Abstract

Paper ini membahas tentang peran kelembagaan desa dalam pengelolaan dana desa untuk pengembangan agroindustri pertanian di kabupaten Sumbawa sebagai kawasan tertinggal di Indonesia. Bukti empiris menerangkan bahwa masih banyak masalah desa seperti memahami kebutuhan sektor pertanian menjadi kegiatan produktif di desa, masalah penurunan peran kelembagaan desa yang secara konsisten mengembangkan potensi pertanian menjadi bernilai tambah ke sektor agroindustri. Regulasi otonomi daerah di Indonesia memberi kewenangan kepada pemerintah daerah untuk mengelola dan menjalankan pemerintahannya termasuk desa sebagai unit terkecil dalam mendukung pembangunan daerah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif eksploratif dengan menyingkap peran lembaga desa dalam pengelolaan dana untuk pengembangan potensi pertanian sebagai kawasan agribisnis pertanian desa yang strategis untuk dapat dikembangkan sebagai modal dalam memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi pedesaan. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis SWOT kemudian melakukan reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa desa memiliki keterbatasan dalam regulasi atas pelaksanaan yang diperlukan dalam pengelolaan dana desa, perlu penataan struktur lembaga ekonomi desa khususnya alokasi dana desa pada kawasan pedesaan yang menjadi pusat bisnis dan tekhnologi untuk mendukung agroindustri. Perlu pembinaan secara teknis baik manajemen dan keuangan bagi lembaga agroindustri. Melakukan penataan lembaga keuangan agar mempermudah akses modal oleh petani. Program penguatan lembaga pertanian, pelatihan pengelolaan dan manajemen kelompok tani. Pembinaan secara rutin lembaga pertanian. Membentuk lembaga perdagangan ditingkat petani. Membentuk forum kemunikasi antar petani dengan pengusaha yang difasilitasi oleh badan usaha milik desa. Mengembangkan kemitraan antar petani dengan lembaga keuangan desa. Program penguatan kelembagaan desa tersebut mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa sehingga kelembagaan desa sebagai sebuah strategi terhadap pengembangan agroindustri desa diperlukan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of bilinguals (local language and English) in writing visual identities on SME product labels for students of the Faculty of Economics. The research problems were; 1) how does the perception of students relates to bilingual teaching materials; and 2) how does the effect of bilingual teaching materials on a visual identity of product labels to enhance students’ English writing? The study was a quantitative descriptive study with pre-test and post-test designs. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 26.0, which was followed by qualitative interpretation. Data from the questionnaire deployed numerical calculation of the percentage, while data from the written test were presented quantitatively. Findings of the study revealed that students' perceptions of bilingual have very good criteria to improve students' writing skills (Indicator-A: SA = 40% + A = 50% = 90%; Indicator-B: SA = 40% + A = 50% = 90%, Indicator-C: SA = 60% + A = 40% = 100%, and Indicator-D: SA = 50% + A = 50% = 100%), and have a significant effect on students’ English writing ability (sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, and the t-count value of 7.726> t-table 2.09302).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of strategic management in improving employee performance at Inspectorate Office of Sumbawa District. This study used a qualitative descriptive research approach. The data used in this study is qualitative in the form of information regarding the implementation of strategic management in improving employee performance at Inspectorate Office of Sumbawa District. The researchers obtained qualitative data directly from several informants who served as sources. The numbers of informants in this study were four informants, consisting the Inspector Inspectorate Office of Sumbawa District and the Head of Subdivision at Inspectorate Office of Sumbawa District totaling three people. The data analysis in this study uses the Miles and Huberman qualitative data analysis technique which consists of three activity streams that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and verification/ conclusions. The results of study showed that the implementation of strategic management at Inspectorate Office of Sumbawa District had been done well so that employee performance can be improved. Strategy planning was the initial stage before carrying out activities which aims to design the work program that will be implemented so that it can run optimally, strategy implementation had been done well in accordance with the Annual Supervision Work Program (ASWP) and strategy evaluation had been done once in one year in order to measure the improving of employees performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of flash sales and live streaming promotions on online buying interest among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was causal associative study used to examine the effect of flash sales and live streaming promotions on online buying interest among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from research respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were students from Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar who had made online purchases through the e-commerce TikTok shop, totaling 96 people who were determined using non-probability sampling techniques with the accidental sampling method. In this study, the data was processed using the SPSS program, to be studied and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that flash sales and live streaming promotions had a positive and significant effect on online buying interest among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar, either partially and simultaneously. The effect of flash sales and live streaming promotions on online buying interest among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar was 25.5%, while the remaining of 74.5% was effected by other variables outside this research model, such as product quality, advertising and customer trust.

Abstract

Keuangan adalah salah satu aspek krusial dalam sebuah rumah tangga. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik akan membantu keluarga mencapai tujuan mereka. Namun, hasil penilaian awal menunjukkan bahwa mitra dalam hal ini tunanetra mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangan, terlihat dari ketidakmampuan memenuhi sebagian besar kebutuhan meskipun pendapatan keluarga meningkat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya manajemen keuangan rumah tangga demi mencapai kondisi keuangan yang sakinah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah PAR (Participatory Action Research) melalui empat siklus yang mencakup observasi, refleksi, perencanaan aksi, dan pelaksanaan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu edukasi tentang pengenalan perencanaan keuangan syariah dan sakinah finance dan evaluasi atas pelaksanaan kegiatan serta proses perubahan yang dialami mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis dalam pengelolaan keuangan, kesadaran untuk menerapkan manajemen keuangan berbasis syariah bagi penyandang disabilitas di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Mitra berhasil menyusun daftar pendapatan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan berdasarkan skala prioritas, serta merancang anggaran dan rencana investasi yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of the creative industry as a new talent that is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) region. Unemployment, poverty, and economic growth are classic issues that still require solutions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review research method. The analysis results show that the creative economy is an idea that is expected to have added economic value. The creative economy is one of the alternatives to solve economic problems. However, the realization of this idea often encounters obstacles. The government and local authorities are urged to engage now in improving regulations and strengthening the creative industry. In this way, the creative industry can drive economic growth and enhance regional competitiveness.

Abstract

World tourism destination in Eastern Indonesia (KTI), especially in the region of Pulau Moyo (Moyo Island) Sumbawa regency has been known world, as evidenced by officials and world celebrities come to Sumbawa to relieve fatigue with family. This tourist destination has been able to adapt to all the demands of change by always listening to opinions from various parties, especially tourists who have different preferences in travel. Tourism is closely related to travel, namely the change of temporary residence of a person outside his / her residence. The needs of tourists, people who travel, will affect the development of tourism facilities in certain tourist destinations. Tourism facilities is one important element forming tourism products that play a role to support the ease and convenience of tourists in travel. This study aims to identify the preferences of tourists to tourism facilities of the island of Moyo Sumbawa. The method of analysis in this study is descriptive Quantitative analysis by conducting the data from respondent with the visitors who come travel to the island of Moyo Sumbawa both foreign tourists and domestic tourists. The results of this study indicate that the preferences of tourists in choosing a means of tourism is influenced by tourist destination, price perception of hotel, and facility of hotel influenced the tourists to Moyo Island. Empirical results show that the attraction of tourists to the island of Moyo Sumbawa more due to the privacy of visitors is very awake and a very exotic natural scenery that causes visitors are interested and have implications for the preferences of tourists.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, upah minimum provinsi dan investasi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Tahun 2014-2023 baik secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan positivist, menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah eksplanatoris (explanatory research) oleh karena metode ini relevan digunakan untuk penelitian-penelitian ilmu sosial, yang mencoba untuk melihat, mengukur dan menguji hubungan kausalitas antar variabel. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), dengan menggunakan software WarlpPLS 3.0. dengan merancang outer model untuk melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas didapatkan dari hasil kuesioner dan merancang inner model (membuat hubungan antara variabel laten). Variabel laten merupakan variabel yang tidak dapat diukur secara langsung atau merupakan konstruk yang harus diukur dengan indikator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meski telah terjadi perkembangan infrastruktur yakni adanya KEK Mandalika akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh pada penurunan angka kemiskinan di wilayah KEK Mandalika. Adanya KEK Mandalika juga tidak serta merta membuka lapangan pekerjaan sehingga tidak berpengaruh pada penurunan angka kemiskinan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine multidimensional poverty in Sumbawa Regency. The data analysis used in this research is multidimensional poverty calculation analysis. The results of the research show that Sumbawa Regency, based on the calculation of the Multidimensional Poverty Index in Sumbawa Regency, shows the results of calculating the value of IKM with the nutritional proportion of IKM RT with children under five being 18.3%. The prevalence of diseases that interfere with main work in Sumbawa Regency in 2023 is 32.1%. This figure is higher than the national average of 16.3%, the school enrollment rate in 2023 is 6.98%. The expected length of schooling (AHS) in Sumbawa Regency in 2023 is 11.7 years. The percentage of households with a floor area under 7.2 square meters per person in Sumbawa Regency in 2023 is 14.4%. The percentage of individuals in households who drink from unsuitable drinking water sources in Sumbawa Regency in 2023 is 122.58%. The percentage of individuals in households who use inadequate cooking fuel sources in Sumbawa Regency in 2023 is 65.35%. The percentage of individuals in households who use inadequate cooking fuel sources in Sumbawa Regency in 2023 is 46.67%. The percentage of individuals who do not have a birth certificate in Sumbawa Regency in 2023 is 1.3%. and finally the percentage of households in Sumbawa who did not use the internet during the last 3 months was 21.82%. This figure is higher than the national average of 9.69%. The conclusion of this research is that based on the results of multidimensional poverty measurements to determine priorities for poverty management policies/programs.

Abstract

Kendala utama yang dihadapi kelompok masyarakat pengelola produk olahan ikan di kawasan batu layar adalah kurangnya inovasi dalam diversifikasi produk, serta lemahnya akses terhadap pasar yang lebih luas. Produk olahan ikan yang dihasilkan masih berskala kecil dan belum memiliki nilai jual yang kompetitif. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat pengelola produk olahan ikan tentang pentingnya strategi pemasaran dan packaging untuk meningkatkan value produk, kapasitas pemahaman strategi pemasaran dan packaging dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pemahaman dari masyarakat pengelola produk olahan ikan untuk melakukan kegiatan pemasaran dan packaging produk olahannya. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas produk serta perluasan cakupan pasar untuk produk olahan ikan ini.
