Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah faktor harga (X1) dan pelayanan (X2) meiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) di Minimarket Indomaret, serta untuk mengetahui variabel harga dan variabel pelayanan mana yang paling berpengaruh. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Program and Services Solition) versi 23 menunjukan bahwa dari hasil koevisien regresi Y= 3,408 + 0,418 X1 + 0,421 X2 menunjukan variabel harga (X1=0.418), dan pelayanan (X2=0.421). Nilai R Square (Koefisien Determinasi) sebesar 0,413. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel harga dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Mini Market Indomaret di Sumbawa Besar. Hasil uji parsial (Uji T) menunjukkan bahwa dari kedua variabel X yakni harga dan pelayanan yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah pelayanan. Saran bagi pihak Indomaret cabang Sumbawa Besar adalah terus meningkatkan dan mempertahankan strategi harga dan pelayanan karena variabel ini mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Sumbawa Besar sebanyak 41.3 %.

Abstract

This research is the result of descriptive qualitative research which aims to answer how the implementation of digital marketing strategies in improving company performance is carried out by the Semeloto.id company in marketing or promotion through digital marketing to attract consumers who actively use social media. The determination of informants is based on the criteria formulated by the researcher with certain considerations or criteria. In the selection of informants for this study, the owner of the Semeloto.id company was Yunita Lestari. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, account observation, and documentation on business management and marketing in the city of Mataram. From the results of this study, the implementation of Semeloto.id's digital marketing strategy in improving company performance, focusing through digital marketing, because promotion through digital marketing is more efficient and reduces costs and puts forward the form of promotion that is trending and is able to attract customer attention, and one of the things that interesting thing done by Semeloto.id, namely uploading content related to Semeloto.id products. From Semeloto.id's digital marketing style, it has a positive impact in improving company performance. With the strategies that have been implemented by Semeloto.id, it is able to attract potential consumers to buy Semeloto.id products and this can improve company performance. From the results of the above research, it is hoped that the implementation of the company's digital marketing strategy, Semeloto.id, will always have innovation and expand the market globally so that it can improve the progress of the companies and brands that have been built.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Completeness, Service Quality and Price on purchasing decisions at the Kids and Baby Shop Roberto Sumbawa. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents obtained by purposive sampling. The data obtained were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing and Coefficient of Determination Test through Software Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) the completeness of the product does not affect the purchase decision of Roberto Sumbawa's Kids and Baby Shop. (2) Quality of Service influence on purchasing decisions for Kids and Baby Shop Roberto Sumbawa and Price have an influence on purchasing decisions for Kids and Baby Shop Roberto Sumbawa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM), on the value of study companies in on state-owned banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The model used in data analysis is multiple linear regression of panel data. The analysis tool used is Evies 9 and Spss 16.0. This study uses a quantitative approach to secondary data with sampling technique sampling. The results of the study show that 1) Return on assets Return on equity and Net profit margin have a negative effect on Study Firm Value on state-owned banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Net profit margin has a negative effect on Company Value. Indonesian stock exchange
