Loyalitas karyawan adalah kesetiaan karyawan kepada perusahaan, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh komitmen terbaik mereka bagi perusahaan Banyaknya problematika yang dihadapi karyawan BUMN di Jember akibat dari kurangnya tenaga kerja, misalnya banyaknya beban kerja yang dilakukan dan mengharuskan beberapa karyawannya untuk menghandle pekerjaan yang sebenarnya bukan menjadi tanggung jawab mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu ingin menganalisis loyalitas karyawan BUMN di Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara. Metode pengambilan data informan pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil wawancara, diketahui bahwa karyawan BUMN di Jember terbukti loyal terhadap perusahaan, dimana tidak ada keterpaksaan yang diberikan perusahaan karena para karyawan menjalankan pekerjaan murni sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab dari jabatan yang diterima dan dilakukan sampai masa kerja habis atau pensiun.

Background – There are several employees on the SHU&IT Division PT Aneka Jasa Grhadika are experiencing the workload. In this research researchers want to know the cause of the workload and impact of workloads for employee work productivity. Objective - This study aims to determine the causes of the workload experienced by employees and determine the impact of workload on employee productivity. Design/methodology/approach - The study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The informant in this research is an employee who has experienced the workload and colleagues who are in the SHU&IT Division PT Aneka Jasa Grhadika with interview techniques by telephone and supported by the data documentation. Findings - The result of this research is that there are some employees who experienced the workload that caused the employee concurrently and the impact of workload on employee productivity is to be less maximal because of the job overload. Research Implications – From the results of this study there are several implications, namely to determine the workload on the object of research. As well as useful for analyzing workloads that are useful for job analysis on the object of research. Research Limitations - The limitation in this study is that it cannot find information from the General Manager of the SHU & IT Division so that information about measuring employee work productivity is only limited because the one holding the data is the General Manager of the SHU & IT Division of PT Aneka Jasa Grhadika.

Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran strategis sebagai penentu berhasil tidaknya kesuksesan sebuah organisasi. Sehingga, manusia merupakan faktor penting dalam kegiatan organisasi. Selain itu, kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan tidak lepas dari budaya organisasi perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak budaya budaya organisasi pada PT. Kimia Farma Apotek Wilayah Jember. Dalam melaksanakan budaya organisasi ini, perlu adanya keterlibatan dari seluruh karyawan untuk mengikuti nilai-nilai yang sudah ditetapkan dan dijalankan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif, perolehan data didapat melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dengan 3 informan yang bekerja di PT Kimia Farma Wilayah Jember. Data yang sudah diperoleh akan diuji dengan menggunakan teknik uji triangulasi yakni membandingkan data dari tiga narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa PT. Kimia Farma Apotek UB Jember sudah memiliki budaya organisasi yang cukup baik, yaitu transparansi dan kebebasan berpendapat seluruh karyawan tanpa adanya sekat antara karyawan satu dengan karyawan lainnya

PT. Agro Aku Bisa melihat produktivitas kerja karyawan dilihat dari perolehan luas lahan dan perolehan hasil panen yang ditugaskan perusahaan kepada petugas lapangan. Luas lahan tersebut hasil dari mitra yang sudah bekerja sama dengan PT Agro Aku Bisa dan perolehan hasil panen didapat dari mitra petani yang sudah menjalankan kontrak kerja dengan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peran PT Agro Aku Bisa dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan, karena pada bulan Januari hingga bulan Maret tahun 2021 produktivitas perusahaan mengalami fluktuasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara dengan 2 informan dari PT Agro Aku Bisa. Hasil penelitian yaitu peran PT Agro Aku Bisa dalam memberikan Insentif kepada karyawan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja dengan memberikan Insentif berupa voucher umroh, kendaraan roda 2, dan bonus 10% dari hasil panen yang akan dibagikan merata kepada seluruh karyawan PT Agro Aku Bisa.

This research is motivated by the company's performance that cannot run well because all actions taken in each activity are determined by employees who are members of the company. Employees are the main driver of all company activities, as well as to maintain its existence, the company starts a business to manage human resources, especially in increasing work effectiveness and efficiency to the maximum so that the company's goals can be achieved at Pasmira Gresik. This study aims to explain the effect of work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance at Pasmira Gresik. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. The location of this research is Pasmira Gresik. The variables in this study are work discipline, motivation, work environment. The population in this study were the employees of Pasmira Gresik. The sample in this study were 83 employees of Pasmira Gresik. The sampling technique is the Probability Sampling Technique or Simple Random Sampling. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that work discipline, motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pasmira Gresik.

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between the level of education and training variables based on employee performance. As a reference from the F-test value, the probable value is obtained on the variable F count (19,736) > F table (3,082), then the results of education (x1) and training (x2) can concretely affect employee performance (Y). from value Sig. ( 0.00517 ) < ( 0.05 ), then education ( x1 ) and the results of the value of training ( x2 ) also concretely affect employee performance (Y). In the stages and determination of variables from education and training it is useful to increase understanding in the world of work, but also, increase skills are obtained which facilitate the evaluation process and performance productivity for workers. So the hypothesis states that education and training have good added value and are used as benchmarks for employee performance. Evaluation of the research results explains that education variables and training variables have high potential in improving performance for workers, because they can make it easier for employees.

Based on research at PT. Inspira Furnexindo is used to determine differences in work levels and work environment on turnover intention variables from other variables. From the reference to the results of the F-test value on the calculation of turnover intention, at PT. Inspira Furnexindo, the results obtained and several possible results are obtained from the work target variables and work environment, where the results obtained are lower with a significant level value of Sig. (0.046) < 0.05, with the calculated F value being (3.187) > F table with value (3.1065). Based on the explanation above, the work target variable (x1) and the work environment variable (x2) are obtained, the results obtained are in the form of simultaneous results that significantly influence turnover intention (Y). For the value of the results of the hypothesis testing data from this study, the results obtained with the work target variable with the Work Environment partially have no effect on turnover intention at PT. Inspira Furnexindo. However, with the existence of a joint work target with a good work environment variable, it can create working conditions with a good level of risk at a low level of turnover intention in a corporate environment.

Human resource management is the relationship and role of human Learn about a field in organizational management in a company. Humans in every activity of the organization have an important and play an active role, namely as a designer, as an implementer, and as a determinant in realizing organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to partially analyze the effect of compensation, related to motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees in the tourism sector in Setigi Village, Sekapuk Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. For the method, this research used by the researcher is a quantitative method then for the analysis technique used by the researcher is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 22 program For the sample used in this study amounted to 50 respondents Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire The results of this study are showing that the compensation variable with a significance value of 0.030 while the motivation variable with a significance value of 0.088 and work discipline with the highest significance value of 0.683. It also shows that the value of the three independent variables.is greater than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that all of these variables have no significant effect on the performance of employees in the tourism sector in Setigi Village, Sekapuk Subdistrict, Ujungpangkah, Gresik Regency.

Human Resources (HR) is a central factor in an organization, which has an important role in the company as a driving factor, planning and controlling in all company activities. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to and create effective and efficient work, the organization needs to provide a conducive working environment, provide appropriate motivation and provide compensation which plays an important role in increasing job satisfaction so that it can influence employees to work harder and better in their work. achieve company goals. This study uses quantitative research and testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with data collection techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires to employees via google form. In calculating the proportion of the number of samples using proportional stratified random sampling technique and sample selection using incidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that the motivation variable has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali (PJB) – Unit Pembangkitan (UP) Gresik, compensation variable has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali (PJB) – Unit Pembangkitan (UP) Gresik and work environment variables have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali (PJB) – Unit Pembangkitan (UP) Gresik.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui mengenai peran kompensasi dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan Tjuan Koffie n Talk. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan adalah dengan wawancara juga sumber sekunder. Pada pengambilan sampel peneliti mengambil 8 informan untuk diwawancarai. Dilihat dari observasi peneliti yakni banyaknya karyawan yang bekerja kurang semangat dan tidak sesuai dengan tugas yang dikerjakan dan tidak bersemangat bekerja, faktor penyebab menurunya kinerja karyawan ialah kurangnya upah atau tunjangan/insentif yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan pekerjaanya dan merasa bosan atau jenuh. Jadi, karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerja jika diberikan tunjangan/insentif dan kompensasi oleh owner Tjuan Koffie n Talk yang diharapkan oleh karyawan.
