Abstract

Abstrak Diera kontemporer dunia pendidikan dikejutkan dengan adanya model pengelolaan pendidikan berbasis industri. Pengelolaan model ini mengandaikan adanya upaya pihak pengelola institusi pen­didikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan berdasarkan manajemen perusahaan. Secara filosofis, konsep ini menekankan terhadap perbaikan yang berkelanjutan untuk mencapai tujuan dan kepuasaan pelanggan. Aplikasi Total Quality Management di beberapa lembaga pendidikan sudah mulai nampak dewasa ini. Hal ini disebabkan semakin tingginya persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan Islam. Unsur Total Quality Management meliputi 10 hal yang sama persis dengan apa yang diajarkan oleh islam, baik didalam AL-quran maupun Al-hadits. 10 unsur itu, yaitu: fokus pada pelanggan, baik pelanggan internal maupun pelanggan eksternal, obsesi terhadap kualitas, penggunaan pendekatan ilmiah dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pemecahan masalah, komitmen jangka panjang; kerja sama tim (team­work); adanya keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan, perbaikan proses secara berkesinambungan, adanya pendidikan dan pelatihan yang bersifat bottom-up, kebebasan yang terkendali, adanya kesatuan tujuan. Jika aplikasi unsur Total Quality Management yang telah disebutkan dilaksanakan oleh lembaga pendidikan Islam secara serius, maka diyakini peningkatan kualitas outpit yang diharapkan akan dengan mudah dapat dicapai dan akan dapat bersaing dengan lembaga pendidikan lain baik di tingkat nasional bahkan internasional sekalipun.Kata Kunci: Total Quality Management; pendidikan Islam The contemporary world of education is struck by the industry-based education management model. The management of this model presupposes the efforts of managers of educational institutions to improve the quality of education based on company management. Philosophically, this concept emphasizes on continuous improvement to achieve customer objectives and satisfaction. Total Quality Management applications in some educational institutions are beginning to appear today. This is due to the increasing competition among Islamic educational institutions. The Total Quality Management element includes 10 things that are exactly the same as what is taught by Islam, both in the Quran and Al-hadith. The 10 elements are: customer focus, both internal and external customers, obsession with quality, use of scientific approach in decision making and problem solving, long-term commitment; Teamwork; Employee engagement and empowerment, continuous process improvement, bottom-up education and training, controlled freedom, unity of purpose. If the application of the mentioned Total Quality Management element is implemented by the Islamic education institution seriously, then it is believed that the improvement of outpit quality which is expected to be easily achieved and will be able to compete with other educational institutions both at national and even international level.

Abstract

Communication is one part of life that is very important for humans. For most of human life is filled with communication. Because with human communication can exchange information, and interaction in everyday life. Communication also participate in the implementation of teaching and learning process in an educational institution. Without communication it will not be achieved maximally in getting a desired result. However, in order to achieve this it is not permissible to communicate at random, a necessary pattern and communication method should be required.The direct and indirect method that teachers use in the delivery of material to their students is a communication that is so important in conveying the message to the students. There are so many phenomena that occur in schools about the students in thinking and behaving differently with what is taught by the teacher. That the purpose of educators in teaching and learning activities is to be able to educate and improve the quality of their students. So it is questioned in the process of communicating delivered by the teacher to his students.Therefore, there are some problems raised by the author. First, How is the method used by classroom teacher In Submission of Student Material of Islamic Kindergarten Tarbyatul Banin 02 Salatiga? Second, the supporting factors, obstacles, and solutions? The method used by the authors in finding the required data is descriptive qualitative method, that is by way of field observation, interview, and documentation in Tarbyatul Banin 02 Salatiga TK Islam directly. The method used in the delivery of material in the Islamic Kindergarten Tarbyatul Banin 02 Salatiga has been created very well, it is evidenced by how the students who can remember and practice the subject matter in the school environment.Komunikasi merupakan salah satu bagian kehidupan yang sangat penting bagi manusia. Sebab sebagian besar kehidupan manusia dipenuhi dengan komunikasi. Karena dengan komunikasi manusia bisa saling tukar informasi, dan berinterksi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Komunikasi juga ikut berperan serta dalam terlaksananya proses belajar mengajar di suatu lembaga pendidikan. Tanpa komunikasi maka tidak akan tercapai secara maksimal dalam mendapatkan sebuah hasil yang diinginkan. Akan tetapi, untuk mencapai hal tersebut tidak boleh melakukan komunikasi secara asal-asalan, harus diperlukan adanya sebuah pola dan metode komunikasi yang tepat.Metode langsung dan tidak langsung yang digunakan guru Dalam Penyampaian Materi terhadap siswanya merupakan sebuah komunikasi yang sangat begitu penting dalam menyampaikan pesannya kepada para siswanya tersebut. Banyak sekali fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi di sekolah mengenai siswa dalam berfikir dan bersikap lain dengan yang diajarkan oleh gurunya. Bahwasanya tujuan pendidik dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar adalah untuk dapat mencerdaskan dan meningkatkan kualitas siswa-siswi mereka. Maka hal itu dipermasalahkan dalam proses berkomunikasi yang disampaikan oleh  guru kepada siswa didiknya.Oleh karena itu, maka timbullah beberapa masalah yang diangkat oleh penulis. Pertama, Bagaimana metode yang digunakan guru kelas Dalam Penyampaian Materi siswa TK Islam Tarbyatul Banin 02 Salatiga? Kedua, faktor pendukung, hambatan, dan solusinya?Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam mencari data yang diperlukan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu dengan cara melalui pengamatan lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di TK Islam Tarbyatul Banin 02 Salatiga secara langsung.Metode yang digunakan Dalam Penyampaian Materi di TK Islam Tarbyatul Banin 02 Salatiga sudah tercipta dengan sangat baik, hal ini terbukti dengan bagaimana siswa-siswinya yang dapat mengingat dan mempraktekkan materi pelajaran dalam lingkungan sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPendidikan nilai-nilai keagamaan berfungsi mempersiapkan anak menjadi anggota masyarakat yang memahami dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai ajaran agamanya dan/atau menjadi ahli ilmu agama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1). Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kesenian rebana Songgo bumi di Desa Glawan; (2). Mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam pada kesenian rebana Songgo bumi di Desa Glawan; (3). Mengetahui dampak kesenian rebana Songgo bumi terhadap masyarakat Desa Glawan Kecamatan Pabelan Kabupaten Semarang Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan mengambil lokasi di Kesenian rebana Songgo bumi Desa Glawan Kecamatan Pabelan Kabupaten Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis datanya dengan cara mereduksi data, display data, dan mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat proses pelaksanaan kegiatan latihan, rutinan, dan tampilan pada kesenian rebana Songgo bumi yang di dalamnya terdapat kegiatan dan mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yaitu : (1) Nilai kebudayaan dalam tujuan melestarikan kebudayaan Islam yang sudah berkembang di masyarakat; (2) Nilai jasmani dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kesenian rebana; (3) Nilai kejiwaan pada syair-syair sholawat yang dikumandangkan; (4) Nilai akidah dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembacaan tawassul; (5) Nilai akal pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pembacaan kitab Ad-dhiba’ dan Al-Barzanji; (6) Nilai keindahan pada pelaksanaan pembacaan kitab Ad-dhiba’ dan Al-barzanji, juga pada syair-syair yang dikumandangkan di dalamnya; (7) Nilai akhlak dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Mahalul qiyam dan cara berpakaian. Dampak dengan adanya kesenian rebana Songgo bumi diantaranya, semakin termotivasi untuk lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Allah Swt, merubah perilaku pemuda yang sebelumnya negatif menjadi positif, memudahkan masyarakat untuk mencari pengisi acara dalam kegiatan hajat mereka, dan memasyarakatkan sholawat. Kata kunci : Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam, Kesenian Rebana Songgo Bumi Religious education values serves prepare children to people who understand and indeed of his religion and nilai-nilai / or are the religious science. The purpose of this research is (1). described the tambourine in the earth art songgo glawan; (2). know nilai-nilai islamic education at art tambourine songgo earth in the village glawan; (3). know the impact of art tambourine songgo land and villagers in semarang glawan pabelan district in 2019. The qualitative method was used in the study and take locations in the earth art tambourine songgo village glawan kecamatan pabelan kabupaten semarang .Data collection method used namely observation, interviews and documentation .Reduce analyzing of by means of technical data, display data, and draw conclusions The research results show that there is the implementation of the activity exercise, rutinan, and display art on the sound of israel timbrels songgo the earth in which there are outstanding activities and containing islamic education values of what god has (1 ). the value culture in purpose islamic cultural preserve improved in a community; (2). the value in implementation of activities physical art a tambourine; (3). the value to spafford words at the sholawat who was aired, (4). the value is in implementation of activities reading tawassul; (5). the value in the sense the book of ad-dhiba and al-barzanji; (6) the value beauty on the implementation of the book of ad-dhiba and al-barzanji , also on to spafford words that was aired in it; ( 7). the value the remembrance of the home in implementation of activities mahalul qiyam and manner of dress The impact on the art of tambourine songgo earth , be more motivated to get closer to god , change behavior youth before negative to positive, facilitate the public to find the events in their control activities and promote sholawat.  Keywords:Values, islamic education tambourine songgo earth art

Abstract

As a generation of Muslims, we need to know the historical development of Islamic Civilization. This aims to increase and increase the stability of our faith. Islamic history and civilization is an important part that cannot be separated from the lives of Muslims from time to time.Apart from that, the history of Islamic civilization is the identity of the Muslim community. So far, studying the history of Islamic civilization has only been obtained from formal educational institutions for a limited time,so that the children who continue Islam do not fully understand the contents of the history of Islamic civilization and do not really understand the benefits of studying the history of Islamic civilization. This has resulted in the history of Islamic civilization being less loved among Islamic children.The aim of this community service activity is 1) to help provide knowledge to members of the Fatayat NU Tengaran Village branch regarding the use of digital books to understand the history of Islamic civilization. (2) help provide understanding to members of the Fatayat NU branch of Tengaran Village regarding the importance of introducing the history of Islamic civilization to the children who will inherit Islam.In this mentoring activity, the methods used are lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations and practice.From this activity, members of the Fatayat NU Tengaran Village branch after taking part in the mentoring have sufficiently understood the importance of understanding the history of Islamic civilization. This is proven by the participants' enthusiasm for using digital books on the history of Islamic civilization on their cellphones/Androids and also the enthusiasm of their children to study the history of Islamic civilization through digital books. The same assistance needs to be provided in other places so that public awareness regarding understanding the history of Islamic civilization increases

Abstract

Writing culture is a habit of conveying messages, expressing opinions and creating documentation. By writing we will have the habit of conveying systematic opinions. Writing also stimulates creativity. By writing, fresh ideas will emerge. Writing is a language skill that is very expressive and productive. It is said to be expressive because writing is the result of thoughts and feelings that can be expressed through the activity of moving fine motor skills through the strokes of our hands. Furthermore, it is said to be productive, because it is the process of producing units of language in the form of real works, until they are born in written form. Recently, the problem of the lack of student writing productivity has begun to be discussed.Both in print and electronic media. Various discussion forums were opened, such as holding seminars on writing and soft skills training on writing. This is done to "stimulate" students again to be enthusiastic about writing. It cannot be denied that writing is something urgent for students because many student activities are related to writing. Such as writing papers, research reports, scientific work, and the most important thing is writing a thesis which is the determining factor for a student to get a bachelor's degree.The aim of this activity is (1) to develop a writing culture for MA/SMA students and FAI Undaris Ungaran students. (2) help provide understanding for MA/SMA students and FAI Undaris Ungaran students about how to write essays, especially essays in Islamic History. The methods used in this activity are seminars and competitions. The seminar was carried out using a lecture, question and answer method The competition was carried out using the method of presenting essay results by the competition participants, namely, MA/SMA students and FAI Undaris Ungaran students, Semarang Regency. MA/SMA students and FAI Undaris Ungaran students after taking part in the activity had sufficiently understood the importance of writing culture in academic circles, this was proven by the participants' enthusiasm for writing Islamic History essays. It is necessary to hold the same activity at FAI Undaris Ungaran as a follow-up to this activity with another theme that supports the culture of writing among academics.

Abstract

Every religious community will not be separated from worship. This activity is not only aimed at fulfilling religious obligations, but also as a way to bring humans closer to the Creator. In Islam itself, worship is one of the goals of human creation. To convince and remind the people of their purpose, apostles were sent and books were sent to them. Worship in Islam has two main focuses, namely Mahdah worship and Ghairu Mahdhah worship. Mahdhah worship is worship whose terms, conditions and pillars have been explained, exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. As for worship, Ghairu Mahdhah is worship that provides the opportunity to perform ijtihad with provisions that do not conflict with the contents of the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah. Worship must be based on knowledge because worship without knowledge will only result in futility. Worship must also be based on faith/belief. Faith/belief will be gained one way by knowing the history of the order of worship. So knowledge of Islamic history related to worship is important. This service uses lecture methods and questions and answers in discussion forums among members of the Fatayat NU Ranting Tengaran organization, Tengaran Village, Semarang Regency. With this service, it is hoped that the public will be able to understand the management of mahdhah worship and the ghiru mahdhah perspective from the "ISI" (Ibrah Islamic History) perspective.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the implementation of the Self Directed Learning model in PAI education at SB Kamus Gombak Utara, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a qualitative study that produces descriptive data obtained from observed individuals and behaviors. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results, the implementation of the SDL learning model in PAI education at SB Kamus Gombak Utara is considered good, with students experiencing an increase in knowledge, independence, and responsibility towards themselves and their peers, thereby achieving success in PAI education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's personal desire to reveal people's assumptions about changing ministers to change policies, thus making the author to examine how Islamic education policies were implemented in the old order and new order. The author considers it necessary to re-learn about Islamic education policies that were applied during the Old Order and New Order periods in terms of history. The data from this study were taken from various books written by Choirul Mahfud, Marwan Saridjo, Anas Salahudin and books that are relevant to this matter. In this regard, the research used is a qualitative research with the type of library research (library research). While the data collection techniques used are data reduction methods, data presentation, data verification and for data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive methods and historical analysis.Based on this research, it was found that the analysis of Islamic education policies during the old order of Islamic education was more directed at efforts to renew and multiply Islamic educational institutions that were of higher quality in line with the times. While the analysis of Islamic education policy during the New Order era, the Islamic education policy was almost the same as the socio-political policy, namely the centralization of the depoliticization of society, the control of government power seemed less serious. To analyze the implications of its policies in the old order and new order, Islamic religious education is increasingly gaining an important and strategic position with the policies implemented by the government.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah sebuah negara yang dikenal akan keindahannya, tepai juga merupakan tempat yang tingkat keramahan dan moral yang dijunjung tinggi. Namun semua itu tampak memudar karna perilaku manusia yang semakin berubah buruk seiringnya waktu, seperti pelecehan, perundungan, korupsi, pembunuhan, seks bebas, perampokan dan masih banyak kejahatan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru ngaji dalam membina akhlak dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru ngaji dalam membina akhlak anak  usia 6-14 tahun dalam upaya menghadapi degradasi moral. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif lapangan dengan sampel meliputi 1 guru ngaji dan 3 anak TPQ Roudhotul Qur’an yang dipilih secara purposive sampling, yaitu dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan keterlibatan langsung dalam proses pembinaan akhlak anak usia 6-14 tahun serta pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap kondisi dan aktivitas di TPQ. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama yaitu tahap pengenalan, tahap penyaringan dan tahap seleksi. Dan instrumen yang digunakan terdiri atas panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru ngaji sangat berperan penting dalam membina akhlak anak dengan beberapa upaya yang dilakukanya, dan guru ngaji di TPQ Roudhotul Qur’an mempunyai metode-metode untuk menanamkan akhlak anak usia 6-14 tahun di TPQ Roudhotul Qur’an khususnya dalam upaya menghadapi degradasi moral. Guru ngaji di TPQ Roudhotul Qur’an berperan penting dalam membina akhlak anak usia 6-14 tahun melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan dan pengajaran nilai-nilai moral. Kerjasama dengan orang tua memperkuat proses pembinaan dan membantu mengatasi pengaruh negatif lingkungan. faktor pendudkungnya adalah keteladanan guru, sedangkan hambatannya meliputi lingkngan sosial yang kurang baik, rendahnya motivasi anak, serta penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis implementasi model pembelajaran Deep Learning pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di kelas XI Perhotelan B SMK Negeri 1 Bawen. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada efektivitas pendekatan tersebut dalam memperkuat pemahaman konseptual siswa sekaligus mengaktualisasikan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI dan siswa, observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran di kelas, serta penelaahan dokumen berupa RPP, catatan guru, dan agenda sekolah. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan pendekatan induktif dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Deep Learning mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, memperkuat kemampuan berpikir kritis, problem solving, serta menumbuhkan sikap profesional sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Temuan observasi memperlihatkan suasana kelas yang lebih hidup, menyenangkan, dan kolaboratif, sementara wawancara dan dokumen mendukung bahwa pembelajaran menjadi lebih relevan dengan dunia kerja perhotelan. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa model Deep Learning layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PAI di SMK karena tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar, tetapi juga memperkuat karakter religius dan kompetensi abad ke-21 peserta didik.
