Abstract

This research highlights the importance of research into socio-economic inequality in Indonesia, particularly in Maluku Province, with a focus on Buru Village. This research uses qualitative methods, namely observation and interviews, to explore the impact of economic equalization policies on socio-economic inequality at the local level. From September 2022 to March 2023, there was a decrease in the Gini Ratio, which shows a positive indication of economic equalization efforts. However, the impact of this decline was unevenly distributed between urban and rural areas. The results of this study show that although Maluku Province is classified as low in economic inequality by World Bank standards, there are significant challenges that need to be addressed to prevent a potential increase in inequality in the future. The analysis highlights that factors such as access to resources, economic opportunities, and infrastructure differences between urban and rural areas are key elements affecting economic distribution in Maluku. The research provides policy recommendations to improve inclusiveness in economic growth, with the aim of achieving more equitable and sustainable development across the province. Recommendations include improved access to education and training, better economic infrastructure in rural areas, as well as policies that support the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as a key driver of local economic growth. As such, this research not only provides a deeper understanding of the dynamics of socio-economic inequality in Maluku but also offers concrete solutions to redress existing economic disparities and promote inclusive growth for all communities in the region

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of the implementation of the Decent Habitable House (Rumah Layak Huni or RLH) Assistance policy in Sulabesi Tengah District, Kepulauan Sula Regency, North Maluku. The research investigates how the policy, designed to improve housing conditions for low-income communities, aligns with the standards established in Law No. 1 of 2011 on Housing and Settlement Areas. Employing a structured descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis to assess policy execution, institutional coordination, and social impacts. The findings reveal that the RLH program has contributed positively to the welfare of low-income residents by improving access to livable housing. However, the program also faces several persistent challenges, such as rising construction costs due to increases in fuel prices and limited coordination and communication among central, regional, and village governments. The roles of the Head of the Department and the Head of the Housing and Settlement Area Division are pivotal in overseeing, supervising, and evaluating program implementation. Additionally, social tensions and issues in verifying eligible recipients highlight the need for clearer criteria and more inclusive communication. Periodic evaluations are crucial for addressing these concerns and enhancing program effectiveness. The novelty of this study lies in its detailed examination of housing policy implementation in a remote island regency context, contributing fresh insights into public policy execution in peripheral regions. The study recommends strengthening intergovernmental coordination, improving beneficiary targeting, and institutionalizing regular monitoring and evaluation to support the advancement of social and human sciences in the area of inclusive development policy.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology, particularly social media, have brought about fundamental changes in the social interaction patterns of the younger generation. These changes not only include the way young people communicate and interact, but also have an impact on the dynamics of social life and the preservation of local culture. This study aims to analyze how social media affects the social interaction patterns of the younger generation and its implications for social life and local culture. A qualitative approach was used in this research, with literature study methods and in-depth interviews with the target group consisting of teenagers and youth in various social environments. The results show that social media facilitates wider connectivity and accelerates information exchange, enabling young people to build social relationships without geographical boundaries. However, on the other hand, high reliance on digital interactions leads to less face-to-face communication, which can reduce the depth of interpersonal relationships and weaken social ties within local communities. Exposure to global culture through social media has the potential to shift local cultural identity, both in communication patterns, lifestyles, and social values. This phenomenon can lead to changes in the mindset and behavior of the younger generation who are more likely to adopt foreign cultures than maintain their own cultural heritage. However, social media can also act as a tool to strengthen and promote local culture if utilized with the right strategy. A balanced approach is needed between the utilization of social media and the preservation of local culture, both through digital education and policies that support cultural integration in the digital world

Abstract

Apotek Namina Farma berfungsi menyediakan layanan farmasi, termasuk pengadaan obat, penjualan obat dan konsultasi kesehatan. Saat ini pengelolaan data transaksi dan laporan keuangan belum memiliki sistem yang terintegrasi, sehingga proses pencatatan transaksi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual. Kondisi ini meningkatkan potensi human error yang berdampak pada akurasi data transaksi dan berpengaruh pada keakuratan laporan keuangan. Selain itu, Apotek Namina Farma hanya menggunakan laporan laba/rugi kotor. Kondisi ini membuat pemilik apotek tidak memiliki gambaran menyeluruh tentang kinerja keuangan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat yang terintegrasi dengan setiap divisi dan membuat laporan keuangan. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menggunakan open source Odoo, khususnya pada modul accounting. Pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development untuk memperjelas alur penerapan sistem. Perancangan modul accounting berhasil diintegrasikan dengan modul sales, modul purchase dan modul payroll dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan dengan sistem Odoo. Dengan demikian pemilik apotek dapat melakukan perencanaan strategi, seperti pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan laba. Sistem ini di uji menggunakan integration testing dan black box testing, hasil dari pengujian ini menunjukan indikator keberhasilan. Kata kunci— Apotek, Odoo, ERP, Accounting

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of inclusive services in early childhood education settings, specifically at Asy-Syifa Kindergarten in Ambon, with a focus on the role of teachers and parents in supporting the development of children with special needs (CSN). The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that teachers at Asy-Syifa Kindergarten design learning activities tailored to children's age and abilities, following established guidelines. At the initial stage, the school provides parenting services for parents of children with special needs to foster synergy between teachers and parents in the educational process. Early detection is conducted to identify the needs and appropriate activities for each child. Additionally, the school recommends therapy as an extra stimulation effort outside school hours to optimize children's development. Assessment is carried out individually, considering each child's abilities and developmental stages. The novelty of this study lies in its emphasis on the importance of intensive collaboration between teachers and parents in ensuring the success of inclusive services, as well as the use of parenting services as a systematic initial strategy. This study recommends enhancing teacher training in early detection of children's special needs and developing specialized parenting modules for parents. The findings contribute to the advancement of social sciences, particularly in inclusive education studies and collaborative practices in early childhood education.

Abstract

Seluruh Puskesmas yang terletak di Kota Bekasi telah merencanakan persiapan dalam melakukan implementasi rekam medis elektronik untuk memenuhi Permenkes No. 24 Tahun 2022 yang mengharuskan setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia menerapkan RME paling lambat 31 Desember 2023. Kesiapan organisasi menjadi salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan untuk dapat melakukan implementasi RME dengan berhasil. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kesiapan implementasi RME di Puskesmas Kota Bekasi dalam kapasitas manajemen, keuangan dan anggaran, operasional, teknologi serta keselarasan organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam kepada 12 orang informan dari 12 Puskesmas di tiap kecamatan Kota Bekasi yang berbeda, informan dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kapasitas manajemen memiliki skor rata-rata 19,6; kapasitas keuangan memiliki skor rata-rata 10,5; kapasitas operasional memiliki skor rata-rata 10,75; kapasitas teknologi memiliki skor rata- rata 7; dan keselarasan organisasi memiliki skor rata-rata 14. Didapatkan rata-rata skor kesiapan organisasi di 12 Puskesmas di Kota Bekasi adalah 61,92 dari 75. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Puskesmas Kota Bekasi secara organisasi telah siap dalam aspek kapasitas manajemen dan keselarasan organisasi, namun belum siap dalam aspek kapasitas keuangan dan anggaran, operasional dan teknologi. Untuk melakukan implementasi RME di Puskesmas secara efektif diperlukan beberapa langkah strategi yang perlu diterapkan oleh Puskesmas.

Abstract

Penataan tempat pemakaman umum (TPU) menjadi persoalan minimnya lahan di Kota Ambon di Kecamatan Sirimau. Persoalan penyedian lahan perkuburan masyarakat yang memiliki daya tampung semakin sempit dan kecil. Kebun Cengkeh mempunyai luas lahan sekitar 5 hektar di bagi menjadi 2 kuburan yaitu 2,5 hektar perkuburan Islam dan 2,5 hektar lagi perkuburan Kristen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam untuk mengetahui penyedian lahan pemakaman masyarakat. Temuan penelitian dilapangan adalah sebagai berikut (1). lahan tempat pemakaman umum tidak tertata rapi, terlihat semrawut dan sudah tidak layak lagi digunakan sebagai tempat pemakaman umum. (2). Tata wilayah di tempat pemakaman umum yang berada di Kecamatan Sirimau tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang ada (3). Terjadinya tumpang tindih pemakaman dalam satu tempat.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out the causes of administrative conflicts in Waesala State, Huamual Rear District, West Seram Regency. The administrative area conflict is caused by the fact that the State of Waesala has not recognized the administrative area of ​​Allang Asaude Village, which has been dividing since 20 years ago. The research method used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The research findings are (1). So far, the State of Waesala has not recognized the expansion of the village of Allang Asaude, which was formerly part of the government of the State of Waesala. (2). The division of Allang Assaude Village in 1999 did not yet have a Central Maluku Regional Regulation (Perda) as a legal norm for recognizing administrative villages. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui penyebab konflik wilayah administrasi di Negeri Waesala Kecamatan Huamual Belakang Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Konflik wilayah administrasi disebabkan karena Negeri Waesala belum mengakui wilayah administrasi Desa Allang Asaude yang telah melakukan pemekaran sejak 20 Tahun yang lalu. Metode penelitian yang di pakai yaitu metode observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Adapun temuan penelitian adalah (1). Negeri Waesala sampai saat belum mengakui pemerkaran desa Allang Asaude yang dulunya merupakan bagian dari petuanang Negeri Waesala. (2). Pemekaran Desa Allang Assaude pada tahun 1999 belum ada Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Maluku Tengah yang sebagai norma hokum pengakuan desa administrasi.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to analyze the strategy of the Tourism Office in increasing tourist visits (Case study on World Peace Gong). This research was conducted at the Maluku Province Tourism Office. Data collection is obtained through primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the GPD historical tourist destination is one of the tourist attractions managed directly by the Maluku Province Tourism Office. In its management, there are obstacles, namely the lack of parking lots, some infrastructure that is starting to be damaged, the lack of quality of tourism human resources and the lack of promotion carried out by the Maluku Province Tourism Office. It is expected from this research that the Tourism Office can improve the quality of tourism human resources, can develop the capacity of tourism businesses and the creative economy, can develop tourism facilities and infrastructure as a support in developing tourism potential and can optimize technology in promoting GPD to be widely known by the public, thus increasing tourist visits.
