Abstract

Digital business is developing very fast, especially in the food sector. Customers do not have to come to the restaurant to get the food they want. Customers can order it through a digital app anytime, anywhere. The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction in online food applications (Go Food, Grab Food, Shopee Food). The study used a quantitative approach. The research results of brand image and service quality analysis have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and some brand image and service quality affect customer satisfaction variables. We recommend the management to maintain the excellent service provided and even develop the advantages of using online food applications in order to achieve customer satisfaction.Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

 “Problem Based Learning Berpikir Kritis Mahasiswa Vokasi Dalam Pembelajaran Daring” bertujuan untuk mengetahui   dan   menganalisis  problem based learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan mengembangkan keterampilan mahasiswa vokasi dalam pembelajaran daring. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti melakukan observasi dan pengumpulan data dalam tiga tahap yang diambil dari 70 mahasiswa vokasi, dalam setiap tahapan dilakukan dalam 2 sesi pertemuan pembelajaran. Analisa data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menganalisis, menggambarkan, mendeskripsikan berbagai kondisi dan situasi dari data yang dikumpulkan sebagai hasil observasi, wawancara, dan pemetaan kelompok dalam pembelajaran daring. Hasil evaluasi dalam review pembelajaran diperoleh hasil perubahan yang sangat baik. Peningkatan nilai yang diperoleh pada setiap tahap di setiap sesi pembelajaran terlihat bahwa yang pada awalnya mahasiswa belum memahami materi sebanyak 40% berhasil menurun hingga 3%. Pada tahap akhir mahasiswa mulai memahami terhadap materi yang disampaikan oleh dosen yang terlihat peningkatan angka dari semula 60% hingga tercapai 97% Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan problem based learning sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa vokasi selama pembelajaran daring. Kemampuan berpikir kritis sebagai bekal mahasiswa untuk menghadapi perkembangan  ilmu pengetahuan dan kemajuan teknologi di masa depan dan sebagai persiapan mahasiswa vokasi untuk terjun ke dalam dunia industri.Kata kunci:  Problem Based Learning, Pembelajaran, Berpikir Kritis

Abstract

ABSTRACT Effect of Cooperative Learning Model Engineering two stay two stray Against Student Activity and Economic Study Results (Experimental Study Lesson In Economics Class XI Students of SMAN 1 Cigugur).This study aims to determine whether learning with cooperative learning model two stay two stray technique has an effect on students learning activities and learning out comes. The study conducted a study using experimental methods, the population in this study were 226 students with a total sample of 31 students who taught with cooperative learning method two stay two stray technique and 31 students taught by lecture method. The instrument used was a multiple choice test consisting of 30 items.This technique provides an opportunity for groups to share results and information with other groups so that create savibrant learning in the classroom. In this technique the students not only discuss and learn with the group, but students will be able to doa question and answer to other students who are not from that group of students,the opportunity to develop the ability to express opinions more and learning processin the classroom can be run well.The results conclude the following: First, students learning activities in class at SMAN 1 Cigugur control part is low and learning is being done before, but after learning with the conventional method of student activity is so much better than before. Second, student learning out comes in the control class at SMAN1 Cigugur some still low and medium prior to learning, but after learning with the conventional method of student learning out comes has to be better than the previous. The third significant relationship between post-test student activities and student learning out comes in the classroom with classroom control experiments showed that learning by using learning model two stay two stray technique is more effective in increasing student activity and learning outcomes for students compared to using conventional methods.From theresults of research conducted showed that the learning outcomes of students taught with cooperative learning model two stay two stray technique better than students taught by conventional methods. So that from thet test proving that learning with cooperative learning model two stay two stray technique has a significant impactin improving student learning out comes and student learning activitiesin the classroom conducted experimental and control Keywords : model pembelajaran, aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Promotion and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously on the Online Travel Agent (Case Study of Traveloka, Tiket.com, Agoda, Pegi-pegi Customers). The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, namely the data was selected based on certain criteria.. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of a significance t of 0.116; (2) Service Quality (X2) partially does not have a Positive and Significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of a significance t of 0.000; Simultaneous promotion, and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of a significance F of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Promotion, Service Quality

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan perjalanan umrah di PT Ventura Semesta Wisata Depok. Jenis pengujian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 25. Dalam penelitian ini teknik yang digunakan untuk pengujian adalah sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan contoh. Pengumpulan informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara jajak pendapat (kuesioner). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan besar dengan nilai 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai t ditentukan sebesar 7,098 yang lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 2,012 terhadap kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of QRIS among MSMEs. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, articles, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that the acceptance of QRIS among MSMEs has benefits and positive impacts in simplifying and accelerating the payment system, facilitating monitoring and analyzing transaction history and financial arrangements, improving merchant business performance, developing MSME growth, encouraging efficiency in the economic sector, and accelerating inclusive finance. However, there are still obstacles such as unstable internet connections, security issues and transaction readability, and admin deductions on QRIS. Therefore, with the right strategy, such as education and training, improving digital infrastructure, promotion and incentives, and improving system security, QRIS can be more widely accepted and utilized by MSMEs.
