Abstract

This paper will elaborate on the issue of divorce in the homeland that needs serious attention from the special elements of the nation and society in general, as well as the solution. Divorce is increasingly increasing, because it cannot be underestimated, because it causes the low existence of the nation's life. The dilemma The case continues to soar, even though the ideals and hopes of all couples who will get married never have the intention to finally separate. However, in reality, these hopes are dashed as storms and waves hit the household plume, many trials end in bitter decisions not to end. together again. There are a number of things that should be considered in highlighting this issue, first the role of mediation, BP4 as well as regulations that apply so that the business is expected to overcome divorce between married couples. Therefore, the focus of this writing is even though the role and function of mediation in reconciling the parties. So that in the future the results can be more effective and efficient in overcoming the problem and getting a positive contribution to the life of the community, the state and the nation to support household harmony.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakat Desa Beringin, Kecamatan Ranoyapo, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan terhadap politik dan demokrasi dalam konteks Pemilu 2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi partisipan. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk memastikan representasi berbagai kelompok dalam masyarakat. Temuan menunjukkan adanya sikap skeptis terhadap janji politik yang berlebihan, namun juga kesiapan menerima hasil pemilihan. Masyarakat menunjukkan kapasitas kritis dalam mengevaluasi program kampanye, dengan faktor religius dan nilai lokal masih berpengaruh signifikan. Terdapat potensi pasivitas dalam pengawasan pemerintah pasca pemilihan, mengindikasikan perlunya strategi untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam proses demokrasi secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

The government program related to the health insurance policy managed by BPJS Kesehatan is not only focused on health aspects but also has a significant impact on social and religious matters, particularly for the Muslim community in Indonesia. This policy program aligns with the fundamental principles of Islamic law, which aims to protect life, wealth, offspring, and so on, in order to achieve the welfare of the family. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the integration of Islamic law in the National Health Insurance (JKN) policy and its impact on the resilience of Muslim families. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies, followed by thematic analysis to identify the convergence points between Islamic values and the principles of JKN. The research findings show that the JKN policy accommodates Islamic legal values, such as the principle of ta’awun (mutual help). JKN directly contributes to the protection of life, intellect, wealth, and offspring through maternal and child health programs aimed at shielding families from catastrophic healthcare costs. The impact of this is seen in the resilience of families, with a reduction in financial pressure due to illness, improved health quality of family members, and the realization of a sense of security, which is a pillar of a peaceful, loving, and compassionate family (sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah).

Abstract

Abstract: MBG is a strategic program of the Prabowo-Gibran administration. This program has become a widely discussed issue in the public. To better understand public perception of this program, sentiment analysis is necessary. This study aims to compare the performance of algorithms machine learning SVM, RF, And BERT with preprocessing data analyzing public sentiment of the MBG program in media X. The total dataset for this study was 39,858 out of 42,465 successfully crawled tweets. The research methods included data collection, preprocessing data (cleaning, case folding, word normalization, stopword removal and stemming), feature extraction, model training (fine-tuning), handling class imbalance with SMOTE, and evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score. The research results show that without SMOTE, the best performing models are BERT with 89% accuracy, SVM 87%, and RF 78.4%. After SMOTE, the best algorithms were SVM with 92.94%, BERT with 88.3%, and RF with 86.59%. The results confirmed that SVM is the best algorithm if at leastclass imbalance. BERT is the best algorithm before and after SMOTE, because BERT is more effective in capturing the nuances of language on social media, so BERT is the most recommended in MBG sentiment analysis. Keywords: sentiment analysis; machine learning; SVM, RF, and BERT Abstrak: MBG merupakan program strategis pemerintahan Prabowo - Gibran. Program ini menjadi isu yang banyak diperbincangkan publik. Untuk mengetahui lebih dalam persepsi masyrakat tentang program ini, perlu dilakukan analisis sentiment. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja algoritma machine learning SVM, RF, dan BERT dengan preprocessing data menganalisis sentiment public program MBG di media X. Total dataset penelitian ini adalah 39.858 dari 42.465 tweet yang berhasil di crawling. Metode penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data, preprocessing data (cleaning, case folding, normalisasi kata, stopword removal dan stemming), ekstraksi fitur, pelatihan model (fine-tuning), penanganan class imbalance dengan SMOTE, dan evaluasi menggunakan akurasi, presisi, recall, dan f1-score. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan, tanpa SMOTE model dengan kinerja terbaik adalah BERT dengan akurasi 89%, SVM 87%, dan RF 78,4%. Setelah SMOTE algoritma terbaik adalah SVM 92,94%, BERT 88,3% dan RF 86,59%. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa SVM adalah algoritma terbaik jika minimal class imbalance. BERT adalah algoritma terbaik sebelum dan sesudah SMOTE, karena BERT lebih efektif dalam menangkap nuansa bahasa pada media sosial, sehingga BERT paling di rekomendasikan dalam analisis sentimen MBG.
