Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan pada CV Kurnia Jaya bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) sebagai alat promosi untuk desain rumah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini melibatkan beberapa tahap, termasuk analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan model 3D, pengembangan aplikasi VR, pelatihan mitra, dan evaluasi berkala. Model 3D dibuat menggunakan SketchUp, dan aplikasi VR dikembangkan dengan Unity 3D, memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan tur virtual interaktif dan imersif dari desain rumah. Pelatihan diberikan untuk memastikan penggunaan aplikasi secara efektif. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan minat dan pemahaman konsumen terhadap desain rumah yang ditawarkan oleh CV Kurnia Jaya. Penggunaan teknologi VR meningkatkan upaya promosi, membuat visualisasi desain rumah lebih realistis dan menarik. Kegiatan PkM ini menunjukkan potensi teknologi VR dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas promosi produk di industri property.

Abstract

Heart disease is a medical condition affecting the cardiovascular system, disrupting blood circulation and reducing cardiac function efficiency, which can lead to severe health complications. Early diagnosis of heart disease has become increasingly crucial as delayed detection can significantly impact patient outcomes and survival rates. While numerous studies have explored various approaches for heart disease classification, challenges related to data imbalance and improper parameter settings remain persistent issues that affect model performance. This research evaluated the effectiveness of combining TabNet with SMOTE and optuna hyperparameter optimization for heart disease classification. We conducted four experimental scenarios using a heart disease dataset with 303 instances: baseline TabNet, baseline TabNet with SMOTE, TabNet with Optuna, and TabNet with both SMOTE and Optuna. Results demonstrated that applying SMOTE alone to TabNet decreased model performance (accuracy from 85.24% to 77.04%, AUC from 0.89 to 0.83). However, when combining SMOTE with Optuna hyperparameter optimization, we achieved optimal performance with 90.16% accuracy, 93.33% precision, 87.50% recall, 90.32% F1-score, and 0.93 AUC. This represented a significant improvement over other configurations and several previous classification approaches. The integration of SMOTE with Optuna optimization  provided an effective framework for heart disease classification that outperformed traditional methods particularly in discriminative capability as evidenced by the superior AUC score.

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has an important role in increasing the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including Nurisfood, a cooking spice producer in Sleman, Yogyakarta. Despite experiencing rapid growth, Nurisfood still faces several major challenges, such as limitations in accounting systems and digital marketing strategies. This Community Service Activity aims to overcome these problems with web-based Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and Cost Accounting and COGS training and digital marketing strategy training. With this intervention, it is hoped that Nurisfood can improve operational efficiency, expand the market, and increase turnover, so that it can compete in the industrial era 4.0. The approach used is through training activities carried out in four sessions for Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and Cost Accounting including the delivery of concepts and materials, discussions, training in calculating Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and evaluation while digital marketing training includes digital marketing socialization and product photography training using smartphones. The results obtained are in the form of increased knowledge and skills of partners in managing businesses, as well as the application of more effective technology in daily operational activities in the use of AIS, Cost Accounting and quality product photos.

Abstract

Cerita rakyat lokal kini mulai terpinggirkan oleh kisah-kisah luar negeri, padahal nilai budaya dan religius di dalamnya sangat penting untuk dilestarikan. Salah satu kisah lokal yang kaya akan nilai adalah “Karomah Syekh Jangkung” dari Landoh, Pati, Jawa Tengah. Untuk mengangkat kembali cerita ini, dikembangkan film animasi dua dimensi (2D) menggunakan teknik cel animation sebagai media informasi yang bermuatan pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan pra-produksi, produksi, hingga pasca-produksi, dengan pemanfaatan perangkat lunak seperti Adobe Animate, Photoshop, After Effects, dan Premiere Pro. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengujian alpha oleh pengurus makam serta pengujian beta oleh wisatawan dan mahasiswa. Hasil menunjukkan animasi ini memenuhi aspek fungsional, visual, dan informatif dengan penilaian sangat baik. Indeks kualitas animasi mencapai 90%, pewarnaan, backsound, dan teknik cel masing-masing 80%, serta kualitas audio 77%. Dengan hasil tersebut, animasi ini dinilai layak sebagai media edukasi dan promosi budaya yang efektif, serta berpotensi meningkatkan ketertarikan generasi muda dan wisatawan terhadap warisan budaya lokal.

Abstract

Robusta coffee is a coffee variety that has unique characteristics, a strong taste and a different level of bitterness from Arabica coffee because Robusta coffee contains lower sugar and 2.2% more caffeine than Arabica coffee so that Robusta coffee production is quite helpful for the economy. several coffee producing countries in the world. The quality and productivity of coffee plants can decrease due to several factors such as pests and disease. However, the limitations of experts regarding coffee plant diseases are a factor and obstacle. The aim of this research is to create an expert-based intelligent system to identify pests and diseases in robusta coffee plants. The method that will be applied is Dempster Shafer. Data on disease names amounted to 13 and data on symptoms amounted to 27. The final result was that Robusta coffee plants were tested for expertise on the system with an average accuracy of diagnosis results of 94% from 13 test cases on pests and diseases of coffee plants, so it can be concluded that the system Experts can diagnose coffee plant pests and diseases very well using the Dempster Shafer method

Abstract

To maintain and enhance the quality of the Mobile Food Intake Control Application for Outpatients in the Hospital, usability testing must be conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS). This research aims to evaluate usability and analyze user-friendliness for further action by the Hospital. The respondents consist of 138 outpatient patients. Testing is carried out by requesting respondents to perform scenarios on the Mobile Food Intake Control Application, observed directly by the examiner. Subsequently, respondents fill out a questionnaire containing ten statements with Likert scale responses. The average SUS score of 87.0471 indicates excellent acceptance of the application, and the user rating suggests that the application meets user expectations sufficiently. However, user speed in using the application and focusing on its features are still considered normal, and the error rate falls within acceptable limits.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop and evaluate an IoT-based electric safety buoy equipped with an autonomous navigation system to support Search and Rescue (SAR) operations in coastal environments. The system integrates dual‐thruster propulsion, GPS and Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) sensors, IoT telemetry, and a Return-to-Home (RTH) mechanism, enabling both manual and autonomous operation modes. Prototype testing was conducted in a controlled aquatic environment under light wave conditions (10–25 cm) and mild surface currents (0.18–0.32 m/s), with calm weather and unobstructed line-of-sight communication. The buoy was evaluated in both unloaded and 2 kg payload conditions, traveling at an average speed of 1.25–1.35 m/s across test sessions lasting 12–18 minutes. Three predefined GPS waypoints were used to assess navigation accuracy, motion stability, RTH reliability, and telemetry performance. Results show that the autonomous mode achieved a mean positioning error of 1.12 m, a cross-track deviation of 0.35 m, and a waypoint success rate of 96%, outperforming manual navigation by 52%. The RTH function maintained a success rate of 100% under low-battery conditions and 92% during communication loss, while IoT telemetry remained stable up to 200 meters with less than 1% packet loss. These findings confirm that integrating IoT-based telemetry with adaptive autonomous navigation enhances rescue mission efficiency and operational safety, while indicating the need for further validation under more challenging open-sea conditions.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve environmental security in Mraen Hamlet, Mlati, which previously had a vulnerable point due to minimal lighting and the lack of a technology-based monitoring system. The method applied in this activity consists of several stages, starting with the preparation stage, namely a needs analysis based on the results of observations and interviews. The next stage is the implementation of activities, consisting of software installation in the form of the installation of three Internet of Things (IoT)-based CCTVs, the installation of four automated street lights. Configuration of the system, operational training of the devices to residents. The final stage of this activity is an evaluation of the implementation of the community service activity, the evaluation was carried out using a questionnaire technique distributed to residents as activity partners. The results of the activity from the questionnaire data processing showed a significant increase in lighting quality, environmental monitoring capabilities, and citizen participation. Security perceptions increased from 50-60% to 80-90% after the activity. This program proves the effectiveness of Smart Security IoT technology in improving environmental security and supporting the development of Smart RT/VillageABSTRAKProgram pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keamanan lingkungan di Padukuhan Mraen, Mlati, yang sebelumnya memiliki titik rawan akibat minimnya penerangan dan tidak tersedianya sistem pemantauan berbasis teknologi. Metode yang diterapkan pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, diawali dari tahapan persiapan yaitu melakukan analisis kebutuhan berdasarkan hasil dari observasi dan wawancara. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan, terdiri dari pemasangan perangkat lunak berupa pemasangan tiga CCTV berbasis Internet of Things (IoT), pemasangan empat lampu jalan otomatisasi, Konfigurasi terhadap sistem, pelatihan operasional perangkat kepada warga. Tahapan terakhir dari kegiatan ini adalah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksaanan kegiatan pengabdian, evaluasi dilakukan dengan teknik kuisioner yang dibagikan terhadap warga sebagai mitra kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan dari olah data kuisioner tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kualitas penerangan, kemampuan pemantauan lingkungan, serta partisipasi warga. Persepsi keamanan meningkat dari 50–60% menjadi 80–90% setelah kegiatan. Program ini membuktikan efektivitas teknologi Smart Security IoT dalam meningkatkan keamanan lingkungan dan mendukung pengembangan Smart RT/Village.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contribute significantly to the national economy but continue to face limitations in digital literacy, marketing communication strategies, and brand consistency. Jambuku MSME in Gemplakan Atas Village is a community-based enterprise focusing on guava-based products with promising economic potential, yet its market reach remains limited due to the lack of digital adoption. This community service program aimed to enhance partner capacity through training in digital marketing, product photography and videography, digital content production, professional content creation, and the utilization of a business profile website. The method included initial observation, program planning, five training sessions, technical assistance, and evaluation using pre-test, post-test, and field monitoring. Results indicated an average improvement of 35% in participants’ understanding, with the highest gain observed in digital marketing and branding. Outputs included improved visual communication quality, consistent content publication, and the use of a website as a digital product catalog. Overall, the program demonstrates that integrated digitalization is an effective strategy for empowering MSMEs to increase competitiveness and expand market access.

Abstract

Ruang tertutup merupakan tempat yang memiliki potensi lebih tinggi dalam penyebaran virus COVID-19. Hal ini dikarenakan virus COVID-19 dapat terbawa udara. Ruang tertutup membuat udara semakin lama di ruang tersebut. Terlebih ruang tertutup sangat banyak digunakan untuk beraktivitas seperti rumah, sekolah, mall, kantor, tempat ibadah, dll. Sehingga untuk ruang tertutup harus mendapat perhatian serius untuk dapat menghindari penyebaran virus. AirDisinfeX adalah alat berbasis IoT dengan dilengkapi sinar UVC yang dapat membunuh virus termasuk virus COVID-19. Alat ini dapat dikendalikan dari jarak jauh secara manual atau timer. Sehingga alat bisa diaktifkan terlebih dahulu sebelum ruang tertutup digunakan. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 dalam mendukung pengembangan alat AirDisinfeX berbasis IoT. Hasil penelitian ini dengan akurasi sistem IoT AirDisinfeX sebesar 96,10% dan waktu respon rata-rata 5,32 detik
