Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: Apakah terdapat pengaruh Kepercayaan Merek terhadap Loyalitas Merek, dan apakah terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Merek. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Uniqlo di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Uniqlo di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2024. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Kepercayaan Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Merek pada konsumen Uniqlo di Jakarta Barat, dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Merek pada konsumen Uniqlo di Jakarta Barat. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an effect of Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty, Furthermore, whether there is an effect of Product Quality on Brand Loyalty. The population in this study were consumers of Uniqlo in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 150 respondents from customers of Uniqlo in West Jakarta. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. This study was processed using SmartPLS Version 4.0.0 and Microsoft Excel 2024. Overall the results of this study are as stated: Brand Loyalty has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty on consumers Uniqlo in West Jakarta. Moreover, Product Quality has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty on consumers Uniqlo in West Jakarta.

Abstract

Along with human civilization, the function of business management has changed. Adaptation is carried out as a form of wisdom in understanding social and environmental issues for becoming a new pillar in building business management sustainability. The qualitative study with a grounded theory approach is carried out to appreciate the thought of wisdom in developing management philosophy and using desk study to analyze data from scientific publications. The result proves that the existence of business management has evolved over the past 100 years from classical, neo-classical, and modern management, even in the era of sustainability. Starting from the industrial revolution 1.0 with the achievement of production efficiency up to 4.0 with speeding of information technology. Although different challenges in each era, the management goal remains the same to manage limited resources in order to meet the various desires of a changing world. Aligning with environmental issues, harmony among social responsibility, and economic growth is needed as the foundation of management philosophy so that a sense of wisdom characterizes the sustainability of current and future business goals. This study serves as a grounded theory to trace the essence of wisdom along the course of classical to modern management thinking that is synergized with sustainable development.

Abstract

The research aims to discover the effect between tax planning, such as permanent difference, temporary difference, and foreign tax-rates differentials moderated by tax aggressiveness on tax avoidance before and after the tax amnesty period. This research obtained from 120 initial samples of companies listed in IDX for 2013-2019 period with purposive sampling method. The result shows that only one research model of permanent difference and tax aggressiveness had a significant negative effect on tax avoidance; some models of temporary difference and tax aggressiveness had a significant positive effect on tax avoidance; three research models of foreign tax-rates differentials had none significant effects on tax avoidance; and only on two models of permanent difference that had not been able moderated by tax aggressiveness towards tax avoidance. Hopefully this research could give advantages on implementing tax planning as an important strategy to consistently provides good signals to the company’s external parties.

Abstract

This research purpose is to examine the influence of financial confidence, financial socialization, herding, and mental accounting on investment decision among Generation Z in Jakarta. The samples for this research are investors who were born between 1995-2010 (Generation Z) and living in Jakarta. The cluster sampling method was used to collect 205 respondents from a survey that was shared online on social media through google forms. The data of this research is analyzed through the use of a structural equation system using the SmartPLS.3.2.9 program. The result of this research shows that the investment decision of Gen Z investors in Jakarta is significantly influenced by financial confidence, financial socialization, herding, and mental accounting. This research also found that a lower frequency of trading which happens in Gen Z investors tends to overcome the negative impact of herding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, proactive personality, and locus of control on interest in entrepreneurship with entrepreneurship education as a moderating variable. Non-probability sampling was the sampling technique used for this study, and the number of samples was 142 respondents which was collected by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. This study explains that 1) self-efficacy can be used to positively predict entrepreneurial interest; 2) proactive personality can be used to positively predict entrepreneurial interest; 3) locus of control can be used to positively predict entrepreneurial interest; and 4) entrepreneurial education moderates the effect of efficacy and self-interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and entrepreneurial knowledge on the business performance of MSMEs in the trade sector in East Belitung. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional research time. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to 60 MSMEs in the trading industry in East Belitung. The data processing method used in this study is partial least squares using SMARTPLS software. The results of the study show that leadership and entrepreneurial knowledge have a significant positive effect on the business performance of trading SMEs in East Belitung. Future research can use more independent variables that can affect business performance or business performance such as financial literacy, locus of control, and innovation.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap business performance UMKM di sektor perdagangan di Belitung Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan waktu penelitian cross sectional. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 UMKM di industri perdagangan di Belitung Timur. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partial least square dengan menggunakan software SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap business performance UMKM Perdagangan di Belitung Timur. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan lebih banyak variabel inpenden lain yang bisa berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis atau business performance seperti literasi keuangan, locus of control, dan inovasi.
