Abstract

The Lubuk Raja Police and the Resort Police have functions, one of which is the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) whose role is to provide public services in the form of reporting from the community. In receiving reports from the public as well as when processing data, the SPKT Lubuk Raja Police officers still do it manually, such as when the officers make reports still using Microsoft Office, this can result in the accumulation of report files and make typing repeated every time there is a report from the public. In addition, there is still a manual for giving the register number and the process of recording the reporting data. Then, through a study at the Lubuk Raja Police at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT), the author thought about designing and creating a website-based information system. The system development method that the author uses in this study is the Waterfall Model which includes the steps of analyzing system requirements for code writing system design, testing, implementation, and maintenance. The "Software" software used in the creation of an integrated police service center information system (SPKT), such as: XAMPP (a "localhost" web server), MySQL (a SQL database management), Sublime text (as an editor, where we write program code) ). The final point of this research is the creation of an integrated police center information system (SPKT) to replace reporting, processing, and recording data, which previously used manual methods. With this, it will make it easier for members of the police to provide services to the community in the OKU police area

Abstract

This study was conducted in the Planning Division of PLN UID S2JB with a focus on implementing the Supply Chain Management Marketplace (SMAR) as a digital procurement system aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of material procurement, which is crucial for ensuring reliable electricity supply operations. Although SMAR was designed to accelerate processes, facilitate coordination, and enhance administrative transparency, its implementation still faces several challenges, including lengthy approval chains requiring multiple verification levels up to the central office, discrepancies in item quantities due to vendor stock limitations, and the suboptimal utilization of the Integrated Procurement Management System (IPMS), which results in some administrative documents still being processed manually. The objective of this research is to assess the effectiveness of SMAR using four key indicators—process speed, accuracy of goods received, ease of coordination, and transparency of documentation—while also providing recommendations for system improvements. This qualitative descriptive study employed observation, interviews with Planning Division staff, and documentation review of SMAR’s business processes. The findings indicate that SMAR has contributed positively, particularly in enhancing transparency and coordination, as procurement documents can be easily tracked and communication between units and vendors has improved; however, challenges remain in terms of process speed and quantity accuracy. Based on these findings, recommended strategies include implementing risk-based approval to streamline approvals without compromising control, integrating real-time vendor stock data to minimize quantity discrepancies, and optimizing IPMS to fully support document digitalization. These measures are expected to comprehensively improve SMAR’s effectiveness and contribute to PLN UID S2JB’s overall operational performance in the long term.

Abstract

This study examines the use of information technology in monitoring the Corporate Culture Purpose (CCP) program at PT PLN (Persero) UID S2JB to support a Zero Accident work culture. A mixed-methods approach was applied through observation, interviews, documentation, and data analysis using the Team Gaint application. Results show that most units achieved a medium compliance level (60–80%), with 71% of programs meeting standards and 29% not compliant. The main challenges include reporting delays, limited internet access, and insufficient digital training. The use of Team Gaint has proven effective in accelerating monitoring, although improvements in infrastructure and human resource competence are still required.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the data management system of Corporate Culture Purpose (CCP) implemented at PT PLN (Persero) UID S2JB. Currently, the CCP data management process relies on a third-party application (TeamGantt), which has several limitations such as lack of integration with PLN’s internal systems, absence of automated validation, and inconsistency in reporting formats. The research method uses an evaluative approach with general and specific situation analysis, as well as problem identification to reveal the existing gaps. The results indicate that many reports do not comply with the established guidelines in terms of completeness, accuracy, and consistency. As a solution, this study proposes a more structured and integrated information system design for CCP data management to better support the company’s needs.

Abstract

PT Kencana Inti Perkasa is a company engaged in the management of crude palm oil (Crude Palm Oil) which uses information technology for its smooth operations. In the company there are potential information technology risks that can have an impact on the company so that they need to be identified and given an assessment. Risk problems that occur in PT Kencana Inti Perkasa's information technology are damaged hardware, virus attacks, risks to data, and risks to the network. This research aims to produce RPN values, get a list of risk priorities and develop recommendations for control measures using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method. This process involves identifying failure modes, assessing the severity, frequency of occurrence, and detectability of each failure mode. The final result of this research found that there are 30 failure modes consisting of 4 risks categorized as High, 2 risks categorized as Medium, 22 risks categorized as Low, and 2 risks categorized as Very Low. The highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value, 167.83 and in the High category, arises from the incorrect use of printers caused by human error, including technological resources that are routinely utilized by the company. Another risk in the High category is the slow network capacity with an RPN of 152.06. Furthermore, computer damage due to virus attacks obtained an RPN value of 122.26, while illegal access to PC information was also categorized as High with an RPN value of 121.09, which belongs to the company's vital technology resources. These findings indicate that these risks need to be the main focus in handling, considering the high RPN value indicates a significant level of urgency.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of the service quality of the OKU Regency website. The aim of this study is to assess the service quality level of the OKU Regency website and to identify which E-Govqual attributes need to be improved and maintained using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This study uses E-Govqual and Importance Performance Analysis methods. Data was collected from 270 respondents through a questionnaire. The results show that the service quality score of the OKU Regency website is -0.111. Based on these results, it indicates that the service quality of the OKU Regency website is still low and does not meet user expectations. The analysis of the Importance Performance Analysis quadrant shows that no attributes are in Quadrant A (Main Priority), while Quadrant B (Maintain Performance) contains 10 attributes, Quadrant C (Low Priority) contains 7 attributes, and Quadrant D (Excessive) contains 4 attributes. This research can be used to improve and develop the OKU Regency website by the OKU Regency Communications and Information Office.

Abstract

User profil merupakan salah satu pendekatan untuk mengindentifikasi intruder pada sebuah sistem komputer. Profil pengguna sangat penting pada semua aplikasi terutama untuk mengidentifikasi informasi spesifik tentang pengguna itu sendiri. Pada dasarnya profiling membangun informasi atau pengalaman tentang pengguna atau user. Dengan kata lain, profil pengguna digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi terkait aktivitas pengguna. Penelitian ini fokus pada sisi psychometric user yaitu mengidentifikasi gaya penulisan user berdasarkan natural language. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan identifikasi user berdasarkan gaya penulisannya. Sehingga dapat mendeteksi orang yang ingin menyerang sistem keamanan komputer. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah N-Gram. N-Gram analisis dapat mengidentifikasi user secara akurat terlihat dari hasil yang dicapai dari setiap jenis N-gram yang digunakan. Pada penelitian ini N-Gram akan membandingkan setiap aktivitas penulisan user sehingga dapat menentukan jenis authorization user.

Abstract

Information system security audit to find out how the current information system security process is implemented, whether it has been implemented in accordance with information security management system standards. The purpose of this study is to examine the suitability of the current information system security process with the ISO/IEC 27002:2013 security standard and to assess the level of capability and maturity of information system security at university of XXX. This audit research resulted in the finding that the information system security process at university of XXX is currently not in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27002:2013 security standard and is at level 2 (managed) with a capability level value of 1,96 and a maturity level of 2,34.

Abstract

Aplikasi M-Syariah merupakan aplikasi m-banking yang dimiliki oleh PT. Bank Mega Syariah. Pada aplikasi ini, terdapat masalah-masalah serta resiko-resiko yang membuat nasabah kerepotan dan tidak betah. Masalah diatas dapat diselesaikan walaupun tidak mudah tapi ada caranya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi kelemahan dari aplikasi M-Syariah agar lebih baik untuk para nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode Design Thinking. Metode design Thinking merupakan salah satu metode yang biasa digunakan untuk membangun rancangan UI/UX. Hasil pada penelitian ini berupa evaluasi sistem berupa penambahan contoh fitur-fitur yang diambil dari keluhan nasabah atau kekurangan-kekurangan pada aplikasi M-Syariah agar kedepannya aplikasi tersebut dapat memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik ntuk nasabah.
