<![CDATA[This study analyzes the local community's perception in settling the border dispute between Central Maluku Regency and West Seram Regency in Indonesia, specifically in the Elpaputih district which includes Samasuru, Sahulau, and Paulohi villages. The research focuses on two main issues: the constitutional implications and the implementation of regional autonomy in defining the administrative and governance boundaries in the Elpaputih district. The theoretical framework employed in this research includes analysis, perception, conflict, and border theory. The qualitative analysis process includes data reduction, data summary, and drawing conclusions. The study finds that both parties need to prepare themselves for reconciliation by acknowledging the conflict's reality and the interests of the other party. They also need to organize their interests clearly and agree on the rules of the game that will guide their relationship and interaction. This research provides valuable insights into the local community's perception in settling border disputes, which can be beneficial for policymakers and other stakeholders in resolving similar conflicts in other regions.]]>

<![CDATA[Kecenderungan remaja laki-laki untuk melakukan hal -hal yang dianggap menantang meningkat dibandingkan remaja perempuan. Kita semua menanggung risiko mengasuh anak seburuk itu. Tujuan : Mengetahui segala bahaya dan dampak dari penggunaan narkoba itu sendiri dan untuk berhenti mengkonsumsi narkoba karena adanya kebutuhan akan rasa aman dari ancaman dari luar. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus , Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak - pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan analisis pengetahuan dan motivasi putra pemuda secara substansi. Hasil: Penelitian yang peneliti lakukan belum sesuai dengan taksonomi teori bahwa pengetahuan akan menunjang terbentuknya sikap positif, namun pengetahuan tetap tidak melahirkan sikap positif melainkan melahirkan penyimpangan, teori subjektivitas dalam memandang permasalahan sehingga telanjang itu hambatan untuk menjawab kenyataan yang begitu kaku dengan perubahan zaman yang begitu cepat . Taksonomi melahirkan teori pada waktu dan tempat dimana dia lahir, sedangkan teori terjadi karena dua hal yaitu waktu dan tempat sehingga sulit menjawan realitas kontemporer. Teori teori sosial jarang bertahan diatas diatas 50 tahun selalu bertahan atau berlaku dibawah 50 tahun karena proses perubahannya begitu cepat dan perlu infensi ( Temuan baru teori). Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan informan S dan Infoman D tentang dampak dan bahaya penganiayaan menunjukkan bahwa mereka mengetahui segala bahaya dan dampak dari penggunaan pergaulan bebas ini sendiri , Informan S dan informan D merupakan lulusan Sarjana 1 , walaupun tingkat fisioterapinya tinggi dan _ mempunyai pengetahuan yang memumpuni terhadap dampak dan bahaya penyalahgunaan , namun tidak menjadi jaminan untuk menghindari dan tidak menyalahgunakan narkoba , menyebabkan ketersediakan kehidupan pergaulan bebas di sekitar Pelapor begitu mudah didapat. Motivasi dalam penyalahgunaan zat infoman S dan informan _ D sedikit berbeda tetapi ke arah salah satu arahnya adalah dengan menyegarkan kembali pikiran dalam setiap permasalahan yang mereka temui dalam kehidupan sehari- hari.]]>

<![CDATA[Enforcement of Ambon City Regional Regulation number 2 of 2015 concerning the control and supervision of alcoholic beverages. The purpose of PkM is through Health education to increase the knowledge of residents and to avoid and stop consuming alcoholic beverages. The method used is to conduct counseling by gathering residents and entering most of the residents' homes to provide a basic understanding of the negative impacts of alcoholic beverages on health. In this activity, the discussion method is used. The results that in the process of health education on the dangers of alcoholic beverages, the participants were very active in participating in the activity can be seen from several questions asked both from residents and from young people who feel very uneasy with their residential environment. The community service activities carried out can be concluded that this PkM activity can provide knowledge for teenagers about the impacts of consuming alcoholic beverages and provide understanding for the community, especially in supervising the association of children and the community itself in the social environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Kebijakan Pendataan Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa Pasca Konflik Tapal Batas di Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat (SBB). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan indepth interviu dengan bantuan panduan wawancara. Penelusuran dokumen dilakukan secara langsung sambil mengamati, membaca dan memahami konsep, untuk memperoleh data sekunder pada laporan kerja, peraturan perundang-undangan, peraturan partai, dan surat keputusan, brosur berkaitan dengan masalah yang dihadapi. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pasca konflik tapal batas di Kecamatan Elpaputih, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) SBB melakukan pengelolaan administrasi desa secara tertib. Namun ada kendala, sebagian warga mengakui bukan warga SBB. Sedangkan pasca konflik tapal batas Pemkab SBB mengintegrasikan pelayanan administrasi desa ke Pemkab SBB, dimana tidak ada kendala. Dalam penataan administrasi pasca konflik di Kecamatan Elpaputih didukung tersedianya SDM aparatur per tingkatan pemerintahan, dimana berjalan sukses. Begitu juga ada sinergi antar pemerintahan per tingkatannya dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi desa langsung kepada warga pasca konflik tapal batas.]]>

<![CDATA[Advances in digital technology, particularly social media, have brought about fundamental changes in the social interaction patterns of the younger generation. These changes not only include the way young people communicate and interact, but also have an impact on the dynamics of social life and the preservation of local culture. This study aims to analyze how social media affects the social interaction patterns of the younger generation and its implications for social life and local culture. A qualitative approach was used in this research, with literature study methods and in-depth interviews with the target group consisting of teenagers and youth in various social environments. The results show that social media facilitates wider connectivity and accelerates information exchange, enabling young people to build social relationships without geographical boundaries. However, on the other hand, high reliance on digital interactions leads to less face-to-face communication, which can reduce the depth of interpersonal relationships and weaken social ties within local communities. Exposure to global culture through social media has the potential to shift local cultural identity, both in communication patterns, lifestyles, and social values. This phenomenon can lead to changes in the mindset and behavior of the younger generation who are more likely to adopt foreign cultures than maintain their own cultural heritage. However, social media can also act as a tool to strengthen and promote local culture if utilized with the right strategy. A balanced approach is needed between the utilization of social media and the preservation of local culture, both through digital education and policies that support cultural integration in the digital world]]>

<![CDATA[The perspective of Central Maluku Regency and West Seram Regency in resolving boundary conflicts in Elpaputih District in its development continues to be an interesting phenomenon to be studied, which until now has not answered the demands of the community in a solution that is as expected. The Regional Government is considered unable to provide the best solution to resolve the boundary conflict, so it attracts attention to be researched and studied in depth. From the results of qualitative assessment in this study, several strategic steps need to be taken by local governments in resolving border conflicts in Elpaputih District, namely First. realizing recognition, namely both parties (District Government) must recognize the reality and conflict situation that occurs between them (recognition of the interests fought by the community). Second, considering interests, namely the government needs to accommodate the interests that are fought for must be neatly organized, not scattered and compartmentalized so that each party does not feel disadvantaged by government decisions and clearly understands the scope of interests and needs of the community. Third, building an agreement, namely the two parties (District Government) agree on the rules of the game which become the basis and guide in relations and interactions between the government and the community. Fourth, prioritizing firmness, namely the government must be wise and firm in executing every decision that has been agreed upon by prioritizing socialization in a reel to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Mental health is a health issue that is gaining increasing global attention, especially in today's digital age. This research aims to understand the role of social communication in supporting public policies in the field of mental health. Excavate the impact of the use of social media on mental health that focuses on Generation Z, as a vulnerable group. The study describes the complexity of the relationship between social media and mental health and proposes a balanced approach to supporting public mental health in this digital age. The research methods used in this study are content analysis methods that allow researchers to study these issues in depth using a qualitative approach. Research results show that social media does not always have a negative impact, but can also have a positive effect. Digital literacy and mental health awareness are considered important tools in protecting yourself from the negative impact of social media. The conclusion is that collaboration between government and social media platforms is an important step in addressing mental health problems. Governments have a major role to play in developing regulations that protect their citizens, while social media platforms have the potential to provide valuable resources and information.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the efforts we must make to eradicate corruption is to increase the anti-corruption movement. Efforts to eradicate corruption cannot rely solely on enforcement efforts that fall under the authority of law enforcement institutions. Efforts to prevent corruption by participating in building an anti-corruption culture in society are an important factor in efforts to eradicate corruption. As an element of society, students are expected to act as agents of change and driving forces for the anti-corruption movement in society. To be able to play an active role, students need to be equipped with sufficient knowledge about the ins and outs of corruption and its eradication. Anti-corruption education is intended so that students can clearly understand the problems of corruption that are occurring and efforts to prevent them. This article explains anti-corruption education and also to find out how anti-corruption education is taught on campus. Efforts to equip students can be achieved in various ways, including: outreach activities, campaigns, seminars or lectures. Anti-corruption education for students aims to provide sufficient knowledge about the ins and outs of corruption and its eradication as well as instilling anti-corruption values. The long-term goal is to foster an anti-corruption culture among students and encourage students to play an active role in efforts to eradicate corruption in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of green tourism in Ambon City has become an urgent necessity in addressing environmental challenges and the sustainability of the tourism sector. However, the existing policies have not yet provided specific regulations to support the implementation of this concept. This study aims to analyze green tourism development strategies through a regulatory approach and multisectoral synergy. The research employs a qualitative method, including policy studies, interviews with stakeholders, and an analysis of best practices in sustainable destination management. The findings indicate that the absence of comprehensive regulations hinders the optimization of green tourism potential in Ambon. Therefore, a cross-sectoral policy approach is required, involving the government, tourism industry players, tourism-conscious communities, and academics in formulating adaptive and participatory strategies. This synergy is expected to enhance the competitiveness of Ambon City's tourism sector, encourage sustainable investment, and positively impact community welfare. This study contributes to the development of social sciences and humanities, particularly in sustainable tourism policy, and serves as a reference for local governments in formulating more inclusive policies to establish Ambon as a leading green tourism destination in Maluku.]]>
