<![CDATA[Service staff, which is a staff who takes care of service tasks in operational activities and provides assistance, support to a leader in carrying out his duties. In connection with this statement, it means that students feel happy or maybe not happy with the services they get from the expectations of students and the needs of students in higher education during their studies. Students are said to be customers because they pay for educational services to learn. In everyday life, human needs include health needs, security needs, and educational needs. The purpose of the researcher is to find out the satisfaction response of students of class 2018 of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program to staff services at the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab Da'wah and to find out the quality of service received by active students of class 2018 at the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab and Da'wah. The method used is the research method. quantitative research with a survey approach. In this study, there were variables before and after the researcher used a closed questionnaire or an open questionnaire. But this time in the study using a closed questionnaire so that researchers get results from the respondents themselves in the form of percent figures (%) which resemble mathematical numbers. So the need for awareness, synergy, and concern for faculty staff towards students who need consultation and clarity regarding their lectures, not discriminating in terms of service, and trying to provide better facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine (1) the influence of institutional ownership, foreign ownership partially on the volume of stock trading in the LQ-45 company's annual financial statements, (2) the effect of institutional ownership, simultaneous foreign ownership of stock trading volume on LQ company's annual financial statements -45. The method of data collection uses purposive sampling in LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2016. Until 2017. The research data was obtained from www.idx.co.id. From 51 companies obtained a sample of 27 companies or 54 years of company data This study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that institutional ownership influences the volume of trading in the company's shares. Institutional ownership in general can act as a party that monitors the company. A high level of institutional ownership will lead to greater oversight efforts by institutional investors so that it can hinder manager's opportunistic behavior. Foreign ownership affects the volume of trading in company shares. The percentage of shares owned by high international investors has an impact on effective monitoring efforts. This will increase the value and performance of the company because it can control the opportunistic behavior of managers that make managers reduce debt levels optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the relationship between husband's anxiety and husband's alertness during his wife's pregnancy in the city of Parepare. The benefit of this research is to contribute ideas in the field of science, Islamic guidance and counseling and with the results of this research, it can develop thinking, reasoning, understanding, additional knowledge and thought patterns for writers and parties interested in research. This type of research is quantitative associative. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Questionnaires can be in the form of questions or written statements to respondents. Questions or written statements addressed to respondents or informants as an informal data collection technique. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between husband's anxiety and husband's alertness during the wife's pregnancy in the city of Parepare with rcount = 0.981 > rtable = 0.195 at a significance level of 5%, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. <![CDATA[Pandemi Covid-19 menjadi sesuatu yang menggemparkan dunia, salah satu dari dampak kondisi ini adalah terjadinya ganguan kesehatan mental, salah satu hal yang dapat meredamkan gangguan kesehatan mental, adalah sikap sabar. sikap sabar ini sangat berfungsi di terapkan pada pasien yang mengalami masa isolasi yang mana mereka di wajibkan menjauh dari kerumunan sosial, terutama keluarga mereka sendiri. Tanpa adanya sikap sabar yang tertanam pada diri, maka mental kita akan terganggu, seperti stress, depresi dan hal lain sebagainya dan tentu saja hal ini akan mengganggu keberlangsungan hidup termashsuk kesehatan. Terlebih lagi pasien yang telah di isolasi. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui kontiribusi sikap sabar bagi pasien yang telah terkena Covid-19 yang di isolasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dengan metode deskriftif analisis. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 adalah suatu musibah atau ujian yang Allah berikan dan hal itu sangatlah berpengaruh pada kesehatan mental, Allah pula yang menjelaskan dalam Alquran jika tertimpah musibah atau ujian hendaknya kita bersabar. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sikap sabar memiliki kontribusi yang besar terhadap kesehatan mental hal ini membuat mereka terkhusus pasian yang di isolasi merasa lebih tenang, bisa menerima dengan lapang dada, dan berfikir positif dengan apa yang di hadapinya.]]>

<![CDATA[Menyebarnya wabah virus corona atau covid-19 di Indonesia menyebabkan banyak dampak negatif khususnya mengenai ketangguhan keluarga dimana banyak sekali masalah yang timbul dalam keluarga akibat masa pandemi covid-19 ini seperti keluarga yang mengalami krisis ekonomi karena tidak sedikit dari mereka mengalami kehilangan pekerjaan atau phk akibat diberlakukannya pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) dan tidak sedikit keluarga juga memilih untuk bercerai karena masalah yang terjadi dalam rumah tamgganya tidak bisa diselesaikan sehingga perlu mengetahui upaya apa saja yang harus dilakukan untuk menjaga keutuhan keluarga di masa pandemi. <![CDATA[This research aims to find out how to build friendship relationships through assertive behavior. As well as the positive and negative impacts of friendship relationships built through assertive behavior. The research subjects were IAIN Parepare students. The type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is using qualitative data analysis. The results of this research show that efforts to build friendships through assertive behavior can be done by: students paying more attention to the person they are talking to so they know more about the meaning they want to convey, students must have a sense of empathy, especially when a friend faces a problem, a student shows the right action to fellow group members. The positive impact is encouraging new discoveries in terms of helping each other with college assignments, promoting an attitude of mutual assistance. Meanwhile, the negative impact of friendship relations is excessive solidarity in a group, the formation of various groups based on classmates, school friends or residence and triggering conflicts between students when one member of the group has problems with other people or members of other groups.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penggunaan aplikasi Tiktok terhadap perilaku remaja Usia 12-18 Tahun di Desa Bumimulyo Kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Sulawesi Barat, Indonesia. Subyek penelitian pada penelitian kualitatif ini adalah remaja usia 12-18 tahun di Desa Bumimulyo dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 100 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 25 orang. Prosedur penelitian menghasilkan data berupa angka dan pengamatan perilaku remaja usia 12-18 tahun di Desa Bumimulyo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi penyebaran angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji hipotesis (uji T dan uji F). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara aplikasi Tiktok terhadap perilaku remaja usia 12-18 tahun. Hal ini sesuai dengan perhitungan penelitian dengan menggunakan program SPSS vesi 25 yang menggunakan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > t tabel yaitu 5,388 > 0,396. Maka terdapat pengaruh aplikasi Tiktok terhadap perilaku remaja usia 12-18 tahun.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the promotional strategy for Takabonerate National Park through social media. Promotions are used through social media created by the National Park Office and the Selayar Tourism Service such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, tiktok, website and Facebook so that visitors or tourists, both domestic and international, visit more and find out information related to TNTB in detail and accurately. This research use a qualitative descriptive method. By conducting interviews and observations, and data from references study, journal, magazine, and online media based in the analysis involved. The results of this research are to find out whether the use of promotion via social media has a more positive impact and is most appropriate for use by the Takabonerate National Park Center and the Selayar Tourism Service because the cost of promotion via social media is relatively cheap and efficient given the TNTB location.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Likuiditas dan Green Accounting Terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019-2022. Variabel penelitian ini adalah: Likuiditas (X1) yang diukur menggunakan current ratio dan Green Accounting (X2) yang diukur dengan skala nominal (1-5) dari peringkat PROPER. Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu Corporate Social Responsibility (Y) sebagai variabel independen yang diukur menggunakan rumus CSRDI dengan 91 item. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di BEI yang berjumlah enam puluh delapan perusahaan. Sedangkan penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan hanya ada sembilan perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistic aplikasi SPSS seperti Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rasio Likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Green Accounting secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Dan Rasio Likuiditas, dan Green Accounting secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan CSR dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 28,7%.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengembangan pada PT.XYZ yang diberikan kepada karyawan tidak merata, kompensasi yang diterima karyawan tidak adil antara karyawan produksi dan kantor, Tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan karyawan PT.XYZ masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja pada karyawan tetap PT.XYZ. Penggunaan metode pada penelitian ini yakni pendekatan kuantitatif, beserta melibatkan 54 karyawan Tetap PT.XYZ selaku responden. Analisis data mempergunakan teknik statistik deskriptif juga analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia juga kompensasi serta disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan pada produktivitas kerja 54 karyawan Tetap PT.XYZ.]]>
