Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Jakarta Selatan. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin diperoleh 70 responden yang diambil dari 236 orang karyawan sebagai populasi dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Kuesioner skala likert digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Temuan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan turnover intention pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Jakarta Selatan

Abstract

Teaching Factory merupakan jenis pengajaran sekolah kejuruan mengarah penerapan/pelayanan yang merujuk pada parameter dan metode industri serta berjalan pada lingkungan industri. Munculnya perubahan digital menuntut para pelaksana bisnis mampu meyesuaikan guna beradu dengan pesaing. Kehadiran gerai daring atau online kian meningkat era ini, bukan hanya bagi perusahaan saja perusahaan berukuran besar namun juga berukuran kecil. Didalam upaya meningkatkan kemahiran model pembelajaran Teaching Factory, siswa SMK Triguna 1956 diharuskan melakukan transaksi pemasaran dan jual beli melalui platform online. Namun, kemampuan membangun toko online yang menjadi dasar dari kegiatan tersebut belum sepenuhnya dikuasai oleh siswa. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu guna membekali siswa dengan keterampilan pembuatan toko online mempergunakan sistem manajemen konten, khususnya WordPress, melalui metode membaca dan praktek langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu membangun dan merancang toko online sesuai dengan produk yang akan dijual, sehingga mendukung proses pembelajaran Teaching Factory dengan lebih efektif dan aplikatif.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa program volunteer yang diselenggarakan dalam kegiatan workshop dalam bentuk pelatihan bagi siswa-siswi SMK/SMU untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guna menumbuhkan minat kewirausahaan dan meningkatkan percaya diri untuk dapat berkomunikasi langsung dengan orang asing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu metode pelatihan membuat Makanan Takoyaki, dan keterampilan membuat paper doll, furin serta menulis katakana (Shadoo). Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 36% peserta berminat mengembangkan wirausaha membuat makanan Takoyaki, dan 27% peserta mampu berkomunikasi secara langsung dengan mahasiswa jepang.

Abstract

This Independent Research aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Influencers (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Trustworthiness (Z) on Customer Buying Decision (Y) of Gojek Customers in South Tangerang. Furthermore, instrument used in this research is questionnaire, then processed through SPSS 22.0 with several test conducted namely, data analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation test, f-test, t-test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Meanwhile, the amounts of participations in this study were 97 respondents using purposive sampling method with population the customer of Gojek that are living in South Tangerang. Conclusion is obtained through T Test that indicate social media influencer have significant influence on customer buying decision as partially. Service Quality have significant influence on customer buying decision as partially. Trustworthiness have significant influence on customer buying decision as partially.

Abstract

Kemampuan kerja merupakan faktor penting yang dapat menentukan kualitas lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) untuk siap kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan kesulitan, kepercayaan diri, dan dukungan sosial terhadap kemampuan kerja pada Siswa Kelas XI SMK Kesehatan Asy-Syifa Tangerang Tahun Akademik 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi 126 dan ukuran sampel 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan pengambilan sampel probabilitas dengan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang dikerjakan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019 dan SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan kesulitan dan kepercayaan diri masing-masing sebagian memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan kerja, sedangkan dukungan sosial sebagian tidak memiliki efek signifikan pada kelayakan kerja. Sementara itu, kecerdasan kesulitan, kepercayaan diri, dan dukungan sosial secara bersamaan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan kerja.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays a vital role in supporting organizational effectiveness and efficiency, as it reflects employees’ voluntary behaviors that go beyond formal job responsibilities and contribute to overall organizational performance. Therefore, it is important for organizations to understand the factors that can enhance OCB among their employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance, Work Environment, and Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Gogomedia Visindo Tangerang. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents selected through non-probability sampling using a snowball sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2021 and SPSS version 22. The data analysis methods included correlation tests and multiple linear regression analysis to examine both the relationships and effects among the variables. The results indicate that Work-Life Balance, Work Environment, and Work Motivation have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, both partially and simultaneously. This finding suggests that better work-life balance, a supportive work environment, and higher motivation levels encourage employees to demonstrate stronger OCB. The study emphasizes the strategic importance of organizational initiatives that foster employee well-being, provide conducive working conditions, and maintain high levels of motivation. By doing so, organizations can strengthen employee commitment, maximize contributions, and enhance long-term organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Career Development (X1) on Employee Loyalty (Y), Work-Life Balance (X2) on Employee Loyalty (Y), and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Loyalty (Y) among Employees of Pondok Aren Subdistrict in South Tangerang City. It uses Non-Probability Sampling technique with a saturated method. The population in this study consists of 64 employees who are part of the Employees of Pondok Aren Subdistrict in South Tangerang City. The sample in this study consists of 64 respondents. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression methods assisted by SPSS version 25 and Microsoft Excel 2019. The results show that Career Development (X1) has a Positive and Significant effect on Employee Loyalty (Y), Work Life Balance (X2) has a Positive and Significant effect on Employee Loyalty (Y), and Work Environment (X3) has a Positive and Significant effect on Employee Loyalty (Y).

Abstract

Employee engagement is a crucial factor in improving individual performance and organizational success. Companies with a high level of employee engagement tend to create a positive, productive, and sustainable work environment. This study aims to analyze the impact of work environment, leadership style, and self-efficacy on employee engagement at PT Wisata Titiannusantara Pelangi (Al Malik Travel) West Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sample method, involving 40 respondents out of the total population of 41 permanent employees. The research instrument is a Likert scale questionnaire, supported by observations and literature study. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 30 and Microsoft Excel 2006 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results indicate that work environment and leadership style have no significant effect on employee engagement, while self-efficacy has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.876 shows that the variables of work environment, leadership style, and self-efficacy explain 87.6% of employee engagement, while the remaining is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing employee self-efficacy as the main factor in strengthening engagement, and provide practical implications for companies to develop more effective, sustainable human resource management strategies, focusing on improving employee self-confidence and competence.

Abstract

This study examines the business of Ingham's Group Limited, a major player in Australia's poultry industry, using SWOT and PESTEL analysis. The SWOT analysis reveals Ingham's strengths including a strong industry reputation and diverse product range. However, weaknesses include reliance on domestic markets and high production costs. Opportunities include growing demand for healthy products, foreign market development, and product innovation. Threats include intense competition and changing raw material costs. Political factors, such as international trade policies and health and food safety laws, significantly impact the company's operations. Economic factors, such as foreign exchange rates and global economic conditions, also influence financial success. Social factors, such as consumer preferences for healthier products and demographic changes, also influence demand. Technological considerations include automation technology and product development. Legal considerations, including animal welfare, health and safety, and environmental legislation, also impact the company's business plan. Strategic recommendations include product diversification, market expansion, operational efficiency, branding, and sustainability commitment.
