Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui mengenai peran kompensasi dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan Tjuan Koffie n Talk. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan adalah dengan wawancara juga sumber sekunder. Pada pengambilan sampel peneliti mengambil 8 informan untuk diwawancarai. Dilihat dari observasi peneliti yakni banyaknya karyawan yang bekerja kurang semangat dan tidak sesuai dengan tugas yang dikerjakan dan tidak bersemangat bekerja, faktor penyebab menurunya kinerja karyawan ialah kurangnya upah atau tunjangan/insentif yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan pekerjaanya dan merasa bosan atau jenuh. Jadi, karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerja jika diberikan tunjangan/insentif dan kompensasi oleh owner Tjuan Koffie n Talk yang diharapkan oleh karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat fenomena yang terjadi di PT. XYZ yaitu angka keterlambatan pada jam masuk kerja di PT. XYZ tergolong masih tinggi pada periode bulan Juli 2022 – Desember 2022 yaitu lebih dari 30% pada setiap periodenya, hal tersebut dapat diindikasikan bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan masih belum sepenuhnya didapatkan oleh karyawan PT.XYZ. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh reward, punishment dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. XYZ secara parsial. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. XYZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 65 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak yaitu IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa reward, punishment dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Background - The unemployment rate in East Java province is below the national average and the poverty rate in East Java province has decreased from the previous year. However, the number of Indonesian migrant workers originating from East Java ranks first nationally. Objectives - The aim of this research is to prove that there is a drive from within the community to become migrant workers. Researchers also want to find out what things make the people of East Java to become migrant workers. Design/ Methodology/ Approach - This study uses a Descriptive-Qualitative paradigm approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with active and non-active Indonesian migrant workers (ex immigrants). Findings - Some of the elements that encourage people to become Indonesian immigrant workers are invitations from family, colleagues or friends, low income, economic improvement, living facilities and low education. Some of these elements are the encouragement or motivation of individuals to meet several needs in personal and social life and each individual wants to fulfill these needs in his life. Conclusion - This research produced several elements that encouraged the people of East Java, especially to become Indonesian immigrant workers, namely invitations from family, colleagues or friends, low income in Indonesia, economic improvement, living facilities and low education. Some of these elements are the encouragement or motivation of individuals to fulfill several needs in personal and social life. Research Implications - This research has important implications for the general public, Indonesian immigrant workers as well as for future research. The general public will know what things might happen when they become immigrant workers, and how the immigrants survive in other countries in order to improve their family's economic standard. Immigrant workers can meet their needs in life, while further researchers can dig deeper into other elements that encourage immigrant workers to work abroad. Research Limitations - This research was conducted only in certain areas. The northern region is represented by the northern coastal area of ​​Lamongan, the southern region is represented by Trenggalek Regency, the western region is represented by Ngawi Regency, and finally the eastern region is represented by Sumenep Regency and prioritizes the small island in Sumenep, namely Sapudi Island.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Dharma Five Ocean. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with the number of samples obtained as many as 85 respondents . The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Dharma Panca Samudera. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear method. The results showed that the regression equation was obtained Y=8.715+0.428X 1 +0.541X 2 +0.461X 3 . The results of the analysis show that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.05 or 0.026 <0.05. Compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.05 or 0.004 <0.05. It is recommended that to improve employee performance, management is expected to need to increase employee morale in carrying out tasks that are the responsibility of employees so as to improve work discipline and also improve employee performance. The management should provide increased benefits and incentives to employees so that they can improve the performance of employees in the company.

Abstract

Based on research at PT. Inspira Furnexindo is used to determine differences in work levels and work environment on turnover intention variables from other variables. From the reference to the results of the F-test value on the calculation of turnover intention, at PT. Inspira Furnexindo, the results obtained and several possible results are obtained from the work target variables and work environment, where the results obtained are lower with a significant level value of Sig. (0.046) < 0.05, with the calculated F value being (3.187) > F table with value (3.1065). Based on the explanation above, the work target variable (x1) and the work environment variable (x2) are obtained, the results obtained are in the form of simultaneous results that significantly influence turnover intention (Y). For the value of the results of the hypothesis testing data from this study, the results obtained with the work target variable with the Work Environment partially have no effect on turnover intention at PT. Inspira Furnexindo. However, with the existence of a joint work target with a good work environment variable, it can create working conditions with a good level of risk at a low level of turnover intention in a corporate environment.

Abstract

Most universities are more concerned with accreditation or SPME rather than SPMI, accreditation has always been the goal of improving the quality of study programs or universities. Once the accreditation is out, the institution will no longer carry out internal quality evaluations. In the law, the SPMI process must be carried out by universities at least once a year. If study programs or universities only improve their quality in order to achieve good accreditation scores, there is a tendency that internal quality will not increase. The most important thing to achieve good accreditation is to apply the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) pattern. By improving the internal quality first, it is certain that the accreditation process will also be good. This service seeks to help the Tarbiyah Muhammadiyah Paciran Lamongan College of Science become a quality university and can compete with other universities. If the quality of the university is maintained, it can attract students to continue their studies at the university. It is hoped that this service activity using the workshop and mentoring method will make STITM Paciran have a management system that is organized according to university standard rules. The service team will provide explanations regarding the national standards of higher education, the ways that STITM partnering can do to achieve perfect quality. If universities can carry out management according to SN Dikti, an organizational culture will also be formed because all activities are carried out in accordance with SN Dikti.

Abstract

University Education Education and teaching, research and development, and community service make up the three pillars of Tri Dharma. Typically, each college simply concentrates on education and teaching in order to make the other two elements slightly better. Bojonegoro Regency is home to the Muhammadiyah College of Tarbiyah (STIT) Muhammadiyah Bojonegoro. The tri dharma is still not being implemented to its full potential, particularly in terms of research and community service. It is intended that by providing this service, the number and quality of research and service will both rise. The mentorship and workshop strategy is employed in this service. This exercise starts with recognizing the issues that partners are facing, which is followed by sharing sessions. To ensure that agency activities adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Education and Culture, agencies must encourage all lecturers to practice the tri dharma properly. To transform the culture, nevertheless, considerable effort must be put into encouraging all levels of the existing human resources to abide by the regulations established in accordance with SN DIKTI.

Abstract

As a young generation, they must have the provision of creativity, innovation, intelligence and skills that can benefit the environment around them. As a young generation with character, they must be able to have a strong mentality in dealing with various problems that occur in society. Character alone is not enough for the younger generation, but must be able to think creatively and innovatively through entrepreneurship programs. Because at this time the field in the world of work has begun to fill up, the younger generation does not have to look for work but they should be the ones who create jobs. So coaching the younger generation for entrepreneurship programs is also necessary and important to be given to the younger generation. The material presented by the implementing team of this Community Service program will initiate partners to become entrepreneurs with character, so there are several scientific fields that will be given, namely entrepreneurship, managerial science (POAC), production processes to sales processes, leadership, organizational science , craft science, arts, synergy building and cultivation science to be able to provide input or ideas to partners regarding what business fields they can do later.

Abstract

Menteri BUMN telah menetapkan budaya organisasi core values AKHLAK untuk diterapkan di seluruh perusahaan BUMN, salah satunya yaitu PT. Pos Indonesia Surabaya.  Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan core values AKHLAK terhadap produktivitas pegawai di PT. Pos Indonesia Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pegawai perusahaan sebagai populasi yaitu sebanyak 104 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Adanya keterbatasan kelayakan kuisioner, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 91 sampel. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.0. PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu Core Value AKHLAK (amanah, kompeten, harmonis, loyal, adaptif dan kolaboratif) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada PT. Pos Indonesia Surabaya.

Abstract

The background to this research is that in the last three years employee performance has decreased from 2020-2022. This research aims to test the influence of compensation, work environment and workload on the performance of permanent employees at PT Bumi Mandiri Resources. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 75 permanent employees, while the sampling used was using non-probability sampling techniques, namely by using sampling. Saturated The reason is because the sample in the study is relatively small, namely less than 100 people, so everyone must be taken from the population. The sample in this study was 75 permanent employees. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. For testing tools, use the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this research show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, and workload has a positive and significant effect on performance
