This research uses a qualitative approach of a case study type with the determination of research informants determined through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis flow, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that MA Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Malang, in the application of the planning aspect, has not yet implemented the things outlined in the ISMUBA Curriculum. The implementation aspect shows that constraints still occur in closing activities, and in terms of the evaluation aspect of learning, it is evident that based on conditions appropriate to the abilities of autistic students, assessments are carried out.

Abstract

Panti asuhan memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan, bimbingan dan keterampilan kepada anak untuk menjadi manusia yang berkualitas. Sebagai sarana pembinaan, LKSA di bawah ormas Islam ini mengharapkan setiap anak asuh memiliki motivasi yang didasarkan dari agama. Untuk itu, pengabdi hadir untuk memberikan pendampingan untuk menguatkan motivasi spiritual anak LKSA dalam menjalani aktivitas kehidupannya. Proses pendampingan dilakukan selama tiga hari berturut-turut dan menggunakan perpaduan antara ceramah, game dan beberapa simulasi.Hasil pengukuran karakter positif yang dibagikan dalam bentuk angket menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan rata-rata karakter positif antara sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Sebelum pelatihan rata-rata nilai karakter positif adalah 64,42 dengan SD = 6,49; sementara setelah pelatihan rata-rata skor karakter positif adalah 73,26 dengan SD = 7,59. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji statistic dengan paired sample t-test untuk melihat signifikansi perbedaan skor tersebut. Uji asumsi normalitas dengan Shapiro Wilk menunjukkan data normal (w = 0,97; p = 0,76). Analisis paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai t (18) = -5,76 dengan p 0,001. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan skor karakter positif antara sebelum dan setelah pelatihan, dengan karakter positif setelah pelatihan lebih tinggi dari sebelum pelatihan.Adapun evaluasi pelaksanaan dari peserta pelatihan menyatakan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan yang diberikan mampu meningkatan karakter positif, yang menunjukkan peserta mampu mengenal diri, memiliki tujuan hidup, manajemen stress, pengambilan keputusan, dan manajemen konflik. Selain itu peserta juga memiliki sikap yang psotif terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan dengan rata-rata peserta memberikan penilaian yang baik pada komponen materi, penyampaian materi, metode yang digunakan, sarana prasarana, serta manajemen pelatihan. Meskipun demikian, evaluasi lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan pada rentang waktu yang lebih lama setelah kegiatan pelatihan, misal 6 bulan atau 1 tahun, sebab beberapa perubahan sifatnya hanya temporer pasca kegiatan. Hal ini untuk memantau perubahan yang terjadi bersifat sementara atau bertahan lama.
